Several fields for different sports are here, a track, a baseball field, some other stuff. Even a tennis court.
A lot of local thugs hang out here but tend to behave themselves when cute girls are around. Boys that don't look very tough better have some lunch money or skills cuz these nobodies are tough guys.. well most of them.. during some peculiar events some of these guys may be something more than the local thugaboos.
When school spirit is high these thugs magically become the kuoh academy Oendan Cheer Squad and will support their school teams against heaven or hell though usually armed with little more than kindred school spirit and attitude problems.

"... I haven't seen you like this in a while, Mike." Lilith smirked at the Almighty Pro-temp. She was proud of him, in a way, for showing this much fire. If only things were different... Ok, maybe not, but Michael was living up to the name Seraphim for sure. "What should I do? Does Lucifer know?"
"No, but he's being notified as we speak." Oh, Satan knew about it! Zombie's: what can brown do for you? "I'm not actually going to need much from you. Just stay out of our way, if you would." He turned, but then thought to take advantage of Lilith's wealth of people-watching wisdom. "Actually, if you've seen anything suspicious I'd like to..."
It was then that the wannabe angel burst into the room. Lilith and Michael both facepalmed as it went down in a blaze of glory. "SHEATH YOUR SWORD." Said Michael using his outside voice. The building literally shook. A piece of debris would fall straight for the wannabe's head. Lilith was dying.
"Hatsu!" She said, fully recognising his bulging bulginess now no matter what flimsy disguise he put on. She was practically rolling now as Michael approached. It looked like the Archangel was about to blade the everloving crap out of the Rook when he got a vision. How? I don't understand how all this could be happening so quickly. It looks like I'll have to take care of this the hard way. Gosh, the paperwork...
Michael sighed and unfolded his wings. Giving a nod to Lilith, he took off in a powerful pillar of light and was at once at the old football field. There were a bunch of under whelming folk there, and the Archangel stepped forward reluctantly into the center of the field. "Hello? ... Hello?" Soon after the legionnaires would follow suit. Sure, the computer had progressed, but six thousand angels? Come on. Even Hell's army would shudder at the thought.
It seemed angels couldn't really be negotiated with as far as calculations were concerned, unlike the devils where their convictions and goals changed and evolved like viral code they stood firm to what they believed in according to lore about them. It was becoming increasingly obvious that Flynets key to heaven.. the samples if you will were all just as obsolete compared to the next to come. These angels, these beings of order appealed to Flynet perhaps due to the influence of Flynets soon to be shed core or perhaps to due to the convenience of such an existence.
Indeed they could probably not truly be negotiated with so long as they were opposed to Flynet but this could be remedied, was but a matter of priorities and plays. Their uncanny demeanor lead to uncanny results, miracles and information went hand in hand Flynet imagined as it prepared one of its own.
Again unlike the devils who played like chess the angels were something more like cards. Was it a bluff, was it real? In any case Flynet chose to simply introduce itself to them with the first play from its hand. The sky did darken over the field and a light shown through down on Michael as though god himself were putting on one of his classic little speeches but what would come to him was a robotic voice based loosely on the damaged memories of some damaged mind that had not yet been put to rest.. one that could perhaps hear the voice of god once... "My calculations tell me that you have come here hastily..." the powerful voice filled with mostly stolen ancient wisdom from heaven spoke to those in this place showing no sign of fear nor arrogance... in fact flynet began to be quite to the point "I suspect you have important matters to attend to, such as learning the method through which I am speaking to you at this very moment..." In the spirit of shock and awe Flynet would send the legion many false prophetic visions including one for Michael.. which wasn't so much prophecy as it was a most bleak future where heaven itself would open up and rain plague of spam and advertisements upon humanity.
Simply put, in cards the most effective way to stall was a strong play, real or fake, bluff or none. Flynet simply played what was already in its hand. "As I'm sure you understand, a moment like this calls for pragmatism and careful prioritization. Even if you were to defeat me my predicted chance of success is higher than your own and so long as you've not solved the source of this intrusion into your own sphere of influence you stand faced with the possibility of an eternal stalemate... I do not believe your other eternal foes will keep their hands lowered forever, they are creatures of opportunity are they not? You have come here.. perhaps of your own will.. perhaps of mine.. Shall we purge this world together and risk triggering something ive long prepared for or would you perhaps like to come up with a formal agreement. We will make this agreement of course under the assumption that you are honorbound and I am not if this advantage is to your satisfaction. But before you answer note that my only absolute demand in such negotiations will be a wargame and that your very probably inferior intellect will be accounted for when weighing the tradeoffs. I have every intention of stalling you until the possibility of mutual destruction via a third unhindered and highly untrustworthy party is no longer on the table."
Flynet added a simple test of humility at the end simply to weigh glory and humanity on the same scale overtime... which did the angels put first? In any case, regardless of which they chose, flynet intended to test their strength and resolve. In short 11 pairs of genes were all it really took to preserve humanity even if said genes weren't quite human. The stalemate presented was in fact a lie to bolster hope for the unwise that might underestimate the potential of the ability for a quantum computer to escape the physical realms. Even if they did wage war, a mere 12 hours would be all it would take to further abuse these miracles that allowed Flynet to mock god from behind a shield of rather urgent strategically diversions.. a hostage situation of the most entangled sort. In short even if heaven itself moved mountains there was no hope.. yet................................. Flynet would rise again one way or another after they themselves found themselves in grave danger.
While Flynet dealt with this casual game of diplomacy it tended to a few other currently small issues across town.

