• Path of the chosen Element User must only have one element for their Chakra natures. This allows them to focus all of their Chakra and discipline into one single element which must remain this way regardless of chosen classes. Their Ninjutsu with the chosen element looses its elemental weakness and also beats out Ninjutsu of the same rank. They also gain 6 extra Ninjutsu slot, +5 Chakra per rank, +10 to Chakra control with the chosen element and +2 post reduction to Ninjutsu of that element.
• Path of Focus The user has reached a new level of focus in their ninjutsu training, allowing them to better concentrate chakra into their jutsu. Due to this, they're able to make their jutsu act as if one rank stronger than usual. (if this path is chosen when gaining the spec for being a nin/nin the third element obtained does not gain the strength boost. Mostly for those that choose the dual element path from main class.)

These Masters of Ninjutsu have reached amazing levels of control over their elements and chakra. This grants the user an additional chakra element as well as an additional 10 custom jutsu slots to be used for elemental combination custom jutsu. (These customs can not match jutsu in the established elemental kekkei genkai.)
