CHAPTER ONE

Edge made his debut in Gaia Wrestling Entertainment. This company helped Edge leap into main event status, as he worked hard and proved he was worthy of holding a World Championship. This is how it began:

After finally finishing his training, Edge was finally a pro-wrestler. One day, he contacted Stone Cold Steve Austin[Keon]. Stone Cold Steve Austin showed Edge to Triple H[Zack], then GWE Champion. After a tryout, Edge was hired. He wasn't the best wrestler[roleplayer] at that time, but his skills[grammar, roleplaying, etc.] were decent and better than most of the other annoying jobbers[noobs]. Every day, Edge would train and train, making himself better. He loved GWE, it was a thrill to him. One day, he found Matt Hardy[Brian] at the GWE ring, and they would constantly compete against one another, becoming rivals in the process. Soon, Edge met Lita[i Lita i, not Kiearra], they talked and then Lita kissed Edge. Matt Hardy saw and got mad at him. Matt Hardy and Lita broke up, causing Lita to date Edge, thus forming The Rated-R Couple. Matt Hardy started dating Melina and the two couples would feud because Matt and Melina would constantly call Lita a 'whore' or 'slut'. Edge & Lita were heels.

The fans hated their guts, but these two didn't mind. Their relationship didn't last forever, though. Days before GWE's Wrestlemania, Stone Cold and Triple H accused Edge of having an affair with Velvet Sky. Lita told Edge that if he wanted to continue to go out with her, he'd have to win a match at Wrestlemania. Edge couldn't make it due to a small injury that had him sidelined for a week. Lita, on the biggest pay-per-view ever, broke up with him and started dating Chris Sabin[ChrisSabin-Guns] who was briefly competing under the ring name "Blaze". Edge returned and promised to give Sabin & Lita hell. This is was the moment that boosted Edge's fame and popularity. Edge had went from heel to face. Everyone, instead of hating Edge, loved him instead and cheered him on his quest to destroy his former girlfriend and the guy who took her. Edge, Randy Orton[Andrew] and Stone Cold formed a new stable called "Rated 3KO". Day in and day out, Edge, Austin, and Orton made Sabin's life a living hell. They would regularly screw over every match he had. Sabin was sick and tired of Edge, they had a mutual hatred. Edge offered Sabin the deal of his life: a match at Judgement Day. No holds barred, no disqualification, no count-outs. Chris accepted without hesitation, and it was made official. At Judgement Day, Rated 3KO cuffed Lita to a ring post, stopping her from moving. They attacked Sabin, and brutally destroyed him. The only thing Lita could do was stand there and watch. Chris Sabin said he gived up, accepting the fact that he couldn't go on any longer, and Edge had outsmarted him. Edge walked out victorious alongside Austin and Orton. This feud was nominated as one of the best feuds in history. It was a really awesome feud, everyone loved it. After the feud was over, Edge was promoted from the Lower midcard to the Upper midcard.

GWE announced two new titles, the Legends title and the Million Dollar title. Edge, even though other sources beg to differ, was the first ever Legends champion. He lost it to Stone Cold later on. That was Edge's first ever title in GWE. After losing the Legends title, Edge faced Matt Hardy, his rival, for the Intercontinental championship. Edge took the belt away from Matt, winning his first ever Intercontinental championship. Stone Cold challenged Edge for the title, in which Edge lost the title to Stone Cold. Chris Sabin defeated Stone Cold for the Intercontinental title, and Edge beat Sabin for the title afterward. Shawn Michaels[Andrew], the Hardcore champion, challenged Edge for his title in a unification match. Michaels won, walking out with two titles on his shoulders.

Edge asked Shawn for one more match. Michaels agreed and they had a ladder match for the two titles. Edge won, winning his third Intercontinental championship and second Hardcore championship. Edge was very successful. He was on a roll, ready to become a main eventer. He had beat the best, he had won almost every championship in the Midcard division. Lita returned with Edge once again. Edge dropped the Hardcore and Intercontinental championships and won the tag team titles with Stone Cold. Edge was kicked out of the team by Triple H and Austin, Stone Cold gave Triple H the tag title he took from Edge. Triple H, due to injury, had to vacate his GWE championship. In an elimination Fatal 4-way, Edge eliminated The Undertaker[Gaara], Stone Cold, and Yoshi Tatsu[Gaara]. After forcing Yoshi to tap out to the Edgecator, he walked out as the new GWE championship. 1 week prior to this win, Lita returned with Edge. Edge announced he would have a Live Sex Celebration in the middle of the ring to celebrate his new title. The title put Edge in the main event status. Edge and Lita were supposed to have a Live Sex Celebration, but she changed her mind and broke up with him. No one could take Edge's title away from him, until Vince McMahon[Andrew] abused his power and fired Edge. The GWE Championship was awarded to John Cena[Andrew] shortly after.

