 His first memory was of fire. The inferno of flame and ash coating his skin, getting in his eyes, and burning everything in its path. And yet, he did not burn. He did not cry out in pain. And in reality, he felt at home, at peace. The raging fires of his life flashing before his smoky glowing eyes. It was shear perfection. Such shear, unadulterated, perfection. Was there ever a time where fire had burned? Had actually hurt him? As far back as he could remember the answer was no.
Through out his life fire was his home, his way of life. And it would continue to do so until his dying breath. But with all fire, there was smoke. And where there was smoke, there was darkness. Adramalech took that to heart, molded it into his own, and used it to his advantage. Time and time again, when he would make his way down the volcanic mountainside and into the trees, he would use that smoke and ash to create darkness in others. Fire consumes, and he took that to his soul, making him black as the night sky.
Through his darkness he scared kwani natives and soquili alike. If they did not pay patronage to him he would swipe at them with his lava like tail, burn things to the ground. His fire wanted the life of those he deemed unworthy of being their own creature. He did not care if they were male, female, human, or soquili. Everyone was to bow down to him. Everyone was to consider him a god, THE god. And forever more he would be immortal. Immortal in the flames of the inferno, his volcanic existence.
He was the beginning and the end of all things, all life. And he would force that into the minds of all creatures, big and small. The petty little things will bow before his feet or feel the flames of his control lick their heels and consume him. This was his calling. This was his way of life. And he reveled in it. Pity all those who came across his fiery path of hell. And so, with another day passing swiftly, Adramalech left his volcanic home and made his way down to the forest below. His glowing as the sun dipped behind the horizon and cascading shadow across the kwani lands.
Those who were smart would know to run and hide. But of course, not everyone would be that smart. Not everyone would know of him. And it was that thought that brought a smile to his molten maw and his eyes to glow brightly. He would be happy to teach them about him and the proper way of life. The proper way to live. But alas, he had to find his new target, and something told him it wouldn’t be too far away from his lair.

 Lehava was used to this world; used to the world of two things being of one hoof. Fire and ice, for example. Her and her brother. She despised him with a burning; with rage and jealousy that clung to her like mud during a rainstorm. And because of that, she was on the edge of her life. She was teetering back and forth from being in a good place, and being in the bad. And it frightened her; it frightened her to know that with the slightest nudge, the fires could consume everything about her. But if she just ignored it, if she pretended that it didn’t exist, she would be able to live her life in quiet solitude and not have to worry. It was for that reason she chose to live in between a dragon’s herd and Skinwalker territory. For that reason she chose to live in a hard to reach cave system.
She could be left alone there; without fear of burning those around her.
Being part Suti was something she hadn’t fully comprehended yet. She didn’t know the powers of manipulation she held deep in herself. Didn’t know that she could easily twist fire to bend to her will. Instead, she thought fire would consume her. Lehava figured that she appeared this way, because she was the evil of the two sisters. And it bothered her, but she couldn’t do anything about it, now could she? Her brother had been handsome and perfect, and she was merely a monster. The thought made a snarl rip from her throat and her long tail lashed behind her. Taking a quick breath, she calmed herself down and moved quietly forward, her ears pinning some and her heart pounding hard in her chest. Forget her brother; he was worthless and a waste of her precious time!
After a moment of wandering the forest she called home, she paused. The Hippo’Suti stared curiously ahead of herself as something seemed to make a light in the distance. Her head tilted to the side, and with her piercing eyes, she watched. She could hide in the darkness pretty easily, so long as they didn’t catch the patterns in her coat. But right now, she wasn’t certain if she should. Her head lowered some, almost as if trying to make herself smaller. And, with light steps, she moved toward the glowing light in the distance. She hadn’t seen something like this before; something so bright. It was different than she expected, and it set her somewhat on edge; a glowing in the dark. Like fire…
Exactly like fire.
The mare stopped mid step and her head snapped up as she stared at the glowing stallion. He had fire everywhere, and it made her heart beat faster. What the hell… was he? How was this possible? She had a feeling he left embers in his wake and ash in his path, and it made her skin shudder and tremble, muscles quivering and tightening all at the same time. Was he truly made of fire… Was that possible? She had so many questions; and yet, wasn’t certain if she should ask them or run from him. She was frozen in her spot, at the moment, just staring with her dark eyes locked.
