Camilla had started coming prepared, you never knew when you needed a bag of some kind! Her pockets were enchanted with a storage spell, but they could only hold so much... So, she started keeping a pouch in her pocket that also had a storage spell! It was this seafoam green silk pouch that the Dormouse ghoul pulled out to put her new Fin in. She didn't know what it was for, but if video games taught her anything, it was that you ALWAYS held onto items given to you via quests! You never know what use they might have later. And these reQUESTS she kept getting from the villagers sure reminded her of Quests...
With her Fin tucked away, the Dormouse ghoul did look for Shayne a bit. But when he was nowhere to be seen, she decides to just head back to town. Maybe he'd gone back, or maybe she'd find another adventure! It turns out it would be the latter!
She had barely set foot in the village, when a sad looking cloaked villager shuffled up to her. "Excuse me, miss? I'm in need of some assistance..." He says in a tone somewherr between sad and worried. "Hm? Sure! I'll help!" she hums as he approaches before replying cheerfully! Her cheerful demeanor and willingness to help seemed to cause the man to brighten up a bit. Nodding he goes on to explain what needed doing.

About a half an hour later, Camilla found herself at the base of a tall mountain. "The Wyvern Egg is at the very top miss... Please be careful... Many wild, and dare I say, aggressive minipets live on this mountain... Including the notorious Giant Snakes!" he warns. Frowning, she looks up at the natural pile of rock and dirt...
The man had informed her of a Wyvern nest with a egg in it. The parents of said egg had sadly passed and he wished her to fetch the egg. He mentioned they were quite tasty and he would have gotten it himself... But it was too dangerous a climb for him... Cringing at the thought of eating a Minipet egg, Camilla agrees anyway. While she didn't like to eat minipets, she couldn't deny that it would be such a waste to just let the egg rot...
After nodding to the man, the Dormouse ghoul rubs her hands together before beginning her climb. Was climbing a mountain like climbing a tree? She'd find out soon enough!
It was easy going at first, she just walked a good ways up the ever increasing incline. However, soon it started to get rockier and the incline steeper... She did see lot's of minipets along the way, many weren't so friendly however... Paranoid parental birds chased her away from unseen nests, venomless snakes struck at her threateningly from out under rocks, and even a few stranger things like dragons and... rams... have her a hard time...
Soon enough, she reached the actual climbing portion of the quest. It was pretty steep, but fortunately there was a lot of hand holds. "Ok! Let's go!" she shouts enthusiastically to herself before grabbing a hold and pulling herself up. The climb went really rather well actually! Mountain climbing wasn't like tree climbing, it was a whole different beast entirely she found! It was exciting and thrilling to be learning a new form of climbing! Occasionally she did get attacked by a flying minipet, plus once or twice her hold slipped and she nearly fell, but she was having a blast!
Finally, at long last, she reaches the top! Once she pulls herself onto the ledge, she just sits there with her feet dangling as she enjoys the view and takes a bit of a break. The view was spectacular from up here! And the air seemed so clean... It's no wonder the Wyverns nested up here! She had to admit though... It was a bit nippier then she would have liked... Still... she felt surprisingly fine! Her cold tolerance was clearly getting better!
Once she was done taking in the sights, she gets up and picks up the large egg. It was around headball sized and pretty easy to carry. Problem was... It was still alive... Normally that'd be a good thing but it meant her storage spell wouldn't work on it... So, she'd have to carry it by hand... Which meant she'd have to take the longer slower way...
Ah well, better get going!
