I like "Rally Spectrum" because "spectrum" can mean many things -- as in, you are rallying for a boost in a spectrum of attributes.
"Rainbow" just refers to colors, and I mean... "Rally Strength" is called "Rally Strength," not "Rally Red." So it seems silly to turn it into a color thing with only the last one.
Plus, "Rally Spectrum" just sounds better.