After a few days of asking for his job back, Vince resigned him. Edge had to start from the bottom all over again, and he didn't really like it, but he had to go back where he belonged: the main event. Shawn Michaels challenged Edge again. But this time, it was for a different prize. It was for Edge's career. If Shawn would win, Edge's career in GWE was over. If Edge were to win, he would be awarded a shot at the GWE title again. Edge took the risk, but it backfired. Edge lost. He was terminated yet again. Edge looked for another federation and found one. Wrestler Impersonator's Federation gave him a job. WIF was very different from GWE, it had a different organization to it[Forum roleplay]. Edge liked WIF's idea. Though WIF was bankrupt and had to release Edge due to their low funds, Edge called Triple H and told him about WIF. GWE was dying those days, and Triple H agreed to have a tryout match with Edge. Triple H loved WIF's idea, and he called Vince. Edge and Triple H had the idea that would save GWE from death. Booker T and Vince McMahon closed down GWE to form another company. Edge, Triple H and Shawn Michaels, three best friends, would create a new company.

This company was a sequel to GWE and would acknowledge GWE's history. Every GWE superstar was welcomed to this new company. Matt Hardy, Shannon Moore, Alex Shelley, Booker T, The Big Show and Trish Stratus [Brian, Harry, Josh, Davon, Giancarlo(who was a noob back then), and Inhoe] all joined with this new company, while others joined GWE's former rival GWF, such as Chris Sabin and Yoshi Tatsu [Seth and Gaara]. Thus, WWE:GS was born, and a new age would dawn upon us. An age where no-shows[lag], cheating[excessive god modding], and record loss were abolished. New champions, new challenges and new superstars would rise. Edge didn't know that this new age would be the one where he earned his "Legend" status and Hall of Fame spot.

CHAPTER 2

A new era. A new beginning. One era. Many accolades. Many adventures, journies and fateful departures. The rise of a powerful business, and the rise of a powerful man.

After GWE's closing, Edge, Triple H and Shawn Michaels founded WWE:GS that followed WIF's style. This new company would become a success overnight. It was very entertaining and highly praised. Edge was on a roll in WWE:GS, he was unstoppable. No one could bring him down. The Rated-R Couple reformed, as Lita[Kiearra] changed her mind. Their relationship became stronger than ever. They loved eachother, and were a great couple. WWE:GS would hold a tournement where the first ever WWE Champion would be crowned. Edge made it to the finals. He faced Sheamus, the winner would become the WWE champion. Edge lost to Sheamus[Zack], though. That match sidelined Edge for nearly a month. From the hospital bed, Edge had to watch The Big Show put Sheamus through a table to become the new WWE champion. TLC was WWE:GS's first ever pay-per-view, and it was pretty good, for the first ever big event. Edge was determined to make a comeback at the Royal Rumble.

While Edge was injured, a new company formed. CAW Wrestling Federation, CWF. At first they didn't seem like a threat for WWE:GS. Jeff Jarrett[Josh] came along and became an authority. Vincent Kennedy McMahon announced that WWE:GS would unite with TNA. Thus, it became WWE & TNA: GS, with two different brands: WWE, and TNA. TNA superstars were now allowed to be in the guild. In January[January 2010], during the Royal Rumble match, Edge shocked the world. He came back and won the first ever Royal Rumble by eliminating Randy Orton[Andrew]. He was granted a shot at Wrestlemania. After the Royal Rumble, WWE champion Dolph Ziggler[Zack] challenged Edge to a match. A steel cage match for the WWE championship. Edge won and became the WWE champion. After a few weeks as WWE champion, Vince McMahon[Andrew] screwed Edge over once again and stripped him of his title. John Cena[Andrew] was awarded the title. Before Elimination Chamber,

