Follow up of:Seeing Double Delilah
Companion RP to: Locating Back Up

After being chased down by her own doppelganger, Sidouer was not really inclined to go home and try to sleep off the previous night's events. Remembering the sound of the clones laugh, after being hit by the Chibi’s attack, still sent shivers down her spine. She didn’t even want to imagine what it found so funny.

For all the crap that has happened since moving to Destiny City, Washington was starting to look like a walk in the park. Sure it rained, but not as much as people often assumed; however, there were a lot of grey days.

Life use to be simple and now, not so much… Shen was away at boot camp and she had some how got mixed up in this war between order and chaos. Powering up at night to patrol the neighborhood, to make sure officers and youma creatures stayed the hell away, had become an almost daily routine whereas the self proclaimed training nights, like this one, were mere ways to pass the time till she too got tired.

Perched on a large boulder in the wooded area a few miles from her home, Sidouer rested her elbow on her bent knee and gazed out over the city. It seemed so peaceful with the street lamps acting like runway lights at an airport. Every so often she would hear the sound of a car honking their horn, likely because someone was zombie driving and falling asleep at the wheel; not something she needed to concern herself with.

“I guess my clone doesn’t feel like fighting today.” Probably a wise choice since Sidouer was intimately familiar with this area. She knew the slant and slope of the hills, where roots breached the surface only to dive back down into the ground; a trip hazard to those who didn’t know they were there. If that look-a-like did decide to show up, it would be at a severe disadvantage.

Just as a sharp wind snaked its way between the trees the Senshi of Statics phone dinged indicating she had received a new message. With a flick of her wrist her other device was summoned to her hand and with a swipe of her finger she opened the text.

Even though it had been several weeks since she had seen the Senshi in white, Sidouer remembered that night all too well. Dangling upside down from a tree limb by nothing more than a spider web in a thunderstorm, oh she remembered Phact.

Crap…

And here Sidouer was hoping she was the only one, despite the news reports, to have a dopple running around town. What’s one more thing to add to the growing list of things to look out for; Negaverse agents, monsters, and clones “Oh my…”

“Another Senshi?” I guess there is strength in numbers. It would be best to be in a small group if mine decides to show up as well.

Sidouer rose to her feet, and with a flick of her wrist the senshi cell phone disappeared back into subspace for the time being. reasons such was why she powered up in the first place.

On my way… she thought just before bounding off her perch onto the ground and taking off at a sprint. Times like now is when she was thankful for the agility boost while in uniform, it made travel significantly quicker.
