Chailee walked into the library with school books in hand. Already the teachers were starting to inundate them with essays. So, here she was to do some research. Sure, she could do research at home on the computer but being at the library gave her an excuse to also look for a new book to read for fun. She'd be able to kill two birds with one stone. Adjusting the bag on her shoulder Chay hiked up the steps to the 2nd level where the non-fiction books resided. Already there were a few other students. It was a menagerie of different school uniforms but everyone was being courteous and not being too loud. Still though Chay went in search of a table she knew of that was tucked in a far corner and more secluded from the main flow of people. Rounding the bookshelf she stopped and stared for a moment before beaming. "Peter! Oh I am so glad to see you!" She practically bounced up to the table. She hadn't been able to find him or Haven after the whole train debacle and she had seriously worried about them. "Is Haven alright too? I tried to find the two of you that day at the platform."

Peter looked up in surprise when he heard his name, almost snapping the book he had in his hands shut. “Chailee, are you okay??” he asked, equally as concerned, about to open his mouth and say almost the same thing she did. So she’d been looking for them too? But she disappeared…
Frowning in concern, Peter motioned for her to sit down. “She and I were both fine… you… were there when the car caught on fire, too?” he asked, lowering his voice enough to try and make sure this was a good decision. He’d had his suspicions of course. There had been a senshi there who’d called for both himself and Haven. It couldn’t just be a random consequence.
“What happened after that? Do you know what happened to the train, itself…?” he watched her cautiously, not about to reveal his own secrets without being absolutely sure she was what he thought she was.

Chailee stood there blinking for a moment before moving to sit down. "Oh, no I am fine." She slipped her bag off her shoulders and placed it on the empty chair beside her but didn't bother to rummage through it for the notebook that had her assignment in it. Her attention was far too focused on Peter. "Oh that's good!" She sighed in relief. "I uh...yea I was there." Now she felt like she was getting into unknown territory. His next question caused her to grow even more nervous which she was doing a terrible job off covering up. Lying to her parents had become second nature at this point, but lying to a friend...it felt so weird. "I um...I don't remember much. I mean there was just so much happening and a lot of people around..." She shifted a bit in her chair before making a point to look in her bag for something so she wouldn't have to look at Peter directly. "I remember the train stopping and some crazy things happening with the train itself and....yea...not much else." She pulled out a book and notebook from her bag and placed them in front of her, but didn't bother to open them. "I guess we couldn't find each other because of all the people." She tried to brush it all away. "I am just glad everything worked out in the end."

There were only two possibilities that Peter could think to explain Chailee's disappearance; she was either a Nevaverse officer, or White Moon. He was hoping it was the latter, of course, but he could never be too cautious. If anything, he was better to play it safe on the chance that she was on the other side.
But what could he possibly say to get her to admit to one or the other...? He could just tell her that he was a senshi, but then that might end up risking his own life, and the lives of his family and friends. And Haven was there, too... did that mean she would be in danger of he said the wrong thing?
"Yeah, it was all pretty weird. Any idea where the fire and snow came from?" he asked, watching her for any sign of nervousness or anything that might help him lean one way or another on determining what faction she was. "Things like they have been happening more and more often these days... I'm almost not surprised. Hopefully they'll figure out what to do about the terrorists and aliens the tabloids keep talking about. Why not just bring in the military, right?

"Fire and snow..." She murmured before grabbing hold of a pencil and flipping open her notebook in a bit of haste, even managing to rip one of her pages slightly in the process which caused her to flinch a bit. "No, I've no idea where that came from. It was weird though, right? I mean...fire and snow on the train and all." Oh I am so bad at this! "Aliens?" In a way she guessed it wasn't too far off. Since...well...her past life was from another planet, well, asteroid? "Uh, I am sure it's just some people out to cause trouble. Maybe not terrorists...per se?" It wasn't like she could just come right out and say she had been there the entire time and was one of those 'terrorists'. What would he possibly say about that! She shifted a bit uneasily as she made a point of flipping open her book, with a bit more care than she did her notebook. Unfortunately she hadn't been paying attention to the fact that her bag was precariously positioned on her lap wide open. Before she could even react the entire thing tumbled from her lap and spilled it's contents all over the floor. Normally this would have just been an inconvenience at most, but the sight of a blue and gold pen skittering across the floor caused her to catch her breath. "Oh no...." She hissed as she pushed away from the table in a mad attempt to grab her henshin pen. Guine Finally have time to tag again. Sorry for the wait.