WWE & TNA:GS went through a name change. Shane McMahon[Bruce] suggested Total Nonstop Wrestling Entertainment, while Stephanie McMahon[Giancarlo], Jeff Jarrett and Vince McMahon suggested different names. Everyone chose TNWE. At Elimination Chamber, Chris Jericho became the World Heavyweight Champion. After that PPV, the name was changed to Execution championship. The first ever Wrestlemania arrived, and Edge faced Chris Jericho in an Iron Man match for the title. Edge won, but his title reign was short. Vice President of TNWE, The Big Show[Giancarlo] abused his power and put Edge in a two hour Iron Man match against Shawn Michaels and Triple H. The Big Show wanted revenge against Edge, who hit John Cena with a steel chair earlier, costing Big Show his title match. Big Show had paid Vince McMahon a sum of 2,000,000 dollars [200,000 gold] to get this position. Edge had barely finished a 1-hour Iron Man match against Chris Jericho. He was exhausted. He couldn't retain, and Shawn Michaels became the new Execution champion. Edge had scored the least number of falls in this match. Triple H was in second place, and Shawn was in first. Eric Escobar[Bruce] won the Money In The Bank match. Eric faced a career-ending injury, giving the briefcase to Edge. Edge kept this briefcase safe and sound, assuring it would bring him back to the main event status.

Weeks before Backlash, Triple H, then TNWE champion, was fed up with Edge. Triple H challenged Edge to a match at Backlash, a Hell in a Cell. Jeff Jarrett made the match official. During Backlash, everyone in the world thought Edge wasn't going to show up. All of a sudden, "You think you know me?" popped up, and Edge surprised everybody. They had their epic match. It was an epic match for the wrestling quality back then. Today, it wouldn't be considered Match of the year quality, but back then, this match was considered to be Match of the century. At the end of the bout, Edge was the new TNWE champion. At TNWE Night Of Champions, Edge and Randy Orton[Giancarlo] formed Rated RKO. The first ever WWE:GS/TNWE match was Rated RKO vs. D-Generation X. Rated RKO won the first bout, and DX was looking to settle the score. DX faced Rated RKO, winners would become the first ever TNWE Double Belted champions. DX won that Hell in a Cell match. Rated RKO split up. Edge lost the TNWE title to Triple H after that. Edge won the TNWE 50 States Championship and would prove to be one of the most successful 50 States champions of all time. While Edge was in TNWE, he signed up with an independant promotion known as "KANJOKU Pro". KANJOKU was made by ex-WIF members, and Edge toured with them for several months to hone his skills. He debuted at KANJOKU's pay-per-view, Pain-Per-View. Edge defeated Mr. Anderson in a Horse Stable match. During his time in KANJOKU, Edge was more active in KANJOKU than TNWE, his home. At KANJOKU Pro's Open The Lawsuit Gate pay-per-view, Edge defeated fellow TNWE superstar, Christopher Daniels[Josh]. Many superstars in TNWE liked Edge's success in KANJOKU, so they followed. The Big Show[Giancarlo] and Rey Mysterio[Zack] signed up for KANJOKU. Edge lost his first ever match to Shingo Takagi at Road to the Dream. At Detour to the Dream, Edge beat Yuji Hino after making him tap out. At Extending Our Dreams, Edge would take on Hard Gay. If Edge were to win, he would be awarded a title shot for the KANJOKU Pro championship. During his time at KANJOKU, Edge also joined FTMOCR. He became a tag team champion with JM. Edge refused to compete against Hard Gay, the KANJOKU board of directors planned that Edge be raped during the match, or else it would cost him his career. Edge still didn't do it. JM made some offensive statements about Edge. Edge retaliated and the whole FTMOCR company would fight with Edge.

FTMOCR and KANJOKU Pro were partners, so KANJOKU tore up Edge's contract. Edge left FTMOCR before the fights would get even more serious. Edge dedicated all of his time to TNWE again. Back from the independant circuit, Edge was put in a feud against Triple H. One of TNWE's best feuds, this feud would stem from Backlash, all the way to Wrestlemania II. Before the Royal Rumble, Edge defended his briefcase against Rob Van Dam and Gangrel[Zack]. Edge retained it. At the Royal Rumble, Triple H faced Shawn Michaels and Batista[Giancarlo] for the TNWE title. Triple H barely managed to retain the title, but then, "You think you know me?" hit. Edge cashed in his previously defended briefcase on Triple H. Edge walked out the new TNWE champion for the third time in his career. Later that night, Edge would help Shawn Michaels throw The Big Show over the top rope, making HBK the second person to ever win the Royal Rumble in TNWE. Triple H challenged Edge at Wrestlemania II to end their rivalry for once and for all. Edge accepted. On Monday Night Thunder, Edge was having a Live Sex Celebration with Lita until Triple H came out and interrupted it. Triple H and Edge faced off in an Iron Man match for the title. After an hour of giving it all in the ring, Triple H emerged victorious. Triple H had finally finished this longtime rivalry between these two great competitors. But, Triple H's reign would be his last. A week after Wrestlemania II, Triple H unexpectedly had to leave TNWE, leaving fans sad. Everyone mourned the loss of a great wrestler, champion, and friend. TNWE was never the same after the loss of Triple H[Zack]. TNWE's ratings went down, but luckily, new talent arrived. CWF, now XWF, closed down after their war with TNWE. Chris Benoit[Gore] helped Edge, Big Show and Shawn Michaels take down XWF. Company owner, Matt Michaels[Matthew, that's so damn obvious] closed down XWF and made a truce with TNWE. They became friends. XWF talent appeared in TNWE after this. After Triple H's unexpected departure, TNWE would survive for a few months before entering what many call it "The Depression Era".

