Ace had never gone to the gym on her life before coming to the prison so it wasn't strange that she wasn't sure what she was doing when she tried to work out. She did know the importance of keeping in shape she just wasn't sure what she was doing wrong and it was obvious with anyone who looked. In her inexperience she ended up over stretching when she tried to warm up for the machines. It left her rubbing her upper right thigh from it being sore and she was very sure it was going to cause her to mess up her work out.
Taking a deep breath she tried to memories what she did to get the soreness so she could hopefully avoid it next time when she worked out. Sadly she knew there was no way to see if she did figure it out until next time so she moved over to the equipment.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF MY CHARACTER Ace is a 24 year old female and on the tall side at 5'10, average weight, green eyes, and has blonde hair in a braided high ponytail. She tends to wear blue jeans, simple shirts sometimes with characters or logos on them, sneakers, and a wristband for each arm.
