He saw her exit the mountain in a hurry, and soon understood why. The volcano was scalding hot, and he too could not carry the stone any further than she before having to make his retreat.

The horsewoman stared at the people entering and exiting the mountain, wondering what was going on.
She entered, and lifted the stone, thinking that it might be some sort of treasure.
But it was too heavy, and too hot. Gzifa huffed and dropped the stone, flying away, deciding it was not worth it.

Carlos drifted into a volcano. Wow it was hot in here. and awesome and different. He pushed the rock around a bit, sliding it outside. Yay! It was hot to the touch but being a spirit, Carlos didn't care much.
