Yumi had been on her for weeks now to actually go visit her planet.

The idea of space travel actually terrified her. Sure, she'd been to the moon, but that was.. you know, the moon. It wasn't a planet that was far away. (Relatively.) The Super Senshi of Words was walking back and forth, pacing as she waited for Amytis. It was the only person she could think to bring with her since Yumi told her she could. Sure, Yumi didn't care for her, but the cat would just have to lighten up. She'd gotten Amytis's contact info and sent her a message to meet her here on top of the Science Museum so they could...

"Travel through space so many light years?"

"Yes, Kepler," Yumi answered with a hard sigh. "It's the same as when you went to the moon, only this is home for you." The cat was seriously getting exasperated with her senshi. So young, so frail. Such a pain in the a**. The cat stretched herself out, grumpy that it was Amytis coming and not some better White Moon senshi. Why not Ida? Ida would love to explore homeworlds, wouldn't she?

"What if she doesn't show up?" Negative thoughts were seeping through Kepler's head right now.

"Good. Then we can go by ourselves."

"You're absolutely no help."

"Eh. I try."

Kepler turned her head when she heard the other's voice and just lit up like a lamp. The smile was bright and honest and she ran over to give the other girl a hug. Yeah, it was their second interaction, but Kepler didn't have many friends, so this was an exciting time for her.

After a moment she sighed and pulled back and just gripped the other's hands and grinned. "...So. I'm so glad you got the message! I was worried that you wouldn't. I don't want to go by myself, you know? I ...don't know what's there and if it was nothing, I didn't want to be alone." Talking in circles was the best way to go, right?

Yumi, however, turned her nose up at the other and just curled around Kepler's feet, trying to draw her back and away from being that close to someone with a dark fuku.

Kepler bit down on her lip again and just sighed.

"I'm nervous," she admitted, laughing. "I only went to the moon once... I don't even know if my planet is in ruin or not.." She looked down to her cat and just picked Yumi up in her arms, hugging her. "So.. I guess hold onto my shoulder and we'll get going?"

Yumi made an unimpressed noise before nodding. "Grab onto Kepler and don't let go." And when Amytis did, she had everyone close their eyes and concentrate while she warped them right through space.

When they got to Kepler, the sight they would be greeted with was a town square. In that town square was worse for wear. There was a water fountain, trickling peacefully into a broken base. The water leaked out, seeping into cement below that was cracked and growing weeds and flowers between the cracks.

The buildings looked shabby. Whole, but patched up and shabby. Kepler opened her lilac eyes and her brows knit tightly before she leaned down to let Yumi walk on her own four paws.

"...Well.. It's not.." Kepler took a breath. "In complete ruins?" The sky was a darker blue than the earth, but it was similar. The sun was shining, there were clouds in the sky. She bit down on her lip and just toyed with her fingers, nervous beyond belief. Her stomach was in knots. Was anyone alive?
