Weapon: Wooden wand (Lieutenant) -> Blunted War Staff (Captain) -> Bladed War Staff (General)

The Negaverse version also looks fine to me, and I think I see where the weapon path lies (Since I can see a full wood bokken evolving here) so I'm gonna drop this here and a GM will be along shortly!
