Heels clicked on the pavement as the senshi walked down the street, keeping the darker empty streets of the city, she didn't want to deal with any 'witch hunts' as she was one of the cities supposed terrorists just due to the uniform she wore and her uniform was not something she could easily hide at all.

So rather than try and hide it she tried to keep to the less populated areas of the city at night, and being as there were no clubs or bars around here, nor anything open for that matter, it was safe for her to wander and patrol for youma - alone...not so smart. Nephthys had grown up in Destiny City her whole life and so seeing the progression of the city becoming more and more dangerous, watched the news reports, and felt the impact of the terror she felt she was able to hold her own with confidence, somewhere in the back of her mind she knew she couldn't against many others, but this was her city and she now had the power to try and help stop the decline and even roll the clock back on it and she would! That was enough to have her out and alone in the streets hoping to run into some youma which she could take out, one less thing to terrorize her city.

On the completely entirely different otherhand, Sailor Duhr had no qualms about practically marching down the street, be it in broad daylight or not. Well, okay, she knew enough to have figured out that nights were better for youma patrolling, but since she didn't understand half of the things she saw on TV these days, she never bothered in getting one for her apartment. So all of the negative news reports, all of the horrible slander the senshi were subjected too - she was completely oblivious, in her own little tilted world to herself.

Her main focus, right now, was practicing her walk. Heels made her stumble too much when she ran, but what better night to practice than on nights she was patrolling, right?

Hop. Hop. Jump!

The game tonight was No Cracks. Each dainty shoe made its best effort not to step on any cracks on the sidewalk as she hopped along, clicking and clacking down the street like an uncoordinated horse.

Red heels stopped in their noise making as their owner stopped walking and paused in order to look around. Someone was near by and they felt like herself. "Another senshi..." Trailing off the senshi of vampires tilted her head, curls swaying and brushing against the back of her neck, she still was getting used to how short her hair felt as normally it was uncurled and trailed right down to just above her a**.

Hmm...so where could this senshi be? She was sure they were close to her. Tapping a little red shoe the brunette twisted and turned around before taking off in the direction she thought the signature was coming from. Luckily she had spent years walking in heels, sneakers worn only when need be, so she had long ago learned to run in them and when she came around the corner at the end of the block she turned it and her eyes landed on another senshi who was hopping and jumping along the sidewalk. Stopping in her tracks she stood under a lamp light watching the other calmly wondering why she was hopping and jumping about.

As she made her way towards the other scout, each hop, jump and bounce closer, she too felt the aura of another magical being draw near.

Raising her head suddenly, blonde curls dangled in front of her view, temporarily obscuring it. Brushing them away with an indignant huff, her attention soon fell upon the reddish, blackish, paleish character she saw standing beneath the lamplight.

What in tarnation...

This was clearly not a normal lookin' person, bein' all dressed up to the nines in the middle of the night. So either she was one of 'em ladies of the nights or she was a sailor like she was. And from the aura she was feelin', she'd bet the farm it was the latter.

"Howdy!" She called out, forgetting entirely about her game and instead, clomped her way towards the stranger. "How ya doin??"

Well, she sure seemed a cheerful senshi the darker dressed one thought watching the other head her way. Tilting her head, curls moving with every little head movement, thanks to how they hung there behind her rather than just fell straight down. The curls also added to how easily her hair moved. Watching the other make her way over she noted the other didn't seem very good with walking in heels - how interesting.

"Good evening. I'm doing well, and yourself?" She asked deciding to make her own way toward the other, meet her half way. "You've had a good night, I hope." She spoke, hands at her sides and pressing her dress down a bit at the sides, she really did hope it didn't get larger and hard to deal with and move in. As her dress was now it wasn't so bad though it wasn't something practical for fighting in.

"Doin' swell, can't complain at all!"

Arriving at her destination, she threw out one hand in offering towards the dainty looking girl. "Duhr, Tornadoes are my thing. Nice to make your acquaintance!"

She sure did look pretty, with all that red and black. Very elegant, especially walkin' in the heels the way she did. Could this be one of those princesses that Dorado had told her about? She knew there were princesses out there, but hadn't met any yet. Or, at least, she didn't think she'd met any yet. Princesses would introduce themselves if they met folks, wouldn't they?

"Well, that's good." She said nodding her head once. "Same here. I've not run into a youma even." It had been quiet thus far, and she wondered if it would remain as such tonight.

"Nephthys, senshi of Vampires." She said taking the others hand to shake before letting the others hand go, it was a brief thing. "It's nice to meet you as well." Looking the other over she smiled. The other looked lovely really, and all those curls! Beyond that though was the word tornadoes which had her attention, finally. She was senshi of tornadoes...those were rather dangerous so how much damage could this one do? She knew she couldn't do much damage at all....well none really she just took energy.

She had opened her mouth to comment about youma and the exciting adventure she'd had defeating one (okay, so really, an 18 wheeler had defeated it, but that was a minor detail)....until the other senshi mentioned her sphere.

Immediately, her face paled and the taller girl took a step backwards. "Vampires. Like...like the bloodsuckers?"

The girl didn't look like one of those Dracula things she'd seen in the old movies Pa had let her see over Halloween. But then again, how many vampires were around? Wait. Were they around? Crap.

