The Uchiha District was a small housing district just outside of the Konoha main gates. This location provided housing for the Uchiha clan, and since the addition of the Shin Branch, this has since been renovated and reopened for the clan. The wall separating the district from the village has since been torn down, and new additions have turned the district into a small city of their own.

Shihou walked through the district, greeting everyone who walked by as she made her way to a small restaurant she liked to visit whenever she didn't want ramen. The restaurant was only able to seat 20 people at a time, so takeout was very common with how full the restaurant usually was. It was unfortunate, given how beautiful the interior was. It looked the hall of one of the Daimyo's manors. The walls were adorned with different portraits of previous clan heads, and the wood floor had the Uchiha symbol painted on. Luckily Shihou was able to grab a table before anyone else showed up, greeting the owners at the counter across the room, before slouching forward and resting her head in her arms, tired from another restless night. Now she just needed to wait until her sister got here, or until someone woke her up should she fall asleep.

✬XxXxXThe woman in red had peered out of her house at this time it had been a long three months exams were done and she had some time to herself, walking out of the building she decided to pay a visit to her dear sister. They had plans to meet at one of the restaurants in the district walking along the paths until she reached her destination the woman looked up and gave a smile before opening the door walking in, She saw her sister had picked out a table, a bit away from the rest of the people, that would give them space. She looked around at hte ornate design of the restuarant she rarely went here in the past few months she couldn't afford it because of the missions she went with a genin, though she recently finished something to get enough money so she could come here with her sister. Not looking like a lame little sister, walking towards Shihou, she sat down across the tabel from her tapping the table. "Hello, Shihou." the woman said as she gave a small smile as her thin lips curved upwards, placing her stuff on the ground she was wearing just a casual attire a black dress that went down to her thighs, a large pendant on her neck with the uchiha crest engraved into the sterling silver red lipstick that popped and a brown eyeshadow. She was a bit more fancy, but she did like to look her best especially at a place of fine dining. She wore flat sandals. she placed a hand on her arm as she leaned on the table opening the menu to take a look at the selection., she read over each individual entree, and other options, even though the size of the restuarant they had plenty of selection. Ramen would be her first choice because of how cheap it was but not today, this was a day for fine dining experiences.

Shihou heard the sound of footsteps getting louder as she had her head buried in her arms, sitting upright once she heard the tapping on the table. She stretched her neck a bit before looking at Minori with her tired eyes. If she didn't look grouchy before, she certaintly did now. Shihou couldn't help but notice how dolled up Minori got, and despite the nice outfit, she couldn't help but find it a bit unnecessary. That is until Shihou noticed the other patrons were also dressed up, making Shihou look a bit out of place in comparison since she opted to wear her usual armor and garb. "If it wasn't for our plans to meet here I would have thought you were on a date. How are you?" Shihou rubbed her eye a bit, yawning in the process as she went to cover her mouth. "Excuse me." These nightmares of hers were getting worse and more frequent, keeping her up for another night. Shihou of course was too stubborn and prideful to get any sort of medical assistance, relying on her will and coffee to keep her up.

✬XxXxX The younger sister looked at her tired older sister, and put on a friendly smile. "Well you know, I'm doing good now that i got some time to myself." She was referring to not having to really deal with her genin as much, she trained them lots up until now. The woman looked around and smiled "Me a date, that's a bit unfathomable, not a lot of men really suite me. I just like to dress up from time to time, you should try it sometime." She offered know full well Shihou would refuse oh how she knew the hardened woman, but there was nothing wrong with embracing the feminine side, as she knew beauty is a great weapon especially against a man, which in a sense made them superior to men. Shihou had yawned an immediate retort to the response was, "No worries" a waiter came by and asked if they needed anything she asked for a Black Coffee for now. She turned to her sister to see if she wanted anything as well. After the waiter left she turned to her sister. "How have you been?" she though to ask since shihou asked her earlier.

