Whenever there was a show coming up at DCU Anxo got antsy. Not just antsy, straight up bouncing off the walls in excitment! He wanted to be everywhere at once! On the stage painting the set, in the back fixing curtains, in the costume shop tearing up threads, in the dressing room setting out the clothes for the actors. Sure, sure he specialized in the painting portion of the setting and props but that didn't mean anything! Especially during crunch time when it seemed that everything was stretched thin to reach a deadline! And the set designers had finally had enough with Anxo and his bouncing and rambling and set him off to bother someone else, mainly the male actors and helping them in and out of their costumes.

Which.. In hindsight wouldn't have been that big of a deal. Honestly, most of the time the men's costumes were never as amazing as the female leads were. But not this time. No no no not at all this time. This time they were MASTERPIECES! Long flower robes of an Ancient King, Head dresses for mighty warriors! Even the stitching on the King's robe was HAND DONE, with a seemingly infinite number of llittle gold plated rings. And with that much work and dedication and sweat and blood and tears put into such a piece, it must be handled carefully!

Which Anxo, sadly, failed at doing. While attempting to hang up the hulking robe of magnificence he missed stepped and the delicate back panel made a loud, painful ripping sound. All the actors turned their heads to him, some looking on in horror, others hiding a chuckle. They knew what that sound meant.. A scolding. Or yelling.. Or a gentle pap on the head, depending on which designer created the outfit.

Anxo wasn't scared! Okay, definitely a bit scared but he had no hesitation when it came to presenting the ruined outfit to those in the costume shop. With a slight, ashamed smile, and a soft voice, he stepped into the room.

"Um... I kinda dun goofed."

The costume shop was alive with a flurry of fabrics and sounds of men and women sewing. Fittings were happening. Details were being added. Everyone was busy keeping up with the timeline.

Being a Fashion student, this one was on the places Delilah had found her talents not only useful but praised. It was nice not having everything you made tore apart by others on a day to day bases. So she had set up camp in the back and was working on finishing up part of the wire headdress for one of the manservant. Gold, glitter and crystals covered her and the item.

But everything came to a halt when one person's voice came into the area. Everyone stopped and turned to glance at the fabric in the man's hand. Those up close quickly ruled themselves out and went back to work. One in the back finally called out "Delilah? Isn't that yours?"

That made her stop and take a closer gaze. "No!" Her voice screamed and she quickly dropped the crystal in her hand and made a mad dash towards the front. "No no no no. Oh how could you!" She cried out grabbing the garment from the male's hands and holding it up to inspect. When she saw it, she winced and turned a death glare straight at him. "You clumsy ogre! How did this happen? This took hours to get straight and in not two days it's ruined!"

What..? W-what Clumsy ogre?! He wasn't THAT bad! And it was just.. It was just a tear! It wasn't going to end the world. But she was very obviously upset, so he would not rush in to defend himself just yet. He supposed, after all, this WAS the drama department.. And some people were going to have that special 'flair' even if they weren't actors themselves.

"As an ogre, I have big feet. And while hanging it up, I placed my foot in the wrong place and lifted it too hard and it just made a deafening fabric ripping screech.. You can berate me all you'd like, Miss, but that doesn't solve the issue. I'm here to help if you'd want my big ogre hands to even fiddle with delicate work."

The look that Delilah shot him was like daggers. She wanted to stab him at that moment for daring to be a sarcastic a** after he had destroyed her work.

But a bloody death would only have ruined more than just her outfit and not to mention the legal side of things.

So instead, Delilah just groaned and reached out to grab the costume from him. "Alright Ogre. Behind you is the rolls of fabric. Get me the one that matches this and meet me at my station. You are going to help me fix this right now."

She said with a snap, turning back to her station where she began to dig for her seam ripper.

Anxo was patient. Some people would call him a sweetie bun, or a cinnamon roll at times, but right now, the frown on his face was so evident that even he thought his face might stick that way for a while. How could she be so rude?! Yes, accidents happened and she could, and has the right to be upset, but that is in no way someone should ask for help to resolve an issue. And for that, he stood where he was.

"Miss... I am sorry about what happened to the costume, but it WAS an accident, to which I apologized for by offering to assist in it's repair, but you treat me as if I meant to ruin such work. I will NOT assist in fixing it if you are going to treat me as if I'm any less intelligent than you. I do have a name, and I would appreciate it if you used it as well." She could glare at him all she liked but that certainly did not mean he was going to move an inch. In fact his arms came up and crossed themselves over his chest, as he pouted.

"Now, will your words be kinder, as we are both students in this department, or will I have to leave? After all, there is still cleaning to be done."

Her eyes widened as much as her lips thinned. It was clear she was not at all amused at all by this. Delilah was about to wave him off when she heard another one of the designers cough behind her. A warning...

Her pent up anger came out in a long sigh and she shook her head. "Well, what then is your name?" It was still sightly strained but clearly she was...trying.

"And please, Delilah." The visual drop of her shoulders singled she was calmer. "Miss has always been odd sounding to me."

Anxo wasn't the kind of person who smirked when others were scolded, but if he was, he would have the biggest smirk the world had ever seen. Yes, he agreed that this whole line of work was back breaking and everything was amazing and there was so much attention to detail, but why stress over it all? What's broken may not be fixable, but if it's an accident, how can you be mad? He really just wanted to put his hand on the young woman's shoulder and go There there, tis not the end of the world! but he was certain she'd probably bite his finger off. And he rather liked his fingers.

Even if forced, the effort put into calming her anger was appreciated, and her question was responded to with a smile.

"Anxo. It's still a pleasure to meet you, despite the unfortunate circumstance." As for her earlier request, he did finally turn around and gently plucked the mentioned roll of fabric from it's place and placed it on Delilah's Station. It was surprisingly heavy for it's size, and awkward to carry around, which led to Anxo being pleasantly impressed by the very thought of these individuals running around and constantly moving them as needed. It must take so much endurance to do so!

"So.. Seeing as it was only a back panel ripped long ways, not across the seams.. We can simply seam rip it out, and place a new one in, right? Perhaps not so simply, since your skill stated it took you two days to get the lines straight.. I can, however, take the seams out, if convenient for you. It's not my first time in here, after all, and seam ripping seems like the menial task given to me most often."