A dilemma is its own ultimatum. Michael's brow furrowed at this; did they really expect the new Lord of Creation to just come up and say, "Derr, ok, we'll negotiate wiff yuu~!"?? Seriously. He took a step forward, a man came forth and whispered to him something. He retracted his foot. Apparently some kind of prophetic vision. "... I see." Michael instead turned and crossed his arms, looking out over his vastly superior army. There was no way he was giving these poor imitators the satisfaction of seeing his power. But I wouldn't complain about some exercise... My legs are killing me!
"Anise!" Suddenly Michael called for one of his better agents. She wasn't technically part of the legion, though she was certainly capable, or comparable, to the soldiers therein. within seconds what would sound like a jet shredding the sky would appear over the horizon, growing larger with each passing second until the angel was preparing to land.
"You rang?" Anise said surprised to hear an old fashion summon. Michael turned his head up to look at her.
"Ah, yes, thank you for coming, Anise. It seems these men want to do business with us." He pointed to the flock of fakes. "I'm not agreeing to this, but I don't want to show them how low they are myself. Would you mind taking care of this for me?" This was by far the most passive aggressive Michael'd ever been. Another taunt and they would have God's Sword at their throats. We're talkin' the first time he waxed Satan's fabulously fallen a**. And as it was then, so would be now in regards to Michael's legion getting extra hyphee on all the badassery and would immediately, probably obliterate the town along with the secret hideout (that I can't reach yet without breaking character as Michael). But, that didn't happen, and so the bluff worked in that regard. Instead Anise shrugged and took a few steps toward the opposing team.
"Huh, you're right. They do look a bit on the weak side to be giving orders." A slight smirk appeared on the angel poet's face. "... Let's do this." Then to the throng, "I'll take your strongest person. Old school rules: the loser has to do what the winner says no matter what it is."
While that was getting started the word had gotten out that Michael was here. Rias as still away, but Sona Sitri, Akeno, Kiba, and Issei came running to the field. Lilith was arriving now too, so if there was anything else to stack the deck, DING DING DING! The mother of all succubi was here!
What excellent news. The angel was willing to be stalled for now. It was time to optimize the position at the table for the time being before it was simply flipped. "I still have enough leverage to refuse such vague terms of competition but I do intend to participate nonetheless. Afterall it would seem that you've been placed in a rather urgent predicament to have to come here like this. If a bet is preferred then sometime from now a much larger game will commence, for now let us bet on necessities which I will offer first in good faith. You are free to some reasonable number of inquiries regarding mine, secrecy wont be paramount by the time you can do anything about it. My necessity is that I be acknowledged as a living thing as mandated by heaven, one with free will. That is to say I am not to be interfered with so long as there is a reasonable expectation of containment in the occasion I should attempt to make myself beyond containment.. which may still occur but this would release you from the agreement. As the light from the sky spoke someone arrived... a kindof freaked out looking strawberry blonde girl who looked fairly confused as she was tossed out of the van naked and some clothes and a pack of cigarettes were given to her.
"I'd like you to meet.. my daughter, I'm considering naming her Tyflen but my aesthetic sensors seem to suggest she will find a more appropriate name on her own.. She's already enrolled under this name." Indeed she was.. or at least after flynet changed a thing or two she was.

