Olga stepped out into the gym from the room that hosted her kick-boxing class. It'd just finished, and while she'd usually be in a hurry to go home and get back to writing or tumbling for more Outlander Jamie / Claire gif sets, she had stopped. The kick-boxing class was a good work out...but as she watched various people working out at the variety of machines...it made her want to really push herself. The free hand that wasn't holding her gym bag reached up to poke one of her own forearms. While no means flabby, because she had grown up on a ranch, they could be better, right? Since she had left home, she had severely lacked the work out...and she could make up for it...right? Especially if she ever ran into their weird guy at night again... Olga tilted her head, and then just commenced staring. Where to start...her black eyes drifted until they rested on a particularly tall girl who was...the utmost dedicated to working out it seemed. Then she just kept staring.

Daisy liked the gym. Especially this one, since most of the creepy dudes had learned early on to leave her alone while she was working out. Humming softly to herself, she did another set with the weights she'd chosen and once done, carefully set them down and stretched out.
After a moment, she noticed the staring girl and rather than ignoring her, closed the distance between them. Then, staring down, Daisy studied the girl before breaking into a cheerful grin and speaking.
"Okay, I don't recognize you from anywhere. So why the stares? Do you know me somehow?"

Oh... oops. Olga knew she was busted the moment the other girl made a beeline for her. She stared too long (and not subtly at all)! She had the brief moment to look bashful before she returned the greeting with a grin of her own, a hand reaching up to rub the back of her head. "Nah, I don't!" She replied honestly. "I was just admiring the dedication you had to working out! I mean--" She gestured loosely to indicate some people around them. "They're focused too, but not quite as enthusiastic as you!" Olga paused for a moment. "I've been wanting to take up a routine of sorts but...I don't know what's best or where to begin!"

Blinking a little at the unexpected compliment, Daisy's grin widened as she shook her head.
"Don't know that I'd call it dedication since it's just fun for me, but thanks! And since we don't know each other, let me fix that. I'm Daisy," she said, holding out a hand. "As for routine, depends on what you're interested in, I suppose."
At least this girl hadn't asked one of the creepers about routines, Daisy thought. Poor thing would have ended up having her time wasted by some preening, posing jackass instead of learning anything helpful. Well, she amended the thought, helpful as far as working out.
"Hey, friendly word, don't ever ask those bozos," she pointed to the guys lifting weights and grunting up a storm, "for help. They're pretty full of themselves and would waste your time just to have an audience."

She was surprised, but even more impressed than anything. She grinned widely in return, eagerly taking Daisy's hand and giving it a firm and enthusiastic shake. "Olga! It's nice to meet you!" She was also about to tell her what she was interested in, but it seemed there was more to add. "Huh?" Olga leaned in a bit, following Daisy's line of gesture, and caught sight of the guys pumping weight like crazy. The stereotypical muscle heads, ah! She laughed, and straightened herself up, planting her hands on her hips. "Thanks! I'll just admire from a distance!" She grinned. "I mean, bulging biceps and washboard abs are pretty awesome! I just won't let them get a chance to talk to me and ruin the beautiful image with their mouths!" She cackled, and then rolled her shoulders idly. "I'm interested in like---an overall work out! Does that make sense? I just want to strengthen--" She made some sweeping gestures over herself, "--everything."

If possible, Daisy's grin became even wider as Olga shot down the muscleheads so smoothly. Throwing back her head with unrestrained laughter, she reached out to play punch the other girl's shoulder, careful to hold back so all Olga would feel was a gentle tap.
"Oh, I am gonna like you," she gasped a little as the laughter began to wind down. "Hell, I may have to introduce you to my ex sometime. He's got the physical package plus a brain. He might even have some ideas for workouts since he's all about sword fighting and s**t. I mean, knowing how to swing a great sword around without cutting off your own legs must take a lot of practice and all, yeah?"
Glancing down at Olga, she considered what sort of work out would be best for what the other girl wanted.
"This might sound dumb, but I know yoga is good for muscle strengthening. I mean, have you seen some of those poses? If nothing else, it'd for sure get muscles you didn't know you had stretched out and warmed up. I mean, I tend to work more with weights. But I like testing my own limits and then stomping all over them."
Chuckling, she ran her fingers through her hair to pull it from her face.
"How about we start by figuring out what you like doing. So. What sorts of exercise do you enjoy?"Lucyal I'm so sorry! Things kind of piled up on me for a while. ;;