"Ah...Ah didn't think those existed. And you're their senshi? How's THAT supposed to work??"

Did things have to exist to be a sphere? She doubted, highly so, that vampires were a real thing though perhaps in the past and on her planet? She wasn't one now though, and she was sure she'd know if she was one. So when the other seemed to pale and step back away from her the brunette reached out toward her.

"No, they are not real. but I am the senshi of vampires." How did that work? She really didn't know but she knew she was no vampire. Parting her lips she made sure to show she had no fangs. "See, no fangs. My magic just takes energy from others." So sort of like a vampire when they took blood, right? Plus it was done by bats and there was almost always some connection between bats and vampires. So it fit in some way.

Relief washed over her as she studied the other girl's mouth, then listened to her explanation. Okay...that made sense. Heck, it didn't even matter if it made sense or not, just as long as there weren't any bloodsuckers roaming the Earth... it was bad enough having youma around!

"Energy?" It took another minute for the explanation to fully process. "That's....COOL."

Eyes grew wide, but out of fascination as opposed to fear and she stepped closer, now fully enthralled with her new companion and her ability. "Like, yew could make your enemy super tired?"

"Yeah...I guess. I can't like...hurt anyone. I mean I just weaken them." Which she did wish she could do more, it left her vulnerable as she wasn't exactly a fighter of any sort and her attack just drained someone, it didn't hurt them or make them not want to fight her because of what she could do to them.

"Yeah....I don't know how tired but yeah..that's all I can do." She said as the other approached her again, at least she didn't seem scared or worried any more about her sphere - that was good. "What about you? What does your magic do?" She asked now wondering what the other senshi could do. She hadn't met many others and so was really curious about this.

"Not hurt 'em?" Well, that did make sense, feeling tired was never really something that was painful, per se.

"I do tornadoes. Y'know, the whirly wind funnel things." She wasn't 100% sure if city folk knew what they looked like, since none had passed through Destiny City in forever...well, at least since she'd been there. "They spin, knock stuff around and back. Hard to control 'n all, once they start up."

She was sure that her explanation for her attack could probably use some polishing, description wise, but it seemed an okay wording for at least her, so she was satisfied. What she was more interested in, though, was the other senshi's power.

"Hey, why don't yew try it out on me?"

The words spilled out of her mouth the moment she thought of them. If it didn't hurt, what was the problem with trying it out, right?

"Ah wanna see what it does - Ah mean, if you weaken 'em, they can't really fight back, right?"

She knew what one was but the damage they could do...well she had only seen from tv and that wasn't often and only the really devastating ones. But she hadn't thought the other would be able to create them...just something close or something from them - like the wind or spinning wind but not that strong. From the sound of it though the other senshi could make a tornado in all it's glory, or sort of glory. "Is your magic then hard to control? If you create tornadoes and such." She questioned then.

"Your sure?" She asked before nodding her head. "That is true. Though someone else would need to do the damage after I weaken them." So working with someone who could do damage would be a good idea for the senshi of vampires.

"Alright, I'll use it on you." Stepping back from the other, to give herself some distance, she brought her cupped hands down into her lap before bringing her hands up as if she were splashing the other with water. Her attack was whispered so low it was impossible to hear. Were she splashing someone water would come from her hands but as there was nothing there you'd think nothing would come from her hands but three bats did instead. They were aimed right for the other senshi.

Ghouliboo
Sailor Scout Attack:
Sailor Nephthys raises both her arms in front of her, as if splashing someone with something, as she calls her attack. This attack summons three bats, playing on the lore that vampires could turn into bats, and not only do they serve as a distraction but if they bite a person they drain that person(s) of energy. The bats actually do drain a victims energy, equivalent to pulling an all nighter. For those people it will be noticeable if they are using a lot of their own attacks or are very active in a battle. This attack can be aimed at more than one person, as there are three bats. They can be attacked and destroyed or avoided of course. This attack is an instant cast and the bats will last for fifteen seconds before vanishing of their own accord. The spell can be cast three times in battle.

"It ain't go---OOOOOH!"

Her comment was lost, interrupted by the surprise bombardment of winged rodents hurled in her direction. Instinctively, her hands immediately flew up and began to swat and smack at the varmints, dainty white gloves doing nothing to slow their assault.

Suddenly, she felt a sharp p***k on her arm. "Ow!" And then another. "Hey!"

These suckers were biting her!

"Ah thought yew said this didn't hurt!" Her swatting intensified, but after a few more seconds, the bats disappeared entirely, leaving her the freedom to relax her arms. Her noticeably more tired arms.

"A'ight... Ah see what yew mean....about the tired thing..." She yawned, her shoulders slumping forward. Man, it now felt like she hadn't slept in a couple days!

"Does it?" I mean she had only used it what...once or twice now? She knew they bit but she's heard of people being bitten by vampire bats and never even knowing, or waking up, when they were bitten. The bats had to bite things for blood but they did it and normally weren't felt or caught (she'd looked things up). So to hear that had her curious and ready to explain it.

"I read that people don't wake when bitten by them, in third world countries. Or animals not noticing." So she hadn't thought it would be felt really. They were able to almost numb the area if she remembered right, she just couldn't remember that small detail and how it was done.

"Yeah...the energy drain it seems can b a bit strong." Approaching the other to offer her a body to lean on if she needed it.
