Personality [Index] + indicates a positive trait; = indicates a neutral trait; - indicates a negative trait
General Personality Namida is an extremely positive and friendly girl. She likes to think the best of the world and everyone who lives in it. She throws herself into whatever project or relationship she starts, and will excitedly chatter about them to anyone who will listen. It isn’t an odd sight to see her hugging, leaning, or even wrapped around the people she cares about. She likes to have some sort of physical contact whenever she's around other Nightmares/Daydreams, finding it comforting and reassuring.
She can be pretty whimsical about her favorite of the things she likes or wants to study, going from being obsessed with books to practicing magic to ogling over the violin, with ease. Some days she wants to hang out with a particular person, and the next might want to hang out with a completely different group, but she does tend to stick to one area or person at a time. She's a social butterfly among all sorts of other students and tries to make sure everyone is happy and doing well. Being a cache orphan, even one that was adopted by a family, makes her especially want to make sure everyone's alright.
That being said, she's a bit naive about the world and her help doesn't always improve the situation. With her whimsical and exuberant nature, she has a hard time stopping to think things through. She likes to jump into situations without knowing the full story and help out who she considers the 'wronged' party. Sometimes that works out well for her, and others it’s ended with hurt feelings all around. Most of the time you can find her with a book, reading, or studying the various magics of the world, even if she can't do many of them very well at the moment, or outside trying to learn how to fly better or just enjoying the weather. She studies hard, wanting to do the very best she can as she grows.
She loves fruit, there are so many different kinds and ways to eat them, but she also won’t turn down a sweet, be it cake or some other kind of pastry. She absolutely hates shoes, and will find any excuse not to wear them, but she adores socks and even has a small collection of brightly colored or patterned ones. There’s no real “favorite” place for her since she can find something beautiful about just about any place, but she loves going to new locations, especially with friends.
+ Exuberant [****]Namida is very lively and enthusiastic, throwing herself into whatever project or relationship she starts. Friends and acquaintances alike can expect to be met with her excited rambles about whatever subject has caught her interest most recently. She'll throw her enthusiasm into her friends and loved one's projects as well, just as happy to help them. The girl has a lot of energy and loves to make the most of it. + Affectionate [****]Physical affection is a major part of how she acts around people. She's near always touching, holding, or leaning against people she's comfortable with. And since she's comfortable with just about everyone, acquaintances, friends, loved ones, relatives; everyone gets just about the same treatment. While this means it can be hard to tell if she's interested in someone for a partnership, it does make for a deeper relationship with everyone equally. Emotionally and mentally, she just wants to love everyone and make sure everyone is happy. If people don't like her affection or the physical aspect of it, she'll try to tone it down around them. + Empathetic [****]Being an orphan, even one that was adopted by a family, makes her especially want to make sure everyone's alright. If someone's having a bad day, you can expect her to try and help make the best of it. She knows how she would feel in that situation and will try to help out the other party. Got dumped or were picked last for something? She'll try to cheer you up because it's what she would want in that situation. While she may be exuberant and pretty whimsical, her empathetic and sociable nature help to tone that down when she's trying to help someone. = Sociable [****]With the combination of her affectionate and whimsical nature, it's no surprise that Namida is a regular social butterfly. She loves having people to talk to, friends to do things with, working on group projects. Her social group varies on who she feels closest to or who needs her attention the most that day. She gets more out of interacting with others than most nightmares do, but she also gets lonely pretty quickly. While sometimes it is nice to be alone, she prefers to have company. = Whimsical [****]With her exuberant and impulsive nature, she has a hard time focusing her attention on one subject or project at once. She'll often have more than one project going at once and loves to multitask. Sometimes she'll even drop a project halfway through because it no longer interests her as much as it did when she started it. Thus her room is a mess of half read books and unfinished projects. On occasion she'll return to one of these projects with all the energy and attention it had started with, finishing the project. At the same time it drives people batty, she can also come up with great brainstorms as her thoughts tumble and ideas occur to her. With people, she tends to be a bit more consistent, at least on a day-to-day basis. The group she wants to hang out with could last a day, or a week, or a month, there's no telling. Even if she stops hanging out with them though, she'll remain friends and can be counted on to help someone out with projects or funky moods. - Naïve [****]While she has a large group of friends and acquaintances, Namida always wants to believe in the best of the world. She has trouble understanding underhanded methods and manipulation. She does the best she can do and always approaches people with an open air and expects the same in return. Sooner or later this will get her into trouble, but as of yet she's not yet learned the error of her ways. - Impulsive [****]With her whimsical and exuberant nature, she has a hard time stopping to think things through. She likes to jump into situations without knowing the full story and help out who she considers the 'wronged' party. Sometimes this ends up well, she makes a new friend or ally, and sometimes it ends horrible, as in she jumped onto the wrong side and made a fool of herself. This nature also covers the way she picks out books, random silliness that she'll occasionally indulge in, and showing off any magic she might have gleaned from her books. Rarely, her impulsive nature can get her into trouble with her friends.

