Near the outskirts of town was a older cloaked gentlemen, he was standing near what appeared to be deflated Hot-air Balloons! Looking around worriedly he soon spots her and begins waving towards her! Wow, someone was actually trying to talk to her! Nodding excitedly, Camilla bounds over to the man and looks curiously at the balloons.
"Excuse me miss! I'm the village Dragonseer and I need some assistance!" he says hastily in concern upon her approach. Her smile turns to a bit of a frown as she looks at him curiously. "What's a Dragonseer and what do you need help with?" she asks in a curious eager tone. She was always happy to help someone in need!
Gladened by her response he continues. "A Dragonseer rides their balloon high up into the sky! Once there, they search for Sandwhales which might be on their way to attack!" he explains with a concerned expression. Soon Camilla's expression was full of concern as well. Sandwhale? While she didn't know what that was, one attacking certainly didn't sound good! "Ok! What do you need me to do?" she says determinedly. Sighing with relief at her acceptance, the Dragonseer points to a deflated Balloon. "The Sandwhales have been very active lately! I can't cover all the patrol by myself! I need more eyes in the air! Could you go up and search for Sandwhales?" he explains worriedly before asking hopefully.
Concern paints her face up until his question. Upon being asked if she'd go up, Camilla smiles brightly and nods! "Of course I will! Heh! I've always wanted to ride in a Hot-air Balloon! And to know I'm helping someone makes it even better!" she announces cheerfully! A thankful smile spreads on the old gentleman's face and he nods in turn. "Thank you miss! Here's what you have to do-" He says before going on to explain things.
It turned out that there was only one properly made balloon! That meant that new ones had to be made on the 'fly' and they only seemed to have one use in them... The Balloons and hardware which supplied the fire were reusable, but the baskets took a beating when they came down, so they had to be made anew each time... The Dragonseer apologies for this inconvenience but Camilla shakes her head. "It's ok! It'll be fun to make my own basket!" she chirps which causes the Dragonseer to smile slightly.
Finally, he shows her to the available basket materials before nodding and leaving her to her work. Immediately Camilla saw the body of her basket! The really really really really really big bottle would work perfectly! It was easily big enough for her to fit in! And even if it wasn't she could shrink to fit! The bottle she choose was a potion style bottle. It had a round body with a stout neck, perfect for 360 viewing! Now, how to attach it...
That question was answered shortly after as she spies the thick rope! Quickly she attaches all the Balloon lines to the rope, then she ties the rope around the neck of the bottle! She was thankful that her father had shown her how to tie a good strong knot! Finally, after attaching the sandbags to the neck of the bottle she steps back.
Her tail wags merrily as she surveys her work. "That is certainly a interesting idea miss!" the Dragonseer comments. "Thanks! Now! Lets see if it works!" she says excitedly.
