Positive traits Confident Apollyon practically exudes self-confidence. He isn’t really outwardly fazed by most things and he adapts quickly to events thrown at him. He’s assertive when he needs to be and if he feels like he can lead the best he’ll step up to the plate. He has no problems what so ever asserting himself. The only problem is getting him to care enough to exert himself. He’s like that sleeping wild panther in the room.
Level-headed Surprisingly despite all of Apollyon’s short comings one thing that can be attributed to the man is that he is rather calm minded and patient. While he doesn’t do well around people full of themselves or people who endanger others, he shows this trait in other areas. He doesn’t mind waiting for things to develop, and to those he knows he’s calm and doesn’t mind waiting until you catch up with what ever he is talking about or doing. Most of the time when around people who are exploding around him or trying to egg him on he keeps his cool and tries to talk you down.
Well spoken- While Apollyon might not like surrounding himself with people, he definitely knows how to talk to them. He knows how to get what he wants from them, to cheer them up if he needs to or to talk them down from doing something stupid. He’s incredibly thoughtful and as such can use his ability to talk to people to make them think he’s not as guarded as he is and as a way to get them to reveal more than they want. He does this quite often when it comes to dealing with his boyfriend or his more silly friends. This ability mixed in with his confidence trait makes him easy to trust, to his confusion. Negative traits
Possessive- Apollyon is extremely possessive. Things are his and he's not sharing. Its even a miracle if he lets you borrow anything. He knows not everyone can handle this part of his personality and he knows he's just as possessive with people. Its why he doesn't try to branch out and make friends because he knows a lot of people feel stifled and while he's many things he doesn't want to carry over to obsessive. The only one that ever breaks free of this is Lucifer. As he gets older he realizes that he does need people so he's been trying to moderate this side of him... its not going so well at the moment.
Detached- Apollyon doesn't want any one he doesn't choose to grow close to him or effect him in a way so he presents a cold aloof side to the world. He brushes off helping hands or words of affection and is generally not moved by most things. He'd rather lone wolf things and he's perfectly fine with only having a few close people around or none at all.
Irritable- Apollyon doesn’t handle people well, or more he doesn’t handle people who are purposefully ignorant, people who are full of themselves, and people who recklessly endanger others. Some times he doesn't handle excessive amounts of energy from others either. He is more likely to lose his temper and snap at someone or just get up and walk out of the room. While most of the time he isn’t quick to temper he doesn’t have wells of patience to deal with these types of people either. This coupled with his possessive trait can break through his detached demeanor and you can find yourself face to face with a fiery pissed off Chimera.
General Personality Apollyon is a hard man to connect with. He’s slightly detached from emotion and doesn’t seem to care about those around him. He has a bit of a temper problem when it comes to dealing with certain types of people and when pissed off he becomes a bit cruel. This is also rolled into a ball of possessiveness where if you enter his world and he lets you stay there you aren’t ever leaving.
However if you look closely enough he can be fun, a bit of a tease and has a gentle quality to him that is often buried behind many layers. He’s loyal to a fault and he has no problem guiding others if they truly need the help. He’s a bundle of complications and he knows he’s a hard person to deal with. However He doesn’t like inflicting his problems and negative traits on others so he’s happy to withdraw and become a lone wolf on a lot of things.
Likes Supernatural- surprisingly Apollyon is drawn into the supernatural. He likes visiting haunted houses, listening to ghost stories and vaguely learning about that aspect of life. However he rarely indulges in actually researching it so it falls into the occasional hobby than full out blown interest in it.
Nighttime- Apollyon when he doesn't have to be at school or doesn't have any appointments the next day is quick to fall into being Nocturnal. Its not because of any health reason per say just when he doesn't have pressing appointments he tends to find it easier to fall asleep during the day and as such generally finds himself shifting over to a night schedule. It probably doesn't help that he is prone to star gazing.
Chocolate One of Apollyon's greatest weaknesses is that he tends to like sweet things, in fact he'll often drink a couple of hot chocolate especially in cold weather. Its a rare day if he doesn't have some sort of chocolate hanging about somewhere. He's also pretty good at using chocolate in recipes since his parents worked at a bakery. while he left to go to Asphodel at a pretty young age he still does help out at their work when he comes home for breaks.
dislikes hot weather Apollyon hates it with a passion, not only does he have pale skin that burns easily his other colors are also dark and he tends to wear just as dark clothing. Hot days make him miserable, at least when you are cold its an excuse to bundle up and drink hot chocolate. In fact, he's actually likely to consider skipping class just to avoid leaving his air conditioned room, that or see about taking night classes.
Loud noises: Apollyon doesn't tend to do well with a lot of noise, whether this is a rave or parties or anything where there is a crowd of people and loud music. It tends to hurt his ears and he ends up getting a headache quite easily. As such he'll tend to turn down going to events where he knows this is going to be the norm. Especially if its condensed into a small area.
Spicy food: Apollyon isn't very adventurous in the terms that while you could probably convince him to go out and do something spontaneous he wont go out and do it on his own freewill. this transfers over to food. Spicy food in fact makes him rather sick surprisingly and he'll tend to steer away from the stuff.
Goals Apollyon right now doesn't exactly have a guiding force except for obtaining all the knowledge he can on the subjects that interest him. He wants to dabble in all the different areas to see what speaks to him and has plans to end up going to university. While at university He'll find a passion for anthropology and decide to study it becoming a forensic anthropologist after graduation. Darkest fears Outwardly Apollyon doesn't seem to have any great and weird phobia. Nothing seems to faze him at all whether it be loosing friends, death, or change. However this isn't exactly the case. Apollyon likes to know whats going on, to be confident of his position in the events around him. His deepest darkest fear is to loose his sense of self. Something like loosing his memory or going insane terrifies him. Being a Chimera Apollyon really isn't your best example of a chimera. His parents and clan where murdered while he was still a stone and it wasn't until decades later that his soul stone was found by a passing Demon couple. However he does have a love of fire magic and he does love flying and being up in relative high places. He also doesn't really care about what race you are. He'll talk with other Chimera, or even carry on a conversation with a baphomet or a litch. He does tend to get along slightly better with demons considered he was raised by two. However for him its really the personality a person has than what race they are, since he's also met a couple of demons that drive him up the wall. Life at school Its hard at first to see exactly where Apollyon fits in. He isn't big into the sciences and logic and he actually does peek his nose out of a text book. However he also isn't the artsy type either. This left eldritch and eventually Asterion of all places. Apollyon doesn't really mind his university and he does take interest on learning how to peak inside people's brain and how societies and cultures form. He just is unsure if he likes them enough to pursue a career out of them. Hopefully after taking a bit more classes he'll figure out some goal.