It was almost a relief when the bag fell and a gold and blue pen rolled away from her. He recognized it immediately, and for her own safety, quickly pushed his own bag off his shoulder so it would hopefully land on top of the pen to block anyone else from seeing, and to keep it from rolling away further.
So she was what he suspected. Otherwise why should she have reached for the pen before anything else that had fallen from her bag? Even if it was just a coincidence that the pen looked similar to his, it was her action that made it obvious.
“Careful,” he hissed, hopefully low enough and without moving much from where he stood, other than to bend down to help her gather the contents of her bag. He almost opened his mouth to admit that he was a senshi as well, but hesitated, wondering just how sneaky the Negaverse was. He wanted to trust her, but at the same time was cautious about his own well being. She might have a henshin pen, but any officer could have stolen one, right…?
Still… if he was right about her, and she was a senshi, that meant one more ally he could count on… if he was wrong, he could potentially end up dead, along with his family.Kolina So sorry for the wait! It's been rough. ;;

Chailee stopped her reaching half-way under the table when Peter's bag fell onto her pen. His hissed word of caution caused her brows to furrow and she moved to slide back out, hitting her head in the process with a muffled 'Ow!" She pushed her chair out from behind her so that she could then get out without further injury. With her pen still pinned under Peter's bag she hastily helped Peter grab some of the things that had fallen from her bag before stuffing them into the messanger bag with little care of their placement. "Um. Can I get my pen out from under your bag? It's kind of...eh...important to me." What else was she suppose to do? Walk around the table and just move the bag herself? Sure, that was an option, but a rather rude one in her opinion. She wouldn't want someone just moving her things around without permission. Still, she needed the pen back. Right away. Not having it on her person and having it out in the open for anyone to see made her feel vulnerable. "I'll. grab it from under the table if you just move your bag?" To emphasis her need she knelt down to the ground again, taking care of her head this time, as she reached under the table for the blue and gold pen. Guine It's perfectly alright dear. Life is unpredictable. smile

He watched her as she moved to collect the rest of her things, and then her expression and tone of her voice when she asked for her pen. She was desperate. He sincerely hoped that a Negaverse officer was removed enough from emotion that they would not be able to fake that kind of sincere distress.
After making sure no one was looking, he moved his bag from where it pinned the pen beneath so that she could grab it. “You should be careful with that. You only get one,” he said with a small sigh, knowing that if he was wrong about her, he would be painting a target on his back.
“I know what you are,” he said quietly, making sure there was still no one around to overhear him or see what he was doing as he reached into his pants pocket to pull out his own pen, twisting it around in his fingers for just a few moments, before returning it to his pocket. “Oberon… my other name. Kinda look like a boyscout,” he said, trying to tell her who he was without saying everything.

"Wait... what?" She hissed quietly as she jumped slightly and banged her head off the table in her surprise. "Ow!" She groaned, but with her pen firmly in her hand she carefully removed herself from under the table, rubbing the top of her head that had connected so firmly with the table. She pulled herself back into her chair, her eyes fixated on the boy across from her and the pen that he had deposited back into his pocket. She stared at him for a moment and the glamour that had separated Peter and Oberon disappeared. Her eyes widened. I remember seeing you on the train!" She said quietly, her excitement building. "It makes so much more sense now!" Grabbing her bag she quickly stored her own pen back into it's pocket, taking care to make sure it was zippered shut this time before looking back up at him with a grin. "Harmonia." She pointed to herself. "in blue and gold." She wanted to keep to peter's quiet and hushed tones, knowing that they could be over heard by the wrong people if they weren't careful. "Does this mean Haven is..." She trailed off, figuring he'd understand where she was going with the question.

Peter tried not to make it look obvious that he was still scoping out the place for anyone who might have heard them, but for now it looked like they were in the clear. He did let out a sigh of relief when it turned out that he was right about her. Harmonia, huh? Well, that was good to know.
He nodded lightly when she asked about Haven, hoping that the other Senshi wouldn't mind that her identity was being revealed to an ally. It wasn't as though Chailee was untrustworthy or anything like that. Or maybe he had higher expectations of people than others.
"Perdita. Blue with cooper," he said, glancing down at his phone to check the time, making a face. "We should meet up later, if you want to talk more. Here," he said, pulling out a piece of paper from his backpack to jot down his number. He would have taken her phone from her if she had it out, and he didn't want to be weird and and for her number right away. This way, she could call it she wanted. Once he slid the number across the table, he stood to collect his things. "Either phone works," he added with a sly wink, hoping she understood that he meant their Senshi phone, now that they knew who each other were. "Let me know if you ever need anything."
