- It seems as if the villagers now want you to collect some eggs. Some untainted, un-miasma fused precious wyvern eggs from an exotic wyvern couple that sadly passed away. You must scale a very high mountain in order to get these eggs.

- Your character is dropped off at the base of the mountain. The goal is to climb the mountain and get the egg. To scale the mountain, you must write a jaunty 250 word post of your character scaling the mountain. You can do this as you please, there are plenty of angry nesting minipets, boulders, and possibly giant serpents blocking your way. As you reach the top, obtain the egg, and you are ready to begin your descent.

- Every single creature possible, especially rolling sand lobsters, will try to destroy your egg. Roll 1d4 four times and match your dice roll to the prompt below to reach the bottom of the mountain. Yes, repeats do happen if you roll a repeat. Your egg has 10 HP. If you make it down without the egg reaching 0 HP (breaking) you made it!

1) A sand lobster rolls right into your egg and nearly breaks it! -2 HP
2) Strange velociraptor minipets are hungrily staring at your egg. They try to attack it! -1 HP
3) A giant snake smacks you with its giant tail. Ouch! -3 HP
4) Nothing happens. You were lucky!

The tasks that the villagers sometimes asked (often demanded) for him to do were actually beginning to become a way to simply pass the time, lest he find himself sitting on a ground in the middle of the fog in boredom instead. When he was told that this time he was needed to collect some eggs from a mountain, Wrath gave a shrug of his giant shoulders, and told them to lead the way.

And thus he found himself at the bottom of the mountain, looking up at it's only slightly daunting (to him) and quite treacherous peaks. Mountain climbing was nothing new to the death horsemen, however, and this mountain looked much like any he had scaled before, so without further ado, he set off, after first wandering the base in search of what could be considered the path of least resistance (in this case, least full of rocky obstacles).

When a path was chosen, he began his ascent. Up and up he went, and at first, there was no real issues to contend with. The pathway he had chosen was a good one, mostly free of larger rubble, only strewn with loose pebbles that scattered as he kicked them by. As the incline became more steep, however, he was forced to find hand and foot holds as he went, and that's when choosing a smoother path did not quite work in his favor. His up and up was soon sporadically scattered with downs as he fought to not slip all the way back to the bottom. As he went, however, things did get better, the rocky face of the mountain becoming more cracked and fissured, lending him crevices that he could grab a hold of and haul himself up to. Occasionally, he would find himself for brief periods on level ground again, but he did not take even a moments break to rest, only striding along confidentially to the next incline, over and over again, until he reached the very top.

The eggs were easy to find, and Wrath picked one out of the pile (though he did debate reaching for two before deciding that doing so would likely end disastrously for him). With the egg in hand, he turned and found a less steep path to take back down again, before setting off.

At first everything seemed to be going well, until Wrath heard a chirping sound nearby. Glancing that way, he noticed several small, lizard like minipets staring at him. He waved a massive hand at them as if that might shoe them away, but instead, the group simply cocked their collective heads in his direction, stalked forward, and then pounced.

With an annoyed sound, he was able to fend them off and fight them back, but not without retaining a couple of scratches along the poor eggs shell.

Even with as strong and healthy as Wrath now appeared to be, the horsemen did eventually grow tired, and, finding a level place to relax upon, he put the egg down and laid down on the ground beside it, hands going behind his head as he stared up at the slightly fog obscured, cloudy sky above. With a long sigh, he closed his eyes, glad to be away from the creepy town below, taking this chance for a quick nap.

A sound, followed by a sharp crack right next to him, had his eyes flying back open wide.

The egg! He scrambled up to a sitting position, only seeing the rolling sand lobster too late as it had bounced off of the egg and continued to move along at a steady pace. Snatching the egg back into his hands, Wrath had a quick look over it for any breaks. Finding none, he closed his eyes briefly, thanking death before pushing himself back to his feet, ready to move on once more.

The next stretch of mountain descending went by without a hitch, and Wrath was able to continue on his way without being accosted.

He was so very near the bottom when the snake attacked, swiping at him with it's tail, which oh so very not conveniently smacked right into the egg that still resided in Wrath's grasp. Cursing, he checked the egg over again as the serpent slithered away too quickly for him to follow.

It was still intact. Heaving a sigh of relief, he made his way to the bottom and handed the egg off to whoever it was that was waiting for him there.