Shihou chuckled a bit at Minori suggesting she dress up every now and then, shaking her head a bit as she took the gloves off her hands, placing them to the side. She had a couple of scars on her hands from her Chunin and Jonin days, spearheading missions to stop the conspirators against konoha. It was mostly enjoyable, bar a few unfortunate missions. Once the waiter came by, Shihou lifted up two fingers after Minori asked for coffee, signalling to bring them two. "Men don't suit you, or do they not suit your schedule? Considering how much more outgoing you are in comparison to myself, I half expected you to paired up with someone." The waiter came back with their coffee as Shihou thanked him, picking up the cup and taking a sip. It was a relief, now she needed to wait for the caffeine to hit her bloodstream. "That's better. Anyway, I've been fine. Tired but fine. Its been cutting into my training however, impeding progress on my Plasma techniques I've been trying to develop. Its been taking a couple weeks to get this beam technique down because of it. Coffee can only do so much. Hopefully you haven't been slacking in your training."

✬XxXxX She had the coffee placed down in front of her picking it up placing her hand on the bottom of the cup blowing on it lightly to cool it down. ]"I don't think I've been with a man since my Fiance Passed." she knew that she could move on she wouldn't stay single forever just hurt to think about it. She forgave herself after year, after the incident happened. ] I May go out there now that i have free time, since my genin are now chunin, maybe even teach a new batch, but i guess we will find out." She was hoping not despite her wanting to teach she wanted to move forward from that part and do things for the village. ]"Well my Training has been fine i did have to train my genin and teach them loads of techniques, though i haven't trained my eyes much I'm probably rusty with the Mangekyou." She never used them much not wanting to go blind, she knew she would eventually have to use them but not yet, maybe one day she would be at the stage and achieve the eternal like her sister.

Shihou took another sip of the coffee, caring more about the caffeine entering her bloodstream than the possibility of burning her tongue on the drink. Shihou was taken back by hearing about her sister losing her fiancé. Not only did she not even remember hearing about her being engaged, but that he had passed away. Shihou placed her cup back down on the table, listening to her responses as Shihou got lost in thought for a moment. She was conflicted on whether or not to bring up her fiancé again. Having to sift through and keep those emotions in check anytime they were brought up was difficult, but she wanted to atleast show some support for one of the few people who truly cared for her. Shihou looked back up at Minori after a brief silence with a soft, doleful expression on her face. "So, about your fiancé, I'm willing to listen if you're willing to talk about it. I know what its like, so if you're comfortable with it, I'm here. Sorry for bringing it up again." Shihou's tried her best to be delicate, something she wasn't used to, obviously feeling uncomfortable about the subject of loss, her voice wavering a bit as she spoke. Shihou did her best to never show emotion, having a fixed brooding demeanor and expression at all times, but she never felt more weak than when hearing or talking about loss, and she wanted to make sure Minori didn't have to feel weak and defeated, or hung up on the past like she was.

✬XxXxX She nodded and held her hands against the cup looking at the coffee inside it. "Well it happened during the nine tails attack, Me and some others were sent on dispatch to seal and withheld the nine tails. I was the leader, they would of sent you but you were away on a mission, i had an order to go in but the nine tails was faster than anticipated lets just say he didn't make it, me thinking it was my fault i awakened my eyes." She looked down at her hands taking a sip, she was most over it know it wasn't her fault she still felt bad that it happened. The woman looked at her sister, knowing full well she's gone through much worse things than her. "Losing someone you love is very hard, it's probably the worst things i feel imaginable. After that i left the village living Iwagakure, learning Lava Release, secluding myself then coming back after i was over it." She smiled slightly and looked away for a moment wiping a tear down. "I'm over it now, it's something that's happened, the ironic thing was the girl Kannia she was the next host. Guess i can't run from my past just move on from it."

Shihou finished off the rest of the coffee, placing the cup down on the table and sliding it to the side with her menu that went untouched. Shihou couldn't help but notice how calm and composed Minori was telling her what happened. Aside from a single tear escaping her eye, she was completely fine. And from what she saw with her interactions with Kannia, she didn't harbor any resentment towards her or Kurama. "I'm glad you could move on. That kind of pain is unbearable at first, but if you're lucky you're able to continue without that pain, only its memory. Some people aren't unfortunately, they carry it with them. Every day and night, bearing down on their body and wearing down their mind. That wound, turns into a scar, and just grows and opens up with alarming regularity. And eventually it turns you into a bleeding mess that no amount of stitches can sow back up. Unfortunately for us we have to carry it in these eyes. I hope next time someone has to unlock them, its from joy not sorrow." Shihou looked over at the waiter coming by, and thankfully it was the one they usually sent her, so he knew her usual order already. "You're up to order Minori, don't worry about the cost either, I've got you covered."