Studying/Practicing Magic! (especially illusions) [****]Namida seeks out books about all the various kinds of magic she can and especially savors those that are about illusion. She's often seen carrying around books of various sorts, trying out different spells, charms, and enchantments. She loves the feeling of getting it right, and studies especially hard to try and ensure she'll be able to do more magic as she grows. Right now she might not be able to do very much, but that doesn't stop her from trying. The other grimm form also interests her, and she's studying that as well in hopes she'll be able to do it. Music [****]She's loves people who can play music, even though she doesn't have a clue how herself. Instead of trying to find someone to teach her to play one certain instrument, she flits between which she wants to learn on a near weekly basis. She'll read up on the instrument or subject, seek out anyone in the school who might know how to play it, listen to music with that playing, but never actually manages to learn how to play any of them. Sometimes she goes back to instruments she's already read about, thinking she'll get it this time, but most of the time she goes through the same routine again. Flying [****]Even though she can only fly in short bursts, she loves to try and expand how long and how far she can. She flies whenever she can, trying to strengthen her wings or get them to improve. It's something that relaxes and excites her at the same time. If someone will sit still long enough, she'll probably try to show off how much longer or farther she can fly because of it.
On Being a Hybrid Namida is conflicted about being a hybrid. While the family she was raised with had hybrid children, it was still hard to assimilate both cultures at once. She's tried to embrace both of those parts of her heritage, but it's hard not knowing where she came from or her ancestry. Even with their teachings, they completely neglected an entire part of what makes her her: Grimm. It's extremely frustrating not to know more about the culture. She doesn't know any other grimms either, so all that she's learned about them come from books, which has been surprisingly lacking.
While Namida would never wish to be anything other than what she is, she occasionally wishes there were other grimm her age she could talk to or there was more knowledge about the culture and race as a whole. The Grimm teachers at the school have been pretty helpful in teaching her some of the things the books don't cover, but she still wants to find a few friends closer to her own age.
On Other Races Namida tends to get along well with most races but doesn't always understand all of them. The Chimera culture of independence makes it hard for her to figure out how to help them, and while Chimera who were awakened from the great cache are easier to work with, she doesn't tend to hang out much with them. She loves gathering with other fallen nightmares, knowing they can fly with her. Imps' values and customs tend to align with her own, so she gets along well with them. The geists' manipulation tends to go over her head but she likes how expressive they are. Namida simply adores the baphomet culture of generosity and hospitality. She loves the feeling of giving and getting in return and will happily help out when she can. Litches inspire both pity and a certain ick factor for her. She worries about the fact that they all tend to look like they'll keel over at any moment, and offers to help out. On the other hand, she doesn't like being around nightmares that she can see their bones through their skin. She would never express this opinion though, and treat them like any other nightmare. Demons tend to get along just fine with her, though she doesn't have much of the ambition they have.
In her Academy house The girl tends to be creative and loves to participate in the arts. While her favorite study is of illusions, she also loves to be creative in her life. Her notes tend to be covered in doodles and she likes to think up new ways to try and do spells. (Most of them fail) She also loves to encourage other nightmares in her house in their creativity. The energy of the various artists and musicians tends to be upbeat and she likes that atmosphere.
Mostly, she picked Arkham so that she'd be able to take the illusion classes and be able to be around musicians.

History
Namida's soul stone came from the Great Cache and it didn't take long for them to awaken her. It wasn't hard to see that she was a hybrid, and part Grimm at that. She spent the infant and early freshling stages of her life at Asphodel Gardens with other nightmares around her age. She played and frolicked and made plenty of friends and playmates during this time. Then a family had requested a child for their son to play with. Instead of imbuing a new soul stone for a child, they would take in one of the orphans of the Great Cache. Namida was the only child with the right combination of nightmares that would fit in their home. Her caretakers asked if she wanted to go live with a new family and be a playmate to their son and she was happy to go.