Chapter Three

Depression. The end of an era. New faces arrive, old veterans leave.

During the Depression Era of Wrestling Roleplay [Mid 2010-January 2012], many superstars left the business, while new people took their places. Trish Stratus[Inhoe], Jeff Jarrett[Josh], Lita[Kiearra], Stone Cold[Keon], Ember, Chris Sabin[Seth], the KANJOKU/FTMOCR team, Ashley Massaro[Savannah], all left the business. Some left earlier, while some left later. But, in exchange for these members, the business[Wrestling Roleplay] welcomed new faces. Alberto, Trent, Sting[Brody], Jimmy Lockheart, CM Punk[Alvin], Evan Bourne[Devan], are the names of these newcomers. Thanks to these new guys, wrestling managed to survive it's slump. The veterans[Andrew, Giancarlo, Brian] had new people to wrestle. Also, during this era, the superstars were busier partying than wrestling. They spent more time in Hollywood and Towns than the ring. This era can also be called the “Vacation Era”, as they were more laid back and relaxed, enjoying their free time. Edge[Bruce] was mostly gone for this era, as he was busy living with his kids and wife. A new company was born, trying to make the wrestling industry exciting again. TOPWG arrived. It became the replacement for TNWE at the time. It was made by Matt Hardy[Brian]. Not only did he prove that he can run a successful company, he proved he was no longer a rook underneath the Rated-R Superstar. Matt Hardy[Brian] took himself farther and became a skilled wrestler. After a while, TOPWG suffered the same fate as TNWE. It was over for TOPWG.

Edge came back after his hiatus. It was a different world to him. Edge returned at the end of the Depression to revive the company everyone wanted back. He called Shawn[Andrew], and made it happen. Together, the TNWE crew would once again work together to bring it back. A different time and different people now, but the same wrestling everyone loved.

…...and finally.....

CHAPTER FOUR

FINALLY, Total Nonstop Wrestling Entertainment has come back to grace Gaia Wrestling!
New era, new people, new company. TNWE's finale. Does the captain sink with his ship? Stars are made. The rise of Sting[Brody], Trent, and CM Punk[Alvin]. The downfall of Edge and others. Conspiracies? Bias? Dictators? Promotion wars? Small step for companies, giant leap for pro wrestling. Long time friends turned enemies?

Now, as of this chapter, begins a big boom for wrestling roleplay. Quality increases tenfold, roleplay and graphics-wise. The 'F' era, the Revolution era, the #Hashtag era, the modern era. Call it what you wish, there is no denying that this single era changed wrestling forever. A phoenix, and the sad departure of a man, the former face of Pro Wrestling. An unexpected chain of events that will go down in history forever.

After a year long hiatus, Edge finally came back to the waning TNWE. The company was near bankruptcy during the aforementioned 'Depression Era'. Edge cut a promo called "A ray of hope" in which he told the TNWE fans and TNWE management that he wanted the wrestling company back on it's feet, for the people and for the wrestlers. This promo was successful, as TNWE returned full force. TNWE's first Pay-Per-View after this promo would be Grand Slam. Before Grand Slam, there was an episode of Monday Night Thunder in which Edge faced John Cena[Andrew], Randy Orton[Brian] and CM Punk[Alvin] for the TNWE Execution title, in which Edge won the title. John Cena would later win the TNWE championship that same night At Grand Slam there would be a Falls Count Anywhere match for the TNWE Undisputed World Championship, the unification of both championships. After long, hard fought match, John Cena was able to score the win. Cena became the Undisputed TNWE champion. After the Undisputed TNWE championship match, there was a Battle Royale in which superstars would throw others over the top rope to eliminate them.

