Nope, I'm not promoting the card. Instead, I'm looking for ways to get around it. domokun
I play a red/black goblin deck and a burn deck, and quite so often I face an opponent who plays an annoying blue control deck with 3 copies of Chill in the sideboard. What usually happened after they sidebaord the chill (they usually lose the first game to me) was that they lay down 2 chills on the third turn, therefore completely screw over my deck. stressed
So people, any ideas to get around/destroy the stupid card using only red or black resources? gonk

That's an enchantment, correct?
Not really much you can do about that for red and black, save for Nevinyrral's Disk. sweatdrop

Or you could cut or splash another colour like green or white, for vindicate or hull breach, to name a few.

You don't have many options to get around enchantments with Black and Red. Type 2 or extented have nothing in these colors to help you out unless you decide to splash green or white.

Side board in stuff like goblin warchief to reduce the effect of chill
Some pyroblasts to maybe get rid of it
and add a bit more black into it so you have less red spells to pay more for.

you can use spells that name cards to remove them from their deck like cranial extraction