Shihou would cover her food, noticing the waiter came she decided to order some Miso Soup with rice noodles and chicken, pieces it also came with sprouts and some peanuts just topped over the rice noodles. "So some bright news is that I've Ranked up to Jonin Commander, so that might be something to look forward too, i won't be training genin anymore, I'll be actually doing more work," she laughed a bit, she would still check up on Kannia to see how she was fairing maybe it was time to teach her something to better prepare herself. She looked at her sister and smiled "Well what's been going on in your life."

Shihou looked over at the waiter as he took their orders, watching him walk to the back, trying to see if she could see atleast her meal being cooked. It always surprised her just how fast they prepared her meal ever since she became a regular, but she couldn't see very much past all the bodies in the way. Shihou turned her head back to Minori, taking her napkin and tucking it into her collar to act as a bib. "You may not have a grudge against Kannia, but you haven't really given Kurama a fair shake. He's no less a monster than any other animal caged against its will. Only difference between him and some other fox is his ability to level towns. One infraction and we caged him up again for safety, despite it being the most peaceful it has ever been. The 7th wouldn't be too happy. Let's just hope Kannia can do what he did and make any resentment that's been built up go away so he can be free again. Maybe the other villages will follow suit." Shihou looked at the waiter come back with her meal dumbfounded at the speed. There's no way they don't prepare it the second she walks in. It was a special sashimi dish custom ordered by her to contain both salmon meat and chicken meat. Half sashimi, half toriwasa garnished with several different herbs and a wasabi dipping sauce. The waiter walked away, leaving Shihou to her own devices. "Should have gotten this instead to celebrate your promotion. Congrats. I have been doing the same thing since you met me, just with little sleep. Mikoto got promoted to Tokubetsu for his taijutsu skill. He's yet to disappoint me, I have yet to disappoint him. I'm proud of him." Shihou's words were sincere, she hadn't taught someone with as much potential and skill in a long time. Shihou picked up her chopsticks and split them, looking down at the meal that was prepared for her. She was practically salivating, picking up a piece of meat and dipping it in the wasabi before taking her first bite. It was heavenly, as Shihou closed her eyes and savored the taste.

" she gave a soft smile, and looked at her nodding listening to her what she saying "Wow, making it to Tokubetsu at such a young age, he must be very skilled, Kannia made it to chunin she was the only one from my squad." The other she was unsure of, One of them left the village and the Uchiha on the team, she hadn't heard from him since. She was a bit worried, maybe reassigned to a new squad. Suddenly their food came she took out a large spoon, and placed it inside the soup taking a sip, it tasted good, she enjoyed it taking a sip off her coffee. "Well thats good that You're proud of him, I'm proud of my Genin, it will be interesting now lead Jonin, as their commander."

Mayr was going along with his day normally. When his father had dragged him outside of his room by the ear. His father wasn't an idiot. Mayr's face right now looked very sour. As he was dragged out, and thrown into the center of the Uchiha clan's district grounds. His father crossed his arms. Where there were about twenty other Uchiha grown-ups. Who were also angered, and a bit confused. "What's going on dad!? I was looking at bikini models in my room! When you suddenly flip out!" Mayr screamed out when his father had put him out in display in town. To many other Uchiha who followed his father's footsteps, and honored him.
His father shook his head. He was going to be the host of this punishment. Mayr gulped. It seemed his father found out about him beating up that genin to a bloody pulp. "I just happened to be defending the Uchiha clan's name. From a wimp who decided to insult our clan. He spread rumors, whatever!" Mayr was in a bad mood now. Mayr recognized this as a challenge! Immediately his eyes became crimson. With the Sharingan 1 tomoe in both eyes. "The Sharingan ruled the world at one point. Now I have Sharingan of my own. Better be careful. I'm like a different person right now." Mayr with his Sharingan was going to challenge. Whatever his father had to offer.