Life so far Apollyon grew up with an all demon family. He thought it a bit strange considering he was a Chimera, but they were loving and supportive and that’s all he really cared about. Due to some complications his soul stone has been abandoned and he sat there for decades in his hiding spot before his current parents found him on a trip and decided they didn’t mind more children, thus eventually waking him up.
However there was one snag, when the couple imbued their own soul stone. To put it mildly Apollyon clashed heavily with his brother. The two were constantly trying to outdo each other with their fights becoming more and more extreme. Eventually Apollyon went a little overboard during his junior years and ended up piercing his ears and his wing of all things and running away. Unfortunately during this miniature rebellion, he also got in trouble with the law and ended up in jail. It devastated his parents and Apollyon decided it just wasn’t worth it. Trying to stand out just got his brother worked up and eventually got Apollyon into trouble which lead to making his family think they failed him so Apollyon decided why should he bother. Eventually Apollyon just kind of stopped trying at things all together, as long as he didn’t raise suspicion and didn’t have to see the disappointed look on his parents faces.
He does get a bit of drag while flying due to his earring but when ever he knows he is going to leave the ground for any amount of time, Apollyon takes the piercing out.
Fate, however, had other plans and decided Apollyon needed more spice in his life. This was to be in the form of his future Significant other Lucifer. Apollyon couldn’t stand him at first and the very sight of the male sent the Chimera into a near rage. Lucifer had no concept of personal space and had made it his mission to try to steal Apollyon’s wing ring. However whatever Apollyon did in hopes of getting rid of the pest, Lucifer stuck around and before Apollyon knew it the jerk had even dragged him into being social again. He somehow had friends again. Apollyon’s still adjusting to it. While he still talks to his parents, and they try to get him to come home, he still has no plans to fix things between his brother and himself. Both of them still butt heads when ever he does venture home. Then again who really knows for the future. Maybe once he gets older, he'll ponder if they've both cooled off a bit.

The air was rather tense in the small courtyard. Apollyon really hadn’t remembered what he had done to set off the nightmare in front of him. Whatever he had done, maybe it was just that he existed? He knew that for the last few minutes rather heated words had been spewed at him. Apollyon had finally decided that he couldn’t sit here and ignore the pipsqueak any longer and snapped some spiffy comeback, which lead to their current situation.
A failure to his race... Well if he had been a normal chimera he supposed he might have taken offense but frankly Apollyon didn’t care about things like races. It was better after all to judge a person on their actions. Personally the whole thing was laughable and eventually it bubbled hard enough in Apollyon’s chest that he did end up shutting his book to look up and laugh. Seriously was that the best insult that the nightmare could come up with? If you were going to insult someone he supposed attacking their race was a good start especially when you didn’t know them, but today what did that mean? There were enough hybrids and they were at a demon school for nine’s sake. Here it wasn’t really a good insult.
Eventually his laughter subsided, but by then everyone had gone silent. Well it was obvious he wasn’t going to be able to read here in peace any more. He gathered up his stuff and waved at the gasping flustered nightmare before walking away. It really wasn't worth his time and his roommate should be out for the day so his room would be a safe haven again. He really did want to finish his book.

Appearance: In your custom form, you have Vanna's approval link. Overall, he looks good, though in your custom form, his eyes are silver and in the second post you say they're lavendar.
Personality: Is there anyone who has an easier time with connecting to Apollyon? Did he have much in the way of friends as a child? Otherwise, his traits look good!
Backstory: The piercings in his wings may affect his flying, so that might be something to discuss. What do you see him doing as a goal OOC'ly? Does he want any sort of career? How's the family situation now? Do they try to reach out to him? Did his brother calm down as he aged and has that changed their dynamic (or will it? I'm all for future plans.) So would it be possible to have his original family's feud have happened during the 50 Year War when the Chimera were hiding away and survivability was affected? Otherwise, I couldn't see a mass murdering feud...

I just have a few notes, most of which should be quick fixes!
Appearance: Scales are only a trait of naga and naiads. If you want him to have those kinds of markings, Apollyon will have to be a hybrid.
Personality: Apollyon's "patient" trait reads more like "calm" or "level headed".
Apollyon's "eloquent" trait conflicts with his "detached" trait. "Eloquent" claims that other people are less likely to see him as guarded, but "detached" contradicts that. He can be well-spoken, while still being aloof!
Several times in his profile, you've mentioned that Apollyon has a hard time with "foolish" people. What does he consider to be foolish specifically?
Biography: Given the sheer amount of orphaned stones there are, I would not say having parents of a different race is all that unusual. On that note, nothing before your character's awakening is pertinent. Otherwise this section looks good!
