Bio Donovan had been the type of kid in high school that did drugs and everyone avoided. He started using to escape his hell of a reality. He had hated going home. Every day was the same. His mom was in an abusive relationship with his dad. His dad was an angry drunk and was drunk pretty much every night. He'd lock himself in his room and sneak out with friends. As he grew older he never stopped using or smoking when the rest of his friends did. Eventually he was all alone and that was when a drug dealer talked to the drug lord about Don. The drug lord contacted him and offered a position to deal out and make some big bucks.
Personality He's out going and funny but when he's high he's mellow and has a short attention span.
Other his father threw a glass at him leaving him with a scar on his neck.

Donavan sighed as he looked up at the college that he went to. It had been a couple of days due to him 'being sick' when in fact he was on a really good high. He had been trying some new product that his boss wanted him to try out to see if it was worth selling. He knew he'd hear it from his boyfriend and was in no mood to listen. Don walked inside and down the halls ignoring the stares that he was getting. He didn't care if they stared hell he didn't care what they were thinking either. All he cared about was getting through this day, going to do his job then going to his apartment to get high before seeing Devin. He was going to try and avoid being seen by Devin but wasn't sure how successful he would be at doing it.
He walked into the classroom and eyed the room seeing if Devin was in there yet. When he thought it was clear he walked to the back of the room with his head down and sat in the chair in the corner.

He hated how Don would just disappear for days, no calls no texts nothing. For all Devin know Don was dead and the notion just really rubbed him the wrong way. Was it a lack of care? Was Don just really that selfish? Either way, it was starting to tear down Devin's stability, he couldn't spend 80% of his time wondering if the person he cared about was laying dead in a ditch because of a bad high. Yeah, exactly what he wanted to tell his mother.
He got up and went to school, walking into the class that he shared with Don. He spied the boy, head down on a table and sighed.At least he's relatively ok. Devin thought to himself. But if he can ignore me for days, see how he feels about it. So Devin sat down in his usual spot, took his books out and let them fall heavily on the desk, and began to take notes. Not bothering to address Don, though his facial expressions read hurt and worry. ▄ ▄ ▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄

 Don lifted his head some and saw Devin. He saw how pissed he looked but also saw hurt in his eyes. He looked down at his desk rolling his pecil back and forth sighing lightly. He was preparing himself for when he went over to Devin's later. He didn't know what to expect but he knew it wouldn't be good. Don figured since he was racking in the money that Devin would be happy. Happy that they didn't have to struggle for money like most couples. They were living a comfortable life and soon he was moving in with Devin. He also figured that Devin would be happy about that too. He couldn't understand why Devin was upset with him. It's not like he was like other druggies. He wasn't addicted to them persay it didn't need the high or crave it. He just simply wanted it to escape reality some times hence why the Boss had kept an eye on him and promoted him.
Donovan started to take notes and paid attention to the lecture. He sighed softly and gathered up his things. He couldn't do this. He couldn't stay in class while Devin was mad at him. He got up and walked out with his hood over his head. He was gonna find some way to apologize to his lover. He got into his car and drove off to numerous shops and made Devin's place look romantic since he had a key. He took his time getting everything ready since he had three hours before Devin would be home

xxxxxxx𝒟evin 𝒱elance Mood: Irritated Thoughts: So you just leave. With: Schoolmates ▄ ▄ ▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄Devin looked up as he heard Don gather his things and he made a face. So not only was Don going to not try and talk to him, but Don was also just going to skip class. For the millionth time. He puffed his cheeks and shook his head, far from happy with his significant other. Apparently Don didn't care about Devin, or his education. Just getting high. He sighed and shook his head, at least one of them had to get good grades. It was obviously not going to be Don.
After classes finished, Devin grabbed his pack and walked home, not wanting to take the bus or be around people. He was absolutely confused at the idea that Don didn't know why he was so upset. It was far from polite to go days without telling someone that you were ok, especially in Don's line of work and lifestyle. Devin knew before that Don had reasons to escape his reality because it was terrible, but now Devin was there...why did he need to escape him too. Before he knew it, angry sad tears were streaming down his cheeks. It took him a little to find his keys and unlock the door. Sniffling and wiping his face as he did.
Devin didn't know where Don was, but he assumed the boy was out working again. He didn't care about the money coming from it, he just wanted things to be safe and normal and for Don to stop leaving. ▄ ▄ ▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄

