A figure sat outside one of the classes on campus, legs stretched out in front of him, one ankle crossed absently over the other. There was a book in his hand - the cover read Anatomy and Physiology: Inner Workings of the Human Body in bold, bright letters - and a few more notebooks and textbooks were stacked next to him, neat and tidy.
Every so often, Archer would make a note in his book, mark it with a highlighter, and turn the page.

SNAP. A bright flash. Then there was Olga. She was crouched at Archer's feet with the Polaroid in one hand and the now developing picture in the other. Her cheeks might have been a wee bit red, because she was close to yet another hot guy (she wondered if she'd ever get used to it...she was running across them like fish in the sea now), but she was in a very good mood. She couldn't help herself. The guy just looked like something out of a romance novel stereotype. The cool smart guy with his books at school. How could she not!? "Hey!" She grinned at the young man now after dropping in on him, fanning the photo still. "What's your major, huh?" She asked, nodding her head towards the book.

If there was one thing that Archer did not enjoy it was being disrupted while he was studying and or reading. His attention was focused entirely on the books in his lap and he was not focused on the outside world, nor did he care to be in any way, shape or form.
Which was why, when there was an unexpected flash of light, followed by a young woman, his reaction was a flat, almost disbelieving stare.
"Is there any particular reason why you felt the need to interrupt me when I'm clearly not looking for company?" Archer asked bluntly.

Olga blinked, momentarily taken aback by the reaction (or lack there of) before she grinned. "Ooooooooh." She hummed. "I know your type!" Because she dated them so hard. In otome games. "Besides---if you were looking for privacy---" She glanced down one side, and then the other. "Outside the class room wasn't exactly the best choice!" Her grin turned fox eyed. She thrust out a hand to him. "My name's Olga!"

The hand thrust out towards him wasn't even acknowledged, Archer scrutinizing the girl with a certain amount of musing. He had no particular desire to understand what she was saying to him; there was no underlying interest in her personality, she was simply a silly girl with a silly intention.
He looked back at his books.
"Kindly leave me in peace, if you'd please."

And Olga's hand hung out there between them. Awkwardly. As she was denied. It didn't discourage her though, no. Just the opposite. It excited her. She never met this type in real life before. She was getting first hand experience! First hand experience to apply to writing! Getting pumped about the opportunity, Olga stashed her camera away and then fished out a small leather journal instead. She snapped the clasp open, took out a pen as well, and then flipped it open. Olga carefully stuck the photo she had taken of Archer in there, and then flipped to a new page with a small giggle. "I'm going to call youuuuu--" Her tongue stuck out briefly as she tapped the pen on the journal. "Drew!" She declared happily, talking to Archer even though he had dismissed her. "You look like a Drew." She then wrote in her journal Drew with quotation marks, and then started to make notes on his behavior, glancing up at him a handful of times to note his appearance and posture and behaviors. kuropeco RP OVER---wait, just kidding > : D

If it had been any normal other person, they would have simply walked away, and that would have been that. Archer would have kept on reading, and would not have been bothered in the slightest to have slighted such a person, forgetting about it seconds later.
This was clearly not one of those people.
The notebook was given a brief, dismissive look, the expression on his face an irritated one.
"I am not a Drew," said Archer flatly. "Kindly leave me in peace."

"Weeeeeell until I know your real name---that's what your name is." Olga returned, a bit distracted as she quickly jotted down some more notes. Super cool guy type research go! "Hey--uh..." Olga paused, glancing up at him with a tilt of her head as she regarded him with a furrowed brow. "Isn't it flattering when someone wants to know about you?"

There was only one possible answer to the girl's question.
"No," said Archer flatly.

This was good stuff. "Oooooh!" Olga eagerly jotted down some more notes based on the response to the question. Such awesome research about this character type! She shifted, still crouching but now with both her her knees pulled up against her chest and her chin resting on top of them. Her notebook was held in front of her, her pen still at the ready as she looked up from it and back at Drew. "Why?"

Another answer had already been prepared in the case of such a question.
"Because."

"No, Drew!" Olga gasped, briefly looking horrified. "You can't 'because' me! That doesn't answer the question at all!" Further explained Captain Obvious. "Are you shy?" She suddenly asked with a smile.

"It is indeed an answer, even if it's not an answer you approve of," said Archer, a sigh escaping him as he looked at the girl. "Which seems to be a common thing with you, apparently. Have you no regard for anyone else but yourself?"
It was asked curiously, Archer tilting his head to the side.
"And no, not in the slightest."

"No---it's the worst!" Olga exclaimed, her brows shooting up into her pale bangs. "You wouldn't accept it as acceptable if I said that to you!" She then gave him a fox eyed grin. "But I do have regard for you! That's why I'm talking to you!" She waved her pen at him.

A single brow rose.
"You have no idea what I would find acceptable, considering that you are not me," said Archer lightly. "You do not have my mind, my thoughts, nor my intelligence. And your assumptions are still entirely baseless, for the record. You lack any sort of interest, and this conversation holds no benefits for me, so..."
He reached for his bag and began pushing books neatly back into it.
"Go find someone else to flitter around."