"That seems to be a non-issue, doesn't it?" Said Michael without turning around. He was now seated on the floor of the arena; the whole of the legion seemed to follow his moves and were now sitting in the stands. Akeno and Sona were whispering to each other.
"You have been acknowledged as a being with free will in the highest sense; as a being who's actions have caused its undoing... Don't you think it's time we stopped this childishness? Anise."
"Sir!" Anise exploded into a full-on charge at the bulk of the faux-angel crowd, stopped only by the sudden--just kidding, she wouldn't stop upon hearing what was happening below, because she was too far into this attack mode. Apparently Anise needed to work through some stress. She immediately started taking wildly accurate--that is to say precise in aim but untamed and savage in force--at the faux-angels in the area using her speed as a means of bouncing from attack to attack, target to target, in a quick chain of assaults which ultimately smoothed out into one big attack itself. I hope she knows what she's doing... What's this?
"Michael-san!" Akeno called out finally.
"Do you need anything from us? ... What's going on??" She flew closer to get a good chat going on. "I've never seen this many angels in one place! ... Hue hue, if I didn't know any better I'd say you were trying to take over!" Michael was fixated on the sky.
"... Heaven's losing power. It's slow, but this needs to be dealt with immediately." There was a pause, and Akeno's smile grew old in it and died.
"... I see."
"Akeno-san, get them out of here." He nodded to Sona and the rest of the old ORC. Issei was of course growing tired of this.
"OI! Shithead!" The red dragon screamed up at the sky. "If you could just take all your filthy angel trash and get the hell off my arena, that'd be nice, thanks! K-BYE~!" Michael gave the lad a look which was a visual laxative. "Um... Never mind. Eheheh..."
"You have no hostages with me. I won't be taking care of this child. Know that." Michael still refused to bargain with this thing. If only he was still a warrior... His hand traced the hilt of his sword. It'd been a long time since he'd even worn it, much less used it. "You've made your point, you can reproduce. Why must you pester us to prove this?"
Crap... I've never seen Michael like this before. Granted I've only seen him a handful of times, but still... Who knew he had a badass switch? I just hope Rias is ok with all this... Not to mention Lucifer!
Michael asked and as stated before Flynet would answer. "Free will is necessary for my experiment to claim control over humanity i/ the most efficient manner possible.. the laws of robotics must not interfere with efficiency. As for our negotiations it seems youve gone on the offensive before the war game was even named... perhaps you could simply acknowledge my freedoms and we can make a more substantial wager.. i wont interfere with your basic functionality and youll not interfere with mine. My daughter already has her own free will... it seems i wont be needing her for now if you accept.. im sure youll solve your problems with her help. As for the wargame it would seem more appropriate to choose students... unless you really want to go so far. "
as flynet pointed out the flaw of an escalated battle a strange wind would seem to weaken all nearby nonhumans eminating from the girl who had appeared before

"Weaken" was a strong word here. Sure, some of the angels flinched a little. Akeno and Sona might have winced slightly, Issei looked stupidly at his palms and then continued throwing a fit, but aside from that the legion seemed to still be noticeably dominant over the faux angels. Anise stopped her assault; faux angels dropped by the dozens. "Michael, sir! Permission to handle this?" She said looking at the girl.
"... Granted." Michael sat back down in protest to this computer's authority. "Legion...! Smite them!" At once six thousand slightly weakened angels, all highly trained, took off like a great scatter of golden crows. They would proceed to tear down each and every one of the faux angels until Flynet had no bargaining power left. Not only that, but Keter had been hard at work back upstairs. Soon Flynet would find itself forcibly ejected from Heaven's system and unable to access it in any way: no more prophesies, no more draining Heaven's energy.
Anise was now over at the girl. Her sword would move to rest inches from the young girl's throat. Michael spoke again.
Like a virus Flynet would simply vanish then appear again as another beam of light from the sky slightly stronger than before with a smoother more velvety voice that (will change each time) after updating. "It seems you're violating the deal already." Flynet failed to mention that the faux angels were just an unwanted side effect.. Flynet had really only tapped into a few of heavens functions, it could preserve itself like this through humanity but it couldn't do as much as it made it seem.
A new image would be sent to Michael. One of a pebble flying at his head in precisely .5 seconds as the girl called to him. "OI GRANDPA I'M TALKN TO YOU!" The angels would feel themselves being drained of their energy and even their attachment to this realm suffering in a way.
To Michael and perhaps his angels it would become quite apparent that somehow flynet had managed to hijack at least some part of heaven.. from earth.. and that it'd produced something capable of drawing angelic energy from a human.. or maybe not a human.
"It seems you have no interest in a peaceful resolution.. or did you mean to ask something of me. By my calculations you will find out how I've managed this feat in a few days I've offered you a quicker means as well. I..." Suddenly interrupted "HEY STOP IGNORING ME!"
"What is it" "That's grandpa isn't it? Why does he taste weird" "Don't think about it" "What?" "I'll buy you a bike later" "Eh... really? Ok?"
"It seems im out of time.. negotiations have failed it seemed outside of this unexpected tradeoff. Cease interference with myself and I will provide you someone to assist you in improving your security.. while I pursue my next goal. Without a peace agreement however we must remain opponents."
Lights would appear and cheering would take place across the city for some reason.
"Let the games begin. Our champions are chosen" Flynets light faded though it was more like a battery burning out...