Lady Of The Cupcakes sorry I'm having a brain far Donavan finished getting everything ready and even cooked dinner for them. He heard the door open glad he finished setting the table and everything. He made sure his favorite flowers were visible the moment Devin entered the room along with a small note. He wanted to really impress Devin and show him just how much he appreciated Devin. How much he loved him. Don wiped his hands on some towels to clean them before preparing their plates. He set the plates on the table then counted down the minutes before his lover would enter the kitchen.

"Don?" he wondered if he was there and walked towards the kitchen, wanting a snack regardless.

Don turned to face Devin. He put his hands together and bowed "Please forgive me Devin. I'm so sorry for everything I've put you through the last couple of days" he said apologizing. He stood back up straight with a half smile that Devin loved so much "So I cooked us dinner and bought some wine. I figured we could have a romantic dinner then snuggle while watching a movie on the couch" he suggested as he pulled out Devin's chair for him to sit. "We can have a nice conversation while we eat and everything. As for the rest of the week I swear I will attend classes and catch up on everything" Don said.
Don may be a druggie and drug dealer but he had always kept his word to Devin. He served Devin first then himself. He sat down and poured them both wine hoping Devin would be impressed by this.

"You know, it's far from nice to just vanish for days. It worries me, and you act like it's no big deal" he pushed the food around his plate. "But it is, I don't know where you are, what your doing, if you're even alive. It hurts my feelings that you don't take that into consideration" he said softly and ate a piece. "But thank you for the flowers, and what looks to be a tasty dinner" He bit the inside of his cheek and looked at Don.
He had more he wanted to talk about, but wasn't sure it was the right time. Don was trying, at least for the moment. There wasn't a reason to totally ream him if he was sorry. Devin needed to pick his battles ▄ ▄ ▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄

Donovan looked at him as he sipped his win. When Devin started talking about when he had been gone he looked down his hair falling into his eyes. He knew that Devin was right and that this wouldn't be the last he'd hear about this. He looked back up at his lover setting his glass down gently "I'm so very sorry love. I am...this dinner and everything else its my way of apologizing...even though I know this isn't going to make up for it..." he said softly. His hands were shaking some trying to keep calm.
He kept on seeing how much hurt Devin had been back in the classroom and even now in his eyes the same hurt was there. Donovan was shaking from anger, angry at himself for doing that to Devin. He closed his eyes taking slow deep quiet breaths.
Don took a bite of his food and another sip of his wine. He wanted tonight to be all about Devin. "I uhm.." he cleared his throat to stop it from being shaky "I didn't know what you felt like for dessert so I baked some things and made a couple of cheesecakes" he said then finished the rest of his food in silence and downed the rest of his wine.

He didn't want Don to torture himself he just wanted him to be a little more considerate. Davin ate his food slowly and set the plate on the counter when he finished. "Anything sounds good" he said softly and walked over to wrap his arms around Don's shoulders. "I am happy to see you home, my love" He said gently and kissed his cheek. "I'll find something on the tv and you get dessert?" he offered nuzzling him just a little.
Davin didn't want Don to think all was lost, he would forgive him and he still cared. He was just hurt at the moment. Davin left the kitchen and walked into the living room to sit on the couch and scroll through the various streaming networks. ▄ ▄ ▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄

Don leaned back against Devin closing his eyes. He looked up at his lover opening his eyes and nodded "I'll give you one of everything then" he said giving a half smile. When Devin let him go and walked into the living room he sighed. He got up and took care of the dishes. He'd do them later after Devin fell asleep. Don put his hands on the edge of the sink and leaned on it shaking his head. Even though Devin was acting happy he knew deep down that there was more Devin wanted to say to him.
Don grabbed two plates and put a little piece of each dessert that he had made on both plates. He got some forks and walked into the living room smiling "order up my love" he said handing him a plate. He sat down and looked at the TV "so what are we watching?"
