well, I'm not an admin or anything for the guild. But usually i just time skip if something annoys me by taking too long, or you could have their communicator, or cellphone, or whatever, go off and have whatever or whoever is on the other end of the line call them away from whatever it is they were doing in the RP's that aren't responsive. that would give you a reason to move your characters to new locations.
just a suggestion but remember i am not crew or captain of the guild so you might wanna check with them first.
