Nice to meet you!
Hello , welcome to the guild
Your chinese is very good , but there's one small mistake on the Name label.
“姓名*: 嗯。。。您叫我Duzenator或Duzy. 我不有中文姓名。” 你可以改用 “没有” There's no meaning to the word that you're using. But instead for correction, you can use "mei [with the second sound] you [with the third sound]" Which means "don't have / do not have" some occasion it could also meant "nope" for example: Q: "Hey , have you seen my phone?" "嘿,你有看到我的手机吗?" A: "nope." "没有。”

谢谢!When should I use 没和不? Is mei always with you? Can I answer with 不要 too, in place of 没有? Or does it depend on the situation?
对不起for many questions! redface

you're welcome . well by replying "没" that'll be informal style , and "没有” is more proper way to say it. they're not always {总是} together depending on the situation you're using it. no , you can not answer 不要in place of 没有。because they are two different meaning to begin with. 不要 means : " no as rejections." 没有 means :" no as expression ." 【like the example i given above.】
it's ok , you can ask as much question as you want. But please bear with my english explanation since it's my second language.sweatdrop
