Mjolnir was returning back to the park after another night out hunting. Many senshi called it a patrol, but she never truly understood why that was; it was just one of many things that she did not understand about the courts at this point. Regardless her night had been a semi-successful one, she had been able to disrupt the plans of the Negaverse but she was not able to finish off the agent after beating him. Despite all her rage and hatred she found it impossible to end a life, instead she just watched on as people ran off battered and bloody her knuckles cut to shreds from the confrontation. Her sphere was battle orientated and had the power to do serious damage to someone.
She just could not understand why she was unable to use it properly.
What was stopping her? She pouted.
She just was not strong enough yet.
It was a pleasant night, despite the darkened skies the temperature had not dropped like it usually did this time of year. It was a small mercy. Ophelia had made a small base for herself here; a dry patch under shelter that was build up of cardboard and old blankets that she had scavenged. Maybe she would get some real rest tonight. She could not remember the last time she got a good nights sleep. Granted sleeping outside was never comfortable, but some nights were easier to get through than others.
The metal plates of her amour skirt clinked together as she walked. She had never found her fuku heavy, despite the amount of metal that hung from it.
She had seen other senshi run around in bikinis and frilly costumes, but never understood that use of them. She was built for war. Adjusting her braces she got ready to power down, but instead stopped as she approached her usual sleeping spot. The chain of the swing strained and echoed in the night, Mjolnir stopped and amber eyes looked towards the swing set, she needed to walk through the park to get home, but somebody was already there.
"Hmmm."
She could not help put wear the inconvenience she felt on her face.
"Isn't powering up a lot of effort to go through just to play in the park?"
Girl had no tact.

Ganymede felt the aura of an approaching Chaos Senshi before she saw the other girl. At first she thought it might be a normal corrupted Senshi like Cyllene or Amphitrite, but the more she focused on the aura, the less it felt like one of there. She therefore assumed (correctly, it seemed) that said aura belonged to one of the Senshi of the Dark Mirror.
It was an uneventful evening that saw her at the park. She'd dusted a single youma before things seemed to quiet down for the night. She hadn't even sensed any Negaverse auras in the vicinity. With nothing else to do, she'd found the swing set in the park and took her place on one of the swings, going back and forth lazily. She seemed to be waiting there for something. Indeed, she was waiting for something of interest to pop up on her radar.
It seemed she was not to be disappointed, for although the Dark Mirror Senshi didn't immediately attack her, her presence was enough of an interest to Ganymede for her to drag her feet along the ground to slow her swinging, gripping tightly to the rusting chains as she focused on the other girl.
“I'm bored,” Ganymede said by way of explanation.
She'd not seen this Mirror Senshi before, but then she hadn't seen many of them to begin with. Remarque, Mothra, perhaps a third she had difficulty remembering. Her limited encounters with them led her to believe they were a rather small group when compared to the Negaverse or the Senshi of the White Moon.
“There aren't any youma out tonight that I can find, and I haven't run into any Negaverse officers,” she continued to explain. “Sometimes it's nice just to take a break from patrolling and do something silly instead.”
Eventually she came to a stop, staring across at the girl curiously. “I'm Ganymede,” she said. “Who are you?”

Mjlonir could not help but look over in surprise. Almost like the concept of fun was alien to her. This girl was odd. Maybe if it was anyone else she could have lectured them, Mjolnir was buisness all the time and almost expected everyone to be the same way. Though she could not help but notice the other girls fuku and the small wings that hung from her hip. The Beserker senshi had not been taken under the wing of anyone so had no real idea how upgrades worked, but she had worked out by this point to guess someone's strength by their appearance. Butt-wings meant a butt-kicking. It would be wrong to question her superiors.
"I am Mjolnir."
She finally replied, the brunette continued walking towards the blonde, her fingers reaching out and grabbing the chains of the wing next to her as she took a seat. She was in no rush to get back home, sleep deprivation had become the normal and staying up a little longer would not make much of a difference. With nobody to go during the day she could sleep as long as her body would allow.
"I found one earlier... I let him get away though."
She looked unimpressed to say the least, she did not really know why she was talking about her shortcomings, maybe the event was just running through her mind and bothering her. Her knuckles throbbed as she clenched the chain but it did not seem to notice.
In all honesty she could not remember ever being to a park for leisure before; she must have been at some point but it must not have made much of an impression. She could not remember going anywhere with her parents, or having much fun. Much like her senshi life, her civilian life used to be all business too.
Her amber eyes drifted back to the girl who was sat next to her, a little surprised she was not more on guard around a chaos aligned senshi. Usually the white moon treated her with hostility and she had to waste so much breath explaining that she was not a threat to them. Still, sometimes it ended with confrontation.
"Isn't Ganymede a moon of Jupiter?"
Mjolnir was zero percent efficient at all talk, but she did remember some of her science classes despite the fact she had not seen a book or a tv screen in recent memory.

Perhaps she should have been more concerned about the situation than she was. She knew next to nothing about the Dark Mirror Court except that they were another Chaos aligned group, with auras that felt as wrong to her as a traditional corrupted Senshi's. But with so few encounters to speak of, she was more intrigued by them than she was hostile. Certainly if one attacked her she would fight back, but she didn't feel the need to start a confrontation if one simply wished to talk.
As far as she could tell, the Dark Mirror wasn't like the Negaverse. They had different ways of going about things, and most likely different goals to boot. She couldn't pretend to know what those goals were, but as the Dark Mirror had done nothing to kidnap and torture other Senshi the way the Negaverse had, she could give them the benefit of the doubt.
Of course, this was the Court that had arisen from the Blood Moon Court, and they'd certainly had nothing against kidnapping and torture. Perhaps they were merely biding their time...
But this Senshi was a basic level one. What harm could speaking with her do?
“It is a moon of Jupiter,” Ganymede replied, glancing over at the other girl as Mjolnir took the swing beside her.
They must look like an odd pair, one Eternal White Moon Senshi sitting companionably beside a basic Dark Mirror Senshi.
“It's the largest moon in the solar system, actually,” she said with some pride. “I'm one of the Jovians. That's my team. Moons and Knights of Jupiter. We actually came together the night your court was created. I guess we were suppose to combat your court's influence, but I haven't noticed you guys doing anything as terrible as the Negaverse does, so I figure you're not all bad.”

"Is is strange to come across someone with a name that is... close. Everyone's worlds always seem to be so far away."
Bright eyes looked up at the sky; towards words she had been told about but she would never know. Even though it was strange to call Jupiter close; it was a name she grew up with, one that felt familiar. Out there somewhere was a minor asteroid called Mjolnir, and once upon a time she might have called it home. If the information she received was to be believed that is.
She looked to the other woman curiously; she should have known that, however Mjolnir had been kept in the dark about her courts origins.
"I was not there; I do not know where my court came from. Only that it is the one I am in, because my energy signature tells me I am."
The brunette shrugged, when they were weak did they really have a choice which banner summoned them? She had personal had no say; having been given a mark before she even knew why everyone was fighting. Before she even knew what all of this meant.
"Maybe. I can not speak for everyone; from what I know we have done some terrible things, that is why people dislike us." Though she had to admit, quite a few of her own court members had left her with a bitter taste - to her not fighting back against them was just as bad as anything the Negaverse did, they were letting it happen.
"Where did we come from? The Dark Mirror?"
