General Personality: Ezra, for lack of a better term, is a puppy. A very curious, loving, excitable puppy. He loves to learn and especially loves it when other people are interested in the same things he's interested in. Just be warned, if you kick the dog too many times, don't expect him to forgive or forget.

Ezra likes to make sure that everything he sets out to do goes well and goes smoothly. Does it have to be perfect? No, but he also doesn't want it to go horridly either, so that means research and planning. Ezra is one who would need to read at least three books and about a dozen internet articles on a type of familiar before even thinking about taking one home, just so he knows that he's giving the creature the best life possible. So long as he knows he did his best, Ezra is a happy pup.

Ezra loves learning new things, be it history, science, a language, a craft, if he can find a book about it he's read at least some of it, though his interest of the day seems to change sporadically. Ezra is the embodiment of 'jack of all trades, master of none.' There are a few pursuits that stick more with him then others, things that his hands can idly work on when he's reading about something else, or things that have importance to him. By Junior year unless newer texts are found story wise he probably read most if not all of the Grimm history texts.

Everyone is capable of being a new friend to Ezra, and therefore Ezra always wants to make a friendly impression on people. That means smiling when you're down, a knitted scarf when you are cold, a snack when you are hungry, a shoulder to cry on if you are sad. He can take a hint most of the time though and if he senses that someone wants to be left alone he'll back off, but eventually he'll come around again just to make sure everything is ok

- Wait, what do you mean NOW? (Easily frazzled??)
Ezra hates to be rushed. If being rushed into a snap decision he panics and stumbles over his words and his mind just sort of locks up. He needs to do research on different choices before coming to a conclusion, and any instance where he doesn't have that time just causes confusion and discomfort.

- Heyheyhey did you see that thing?? I saw that thing and... (Excitable)
If you show even a remote interest in something that Ezra is interested in, you are going to be in for loud talking and run on sentences. If it's something he's not very knowledgeable on it's questions. Lots of questions. How does that work? What happens if you do this? He knows this is a problem and he tries REALLY hard not to do it, but it just happens sometimes.

Ezra is a nice guy, but like anyone, there's always a breaking point, and if you shove him over that line, he'll be sure to remember it. Earning back his trust will take a good deal of care, and even then it probably will never go back to the way it was. The scar will be there and he knows it was you that put it there. Ezra has a tendency to be harsh tongued when dealing with people that have reached this level, teeth bared and neck fluff usually puffed out, He has no interest in hiding loathing, as the one being loathed knows what they did and should be aware of the consequences. Someone hurting who he cares about, being lied to for personal gain, and unprovoked psychical violence are usually intimidate ways to get on Ezra's s**t list.

Likes: Reading, crochet, swimming (he's not super at it but he enjoys it), salty snack foods, -insert new interest of the week here-

Dislikes: Being in charge, green beans, chocolate (it gives him a tummy ache), when plans get canceled

Ezra clutched his newly acquired book to his chest, grinning from ear to ear. Sure, it wasn't a Grimm book, but this was just as good at the moment in time as it was about birds! Birds seemed to be little Ezra's topic of interest for the month and he had been able to find a nice book at the library that listed lots of birds and what they looked like and how big they were, and he was more than looking forward to sitting in the courtyard under his favorite tree during his free time to read all about them.

But today, someone was sitting in his favorite spot.

Ok, not someone, something. It was a plush of some sort, and it looked brand new, no wearing on it's fur that a well loved plush would display. Ezra stooped down to get a better look at it. It looked like one of those high end plush toys that he'd see in windows of shops when he got to go on field trips to town with other freshlings. He always liked the looks of them but being a cache orphan meant he never had enough spending money to actually get one, and usually spent it in the book store or the sweets shop instead.

Ezra stood back up and looked around. No one seemed to be looking for anything at the moment. They were all going about their day in the courtyard. He hummed to himself as he thought of what he should do about this situation. He could try to find the owner, but if the owner saw him with it they might think he was taking it, or if the owner went back to the tree and it wasn't there they might panic. He could just leave it there and look for the owner, but that meant there might be a chance when they returned someone else might have taken it for themselves or to find the owner as well. He hemmed and hawed over the possibilities, taking a seat next to the plush as he did so. What should he do? There were so many choices!

Time passed, though due to being in deep thought, Ezra was unsure of the amount, but he was brought back from his thinking by the noise of someone clearing their throat. He shook the haze from his mind and saw a rather well dressed imp freshling looking at him.

"You found my dollie!" she said once she had caught notice that he had finally snapped out of his daze. "And you kept her safe so no one took her!"

Ezra make a couple confused grunts but in the end nodded "Yeah...sure...that's exactly what I did. Yup." The imp laughed as she scooped up the plush. Ezra noticed then that on the back was a patch with the name 'Abigail' on it. He tilted his head and then looked at the imp again. "What's your name?"

"Abbi" the imp replied. "My mom owns the shop that these dolls come from. She just sent it to me to keep me company as I just came to school not long ago...I know! I can ask mom if she'll make one for you to reward you for keeping my dollie safe!"

Ezra held up is hands, shaking his head. "No no, it wasn't trouble you don't..." but he stopped his statement when Abbi shot him a look, frowning at him. He sighed, then laughed a bit, looking down at his book. "I mean ok...Do you think she can make a bird?"

Right right, sorry about that, I forgot about the backstory bit. Added a blurb about that in the thoughts about future section, which I also made red for easy locating.

I also added a few palletes and songs for any artist to choose from if they decide they want to take Ezra on.
