She'd heard the noise long before anything came into view.
The youma had passed the window of the shop she was in, dashing down the street, chased by a redheaded blur. It had taken several minutes for the blonde woman to find a secluded place to transform, but as soon as she had, Sailor Duhr was out and about, madly searching for the monster that had streaked down the sidewalk.
By the time she'd arrived to the end of the block, however, there was nothing left of the youma but the redheaded woman who had conquered it. Only then did Duhr even notice the young woman's attire.
A sailor scout! Why, she was a sailor scout just like she was!
"Well, howdy there!"
There was no way to hold back her enthusiasm - she hadn't seen another scout since she'd met Dorado!

Pisces hadn't wanted to henshin, but with no others around and a youma running wild, the redhead was forced to do so walking to her dorm, and now, now it was dusted, and Pisces shivered, blinking as she looked around. She swallowed, and then looked up at another Aura nearing, and smiled as an Order senshi approached, waving shyly. "O...Oh... Hello...!"

"Well Ah'll be hog tied." As Mags studied the girl even further, her excitement swelled within her. Not only was she in the presence of another senshi, but she was in the presence of a senshi who was stuck lookin' all fluffy and prissy like she was!
"The name's Duhr." She proudly announced, offering her gloved hand towards the stranger. "Ah gotta say, you're lookin' just as trussed up as I am - did ya get stuck in it like Ah did?"
One heel wobbled as she regained her balance. Even merely standing in high heels drove her feet crazy. "Ah don't know how they expect us to fight, lookin' like this."

"Oh, I... My name is Pisces." The Senshi took Duhr's hand gently and shook it, listening before smiling, tilting her head. "I like my dress, but there could be worse. It could be long. And high heels are useful..." Her eyes flashed. "Ever weaponize your shoes?"

Now here was another smart thinker. Why in the world couldn't she come up with brilliant ideas like Dorado and Pisces could? She was absolutely right! The dress could have been longer - man, that would be TERRIBLE.
"Weaponize....shoes?"
She stared at the shorter girl, a blank expression etched across her face. How in the heck was someone supposed to weapon-ize their shoes?
As if to investigate, she kicked her heels off, right there on the side of the street, ignoring the fact her stockings were now gathering dirt from the gravel beneath. Reaching down, she pulled up both heels, presenting them to the zodiac senshi. "These? Just...throw 'em? Or somethin?"

"Ah!" The french senshi beamed, and carefully removed her own shoe, balancing carefully by leaning weight on her flat foot and bending her knee on the still-shoe bearing foot. "They heels are hard, you see, and small. If you hit someone with it hard enough, it works as a spike. Kicking too, if you've the balance." Did Duhr have balance in heels? Not all girls enjoyed or wore heels often. Stiletto and narrow heels especially posed a challenge to those in need ofa good foot to stand and kick on, let alone balancing to walk. While Pisces enjoyed ruffles and frill and her high heels, she wanted to help any way she could... At least, the White Moon, anyhow.

"Well Ah'll be..."
She stared at the steel blue colored heel as one thumb rubbed against the pointed end - the current bane of her existence, aside from the curls that always got in the way and the ruffles that were far too girly for her taste. But runnin' proper couldn't work with heels - not for her yet, anyways. But this....this was a dern good idea.
Dan would be so proud of her new discovery!
"Wonder how strong they are." She mused allowed, now methodically practicing her jab in the empty air in front of them. "Bet Ah could take an eye out, if I tried hard enough. D'ya think it'd break off, though?"

"It might, I don't know. I know it should get repaired when you henshin next..." Pisces admitted thoughtfully. The girl studied her own heel, and tilted her head, her own curls bobbing slightly. "I wonder what material our shoes are made of. I know they're also good for stomping on feet or similar."

"Yeah, Ah've tried that." Duhr, of course, was referring to destroying her outfit completely. She'd dedicated an evening to cutting, snipping and altering her uniform until it reached a suitable, less-poof level that had reached a point of toleration. She'd removed layers of silky frills, heels off of her shoes and all 'em fancyfangled bows that dotted her dress everywhichawhere.
But it was no use. As soon as she'd transformed back, there they all were, just as shiny and pristine as they'd ever been. Damn it.
"Ah like this shoe thing," She admitted, now having second thoughts about the usefulness of her heels, "Got any more tricks, Pisces?"

"....Hmmm." Pisces thought. She was used to frills and lace even in civilian life, but she wasn't sure if Duhr was, and finally she removed a hair clip thoughtfully, examining the straight pin. "i'm not sure. I've been told pins are good, but those are not something I'm as familiar with." She looked thoughtful, the senshi tapping her chin before motioning. "It's good to manage distance if you can. We're both wearing layers, and that can catch, but risking tears is okay." Even if it broke Pisces' heart to see a dress torn. Or shoes. She didn't want to think of damaged shoes.

"Got no pins, just lots of bows."
How disappointing. Pins could have been fun, after all. Maybe not terribly effective against all the weapons she'd heard these Negawhatsits had on 'em, but thankfully, she'd never seen any to worry about thus far. But bows weren't very effective for....well, anything.
"Not too worried about tearin' it, neither." She added, shrugging. It was clear that this young woman was in favor of her attire, which was alright in Duhr's book. To each their own, right?
"So," Time for a subject change. "Are there more of ya'll around? Ah mean, dressed up senshi 'n stuff. It's nice to know we ain't the only ones wearin' this stuff."

"Some." Pisces nodded. She was more than open to letting Duhr change the topic if only so the other senshi felt more comfortable. Not everyone was happy looking like a doll like Pisces was, but she certainly could get used to it. "I think outfits vary a lot, too." Briefly, she wished she remembered escaping the Negaverse more clearly - but most of her mind then was frightened and despondant. And powering... She still felt cut off, and lonely. "Other senshi have different outfits, as well. There's all kinds. But I think a lot of girls have skirts. Not all, but, many."

Sailor Duhr wasn't the brightest crayon in the box, so if her new friend wasn't feeling quite well, it was hard for her to tell, especially when she still had skirts on the brain.
"Ah think we'd all do a lot better if we'd been given some pants, or hell, Ah'd even take bloomers at this point instead of hoop skirts 'n frills." Pausing, she realized something. "Hey - if yew know other senshi, that must mean yew've been around for a while, right?"
Well, she was pretty smart, after all. "What exactly do you think we need to be doin'? My friend, she's real smart too but it just seems like we keep trainin' and trainin' but the monsters keep comin' and comin'. Shouldn't we have some, uh, magical bomb or somethin' to drop and keep 'em from comin'?"
Once again, Sailor Duhr with the brilliant plan.

"Perhaps!" Pisces admitted. Not everyone liked skirts or found them easy to move in, and then she thought on the second question. Need. What did they need? "Well... Sort - sort of..." Pisces admitted, remembering Duhr had asked about her time first. The senshi thought carefully, pursing her lips and frowning in worry before sighing. "Intelligence maybe. A way to catch them. They - keep surprising others. Me too." Pisces frowned. "We're so disorganized as well..."