The family took her in and raised her with their son, who was just a bit older than her. She was grateful to them, and overjoyed to visit her new imp and fallen relatives. Though she was a bit louder than they liked, and a bit more enthusiastic than they'd hoped, they loved her all the same. The siblings attended preschool together and were finally sent to the boarding school, where the family had made a large donation. The boy took to learning with ease and it didn't take long for him to get ahead of her in school. She had trouble concentrating on just one subject at a time but made plenty of friends.
When Namida finally graduated to a junior she got the wonderful news that she was a big sister. Her parents had had twins! While she was ecstatic about having some younger siblings, she was also glad to be out of the house and back among so many new people. It was no wonder, as she was looking forward to getting a new roommate and studying more about magic and the grimm side of her. Her family had taught her a lot about the Imp and Fallen sides, but were rather lacking in the Grimm aspect.
Your Nightmare has just woken up on a day where they have class. What is their morning ritual? How do they get ready?
Prompt Two
Your Nightmare sees an abandoned plushie sitting on the ground by a tree in the courtyard. It looks nearly new and kind of expensive! What does your Nightmare do after they notice it?
Almost the moment her alarm went of, Namida's hand snaked out from the nest of her covers she had made to turn it off. Throwing all her covers off, she bounced out of bed with an excited air. It was a school day again and they were going to teach a new lesson on illusions! Giddy with excitement, she stumbled over a half finished project, grabbing her brush to run it through her hair. A bit more carefully, she made her way through the mess of her room to snag her toothbrush as she ran down the hall to the bathroom. Other nightmares yawned and sleepily made their way between their rooms and the bathroom but she hurried ahead. It hadn't taken the nightmare long to realize it was better to wait for them to wake up a little bit before assaulting them with her excitement.
Humming an off tune melody, she brushed her teeth and took care of business, practically skipping back to her room after. Setting her toothbrush down next to her hairbrush, she went to go jump atop her roommates bed to wake them up. "Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up!" she bounced on them, earning a groan in response. "It's a school day; we get to learn new things and more magic" she happily sang. Her roommate grumbled, getting up and rubbing their hands against bleary eyes.
Satisfied they were going to get up and ready, Namida headed towards their closet, pulling out one of her ruffled kimonos. Practically vibrating with energy, she tugged the thing into place, careful to put it on right the first time. Next came a cute pair of socks she had found to match it. Now all that was left was the detested shoes. With a frown, she slowly tugged them on, complaining about the necessity the entire time. As the final shoe slipped on her foot, she noticed a book on illusions hiding on the floor, tucked under the papers for another project.
"Ah! Look at this! We're learning about this today!" she crowed. "You were reading that last week," the other nightmare said wryly, getting ready at a much slower pace. "But I don't think I finished it!" Namida replied after a few moments thought. Looking about the room, she managed to locate her bag, unceremoniously shoving the book into it. "And I think I'll stop by the library to get another after class!" she proclaimed. Her roommate groaned. "Could you return one or two of the other books in here before you bring in more?" they asked, kicking over a book to retrieve their own bag. With a grin Namida made her way over to give them a spontaneous hug, adding in an extra squeeze at the end before letting go. "I'll think about it!" she replied as she hurried out the door to breakfast her roommates playful groan following after, bag left behind for the moment.
After breakfast, Namida made a detour through the courtyard to get back to her room, bouncing along. Halfway through however, she noticed a plushie laying on the ground near one of the trees. Glancing around, she didn't see anyone nearby who could have left it. Pivoting on her foot, she marched right over to the toy and squatted beside it. "Well aren't you lost Mr. Plushie?" she asked, reaching for it. It looked almost new and kind of expensive. Picking it up, she turned it this way and that as she stood. "Hmmm. . " she thought, not seeing any signs of ownership. It would be best to give this to someone nearby, one of the teachers, so if the owner returned, they could find it easily!
And then she had a thought.
This toy deserved an adventure before it was handed over! Forgetting about classes that were drawing nearer, and that she still had to retrieve her bag, she began to have a pirate adventure with the toy. Swooping the toy up into the air, she called out various names and orders, narrowly avoiding sea serpents and naval armies. The toy, now Private McFluffins, was promoted to first mate and helped her run the ship.
Fifteen minutes later she was sprinting down the hall to fetch her bag, the toy safely in the hands of one of the caretakers stationed near the courtyard. Namida's face was flushed with excitement, even as she tried to avoid being late to her classes.

Plots
I'd love for her to get to be not quite so naive. Some friends to help with that, or even antagonists would be great!