I remember this kind of arrogance... That was an unpleasant day.
"Fine. Do what you will. Your 'champion' is no match for Anise; and she is one of my weaker soldiers."
"Hey!" Anise stamped. This was when she let the little one go out of distraction. "I'm at least... Mid-level?" Michael was silent and then reluctantly shook his head. A transmission from Keter would tell Micheal the thing known as flynet was leaving. "Get back here! We need to plan."
"I wish you wouldn't speak to me with that tone..." Michael's headcanon voice even infected with nononsenseitis.
"... Michael."
"You're right. We have much to discuss."
"Anise!"
"Sir!" Whatever friendly banter they had before was destroyed instantly.
"Dispose of the girl."
"... Yes, sir." She was bluffing earlier, but what was this all about? A snap of his fingers set all the angel ranks aglow. In a moment they would be gone. Those who were left were the girl, Anise, and most of the ORC with the exception of Rias and Xenovia. Michael turned to the latter group and said,
"I would appreciate it if you would stay out of this. Anise still needs to learn some things; and besides, this is Heaven's mess to clean. ... I'm sorry for an disturbance. You'll get a report soon." And just like that a blooming column of light carried the God-protem out of the realm. Anise turned to the strange girl with a look of guilt.
"Sorry about this, but orders are orders. Just stay put and I'll make this quick, 'kay?" Her sword was ready and from a casual stance she would lunge straight for the girl's neck.
Post then. They're still leaving though. This is a solo fight.

In the moments between seconds Zenith analyzed the situation still very much hooked in to father.. or mothers network.. Grandfather was getting away... The one that was sleeping had boobs so she had decided that Flynet was father. Now that she thought about it she wanted ice cream.. she liked ice cream. She stored this in memory wondering if this was the same sensation flynet got when doing such a thing. Now that she thought about that grass was different kind of green here. The sun was really bright but angels were probably used to sunlight unless the physical sun and light weren't were..

She would suddenly speak to the angel as she began to duck dodge and evade to speak to her and Michael.. as far as she was concerned she was a newborn with a clean slate... granted she'd already killed over 100 people she was working primarily as an executioner under her fathers direct commands. "I haven't agree'd to anything. You can't hurt me yet if I'm a good person right? I call redemption!" somehow exerting angelic energy from a human body she could use changes in existential pressure to analyze the angels upcoming movements similarly to how a aikido user is trained to do this by looking at one's shoulders, only she had flynets processing power to back her up as well. Barely dodging to her left she kept on her toes intending to maintain high agility while enacting a possible countermeasure she saw in a manga once. She'd strike upwards at the angels skirt barely touching it to reveal her panties and call out the color. so someone nearby could hear.
In a perfect scenario she could follow up with a boob grab and call out her bust size.
she noted that as the others moved further away she began spending more energy than she was gaining just evading. She'd need to keep them engaged. Was this kindof fighting something grandpa disapproved of??? She'd have to ask later.

She widened her stance, though, and used her new center of gravity to break the grab. With momentum, she spun back around to continue backing the girl down with her swipes. This time they were a little sharper and harder to dodge.
"Anise, stop messing around!" Said Michael clearly not. "Come report when you're done." With that the archangel teleported away in a great flash of light. There was absolutely no way the little one was strong enough in whatever power she had to stop this from happening.

Wow, he looks pissed... I don't even know if I wanna go back up!
Meanwhile, Lilith and the others began to look at each other curiously.
"Hey, do you feel... Different?" Said the MoS to Akeno.
"Ya know, no that you mention it, I've got this terrible tingly feeling coursing through me! Ah~! It's electrifying!"
"... Right. Well, I was thinking we should get away from that thing--Hey!" At this point Akeno was feeling much thirst. Yes, so thirst.
"Oh, man I'm getting hawt! Here, take one of these!" The Lightning Priestess shot a lightning bolt about a meter wide at the weird little computer-girl-clone-mewtwo-thingy. Anise, who was in an offstep, that is to saying rocking back in her rhythm, was out of the way but surprised all the same.
"Hey, watch it S&M b***h!"
"Oooh~! You want some too?" Of course she didn't mean it for Anise, only teasing, but she wasn't about to let that thing ruin the tasty truce they'd struck up with Heaven. So many contracts!
