Micail sighed as he entered zone one. He, Nebi, and Slaw had split up to see if they could get more information. They had agreed to meet back later. He had run into A local villager who wanted him to fetch something called mistentoe. Mistentoe? He had never heard of it. Apparently the guy needs it for something important and he would repay Micail if he could find some. Who could resist that? Not him. If the reward happened to be food then he would happy and his stomach would stop growling. It was getting rather annoying.
He stopped and perched on a high bolder looking over the area. He figured he might have better luck spotting what he was looking for if he was up high. That wasn't the case at all. The whole area like the village was also covered in fog but it wasn't as thick. Rocks and bolders were scattered everywhere along with a few trees. Shifting his position, Micail sniffed the air trying to get a scent of the strange herb but even that was no use. Looks like he was going to have to search on foot. Jumping down he started his search.
After searching for a few minutes he came across what looked like the herb he was looking for. It was nestled at the base of a rock. Crouching down he reached out and picked it. Tilting his head Micail examined the plant. It looked like a normal plant. He sniffed and shook his head making a small noise. It sure didn't smell good. Of course the only way to tell if it was the right plant was to... taste it. Or so the villager who gave him this quest said. Yeah... lets just go around picking strange plants and eating them. How was this a good idea? stare Well if he wanted that reward he had no choice but to taste it.
Closing his eyes Micail leaned in and took a bite of the plant. Suddenly he felt like he was embued with power. More power then he had ever felt before. Like he had the power of ten thousand warriors! Micail looked at his hands in awe then suddenly started laughing. It started out as a small chuckle then became louder and more maniacal.
"Ah hahaha! Yes! I feel great! Oh man, this is awesome! I could take on anyone! Anything! Oh yea!" He flexed a muscle. "This may not be what Im looking for but I am so keeping this!" He pocketed the herb and moved on to zone two.

"YEAAAAAH!" Micail jumped off a bolder and landed with gusto. This new strength and power made him feel like a champion. "Oh yeah. Ha... wait till Nebi gets a load of me now. She'll be so jealous. Not to mention all over me."
It was quite clear that the herb he had tasted not long ago was getting to his head. Then again he had always been full of himself before. The herb just seemed to magnify that by ten. Micail jumped again. This time bounding a good distance before landing crouched by a small pond. His ear twitched as some kind of small creature jumped out of the waters surface before vanishing back into the water. He wondered if it was some kind of fish. Fish... his stomach growled.
"Jack! All I want to do is find this herb and get some grub."
As if by luck he spotted it only a foot away. He quickly crouched down and picked it. Well it looked like the herb. Leaning in he tasted it. It sure tasted like the herb. Hey! It was! It's mistentoe! Finally! Now he could go back to that guy and get his reward! Grinning Micail quickly made his way back to the villager eager to see what it was he won. Skidding to a stop in front of the villager he held out the mistentoe.
"Hey check it out! I found that herb you were looking for." The villager greatly accepted it and handed over... an old herb remedy? He blinked. "Uhh... whats this?" He looked at the villager who quickly explained what it was. "you've gotta be kidding me... Look not that im not great full or anything but... don't you have anything else? Like something to eat. I'm starving here." The villager just ignored him. Micail glared. "Fine. Your welcome. Have fun with your potions." He turned. "I sure hope Nebi and Slaw are having better luck then me."