For her impulsiveness, it could go either way, with someone helping her to control herself a bit more, or a nightmare (preferably geist) making her even more impulsive.
Some friends would be great.
A romantic interest is unlikely but could possibly happen.
Goals in life
Once she becomes a senior, she'll likely get asked what she wants to do or where she wants to go after graduation. Due to her interest in magic, she'll fluctuate between wanting to go to Grendel to get a degree in illusion, or Leviathan where she can get a degree in enchanting. Both courses would satisfy her desire to learn more magic and odds are she'll eventually settle on Leviathan, unless she makes a friend who convinces her otherwise.
Relationships
-Mother --Not very close to, but loves all the same -Father --Not very close to, but loves all the same -Older brother: hybrid, fallen/imp, very studious --Good playmate, even if he was pretty quiet. - Twin siblings, one of each gender, hybrid, fallen/imp --Haven't met them yet, but love them because they're siblings! -Grandmother, (not sure which side yet) --Related to the most, took after her.
- Everything looks okay, clothing wise I just want to point out that with so many layers that can come from wearing a kimono, it may be difficult for her to use her wings from the bulk of the layers and the obi. Not saying she can't wear that style of clothing, just in RP she might want to wear something lighter when she wants to fly.
- Does she have Fallen/Imp feet or Grimm paws? I don't see it addressed in your form and if she has Grimm paws she won't wear socks (it would get hot with all the fluff on their legs) or shoes.
Personality:
- If you could include a short paragraph of an overview of her personality along with her trait break down, that would be awesome!
- I don't see anything in her backstory or personality as to why she likes Bapho so much. Maybe a little elaboration, it just seems a little out of place among her other likes with no explanation.
- Because she is a Junior just be aware that it maybe very difficult for her to actually cast magic without a lot of concentration until she's a Senior. Juniors just have a very tenuous grasp on magic at times. She may also have some difficulty because of her Grimm heritage as they aren't incredibly apt at using magic the way that many other races perform it and no one knows how they did perform their spells. She is a hybrid though, so it may not pose as great a challenge, but just something to think about. Also I'm not entirely sure a hybrid can transform into the Beast Form that full blooded Grimm can obtain. I will check on that for you. If she can, even as a Senior, that is something that she would struggle with as it isn't even an easy feat for full Grimm.
- There's nothing about how she feels about being a hybrid, how she feels about other races, and how she fits into her Academy house. Please add this information.
History:
- Looks fine. Just maybe include the things about what she might want to do whens he gets older or an event that triggers her interests in a possible future profession?
Changes have been made and were colored in violet for ease of finding.
1. Went ahead and added in a bit about her changing to fly in. 2. After debating a bit, I gave her Fallen/Imp feet; that's been added in as well
3. Added a general paragraph in. 4. I see what you mean, went ahead and just cut that. 5. For the most part she's studying magic right now. She's got hopes for the Beast Form, but no way of knowing yet if she can or not. I added a bit in to specify. 6. Added in an entire section to deal with everything I left out.
7. Added in a bit on her future goals
I believe I've addressed everything you mentioned. C:

Random Nobody 13
Okay! Elephant in the room first and the thing I had to check for you!
-Because she is not a full Grimm, Namida will never obtain a true wolf form. It is possible she may be able to alter aspects of her body, like her hands into giant claws, or her face into a wolf's, but because she's a hybrid she can't become the giant wolf that pure Grimm can. Also getting her body to alter and change it's aspects to the wolf form, will be extremely difficult. It is not something she will be able to pick up easily if at all.
Feelings:
-Just so you know there are several Grimm students and teachers, and many of the teachers will be happy to take her under their proverbial wing and teach her what it means to be Grimm to them. I understand her home life is Grimm deficient but her Academy life will not be.
"The chimera who weren't awakened from the Great Cache soul stones tend to not want her help, which hurts her feelings. Chimera who were tend to be better about that, but she's still wary of the rejection."
-Reword this slightly? It took me a couple tries to figure out what you meant. The second sentence reads very awkwardly lol
= v =b That's a-okay with me. I figured she'd probably have issues being a hybrid when it's difficult for full grimm to do it too. Thanks for checking and letting me know. I went ahead and noted that for myself in her first post.
1. I added a bit to her feelings to better reflect that. I plan to make it that she's seen a few grimm around, but hasn't made any friends with them yet.
2. Redid that part there. Does that read any better?
Changes have been marked in violet again, for ease of finding.
