So I live in a crappy apartment b/c I'm a broke 24 year old and that's what we do. Basically it's like over 30 years old and the pipes are old and the wax ring in the toilet upstairs (over my roommate's bathroom not mine thank God) started leaking poo water was dripping downstairs and they had to cut out the dry wall
now they had to turn off the water to the whole building so they could fix the pipes or something.
I don't really think we'll be renewing our lease...

As I write this I hear water rushing so I think that's the water being turned back onto the building or something? IDK they said it would be back on at 2 so I'm waiting until 2 to do anything big like laundry.

Ugh our lease is through the end of April... which means we only moved in in May and we're already having all this crap. I mean a big part of it is that it's an old building and I get that, but the management is like totally incompetent and that just makes me want to GTFO