Edge entered this Battle Royale but didn't manage to win, being eliminated by Chris Jericho [Alberto]. Edge's dreams of headlining the upcoming Wrestlemania V were shattered. CM Punk [Alvin] would go on and win the Battle Royale, winning the title shot. At Wrestlemania V, Edge would participate in the Money In The Bank match. Again, Edge was unsuccessful at winning, as Matt Hardy [Brian] unhooked the briefcase, earning an instant title shot at any time. At Over The Limit, CM Punk and John Cena had a grueling TLC match. John Cena had beaten Punk at Wrestlemania V, but Punk earned himself another title shot. This time, however, Punk was actually successful, and won the Undisputed championsip. After celebrating his title win, though, Matt Hardy cashed in his contract. CM Punk was in no shape to compete, but he couldn't do anything about it. In a few short minutes, CM Punk's title reign was over. Matt Hardy was finally a World Champion again. The next Pay-Per-View, Cyber Sunday, was a special event, as fans would vote who would face the champions. Edge luckily got a title shot against Matt Hardy. At Cyber Sunday, Edge ended his long time rival's title reign. Edge became the TNWE Undisputed champion! He was on top of the world. After cutting a promo gloating about his championship belt, Edge was challenged by Chris Jericho [Alberto]. The two agreed to have a "Los Angeles Street Fight". Edge successfully retained his title after an exciting back-and-forth match.

TNWF.

After this pay-per-view, TNWE's popularity started to wane down again. It's slow death was imminent, but from TNWE, TNWF was born. TNWF was a whole new company, it was very similar but had new ideas which would help it thrive and live relatively long. It became a huge success. Everyone in TNWE would start wrestling for TNWF, including Edge. One of Edge's first matches was a championship match against Chris Jericho [Andrew], going one on one for the TNWF World Heavyweight Championship. In this match, Edge claimed he was "screwed", as Jericho had Edge in the Walls of Jericho, but Edge had his hand on the 3rd rope yet the referee called for the bell as if Edge had tapped out. Edge was furious at TNWF management, but nothing really happened as Edge was granted another shot at the title. This time, Edge lost fair and square. After this match, Edge would win very few matches, losing most of the matches he was booked in. At a Pay-Per-View, Edge was in an elimination fatal four way for the Intercontinental championship.

The last two contestants were Evan Bourne[Devan] and Edge. After a hard fought match, Edge managed to roll Evan up but the referee did not count it. Edge got confused and began to argue, Evan took advantage and hit Edge with his signature Shooting Star Press, pinning Edge successfully. Edge wasn't that mad at this decision, as he was glad to let Evan Bourne, an up-and-coming superstar, earn a title. Things between Edge and TNWF management [Giancarlo, Brian, and Andrew] began to sour. Edge had cut a promo where he stated he will go after the TNWF championship. Kurt Angle [Brody] liked the idea of facing Edge, as they had never met in the ring before, and Angle wanted to prove himself as champion by facing a former (at that time) 10 time world champion. They were set to face eachother, but Triple H [Brian] stepped in and said there was no way this was gonna happen. After that, a few arguments here and there would ultimately cause TNWF to fire Edge and Christian[Jesse]. After this, Edge decided to open up a new wrestling promotion...

WAR

World Action Revolution was the answer to the firings. Once Edge opened up WAR, Kurt Angle, Sting, and Abyss left TNWF on their own to join WAR, Angle even taking the TNWF championship with him. WAR had a different feeling to it, it didn't want bias in it's booking decisions. WAR seemed like a serious threat at the time for TNWF, even if it was momentarily. At WAR's first show, Shell Shock, Edge faced Sting for the WAR championship, in which Sting won after an amazing match. They had a rematch at Hardcore Justice, a ladder match for the WAR championship once again. Little did Edge know this would be his last World Championship.

A few days after Edge's title win, he shocked the wrestling world with some major news.
He had to retire. This time for good.
Even though TNWF was mad at Edge at the time, they showed appreciation to his wrestling career, inducting him into the Hall of Fame.
2012 was Edge's last year as an active competitor. His run was a great one.

EPILOGUE:
A year after his retirement, TNWF invited Edge to compete in one more match at Summer Slam 2013. Edge decided to unretire for that night and faced his long time rival, Chris Jericho [Andrew]. After a spectacular match, Edge speared Jericho for the pin. Edge would go back to retirement.
In 2015, Edge announced he would make a comeback to CWF as a road agent/semi-active wrestler. He's also decided on making a podcast and simply laying back, having a match once in a while, hoping to try to put over the next generation of superstars and have some seriously entertaining matches.
Edge says he has become a better wrestler, not in skill, but mentally. He says his days chasing the belts are over. All he wants to do is tell a great story and try to share his knowledge.
