Hobbies:
Tea - So is the sort you see at Teavana and smaller tea shops regularly. She likes collecting tea sets and finding new teas to savor and stash away [properly, of course!] for the perfect situation. The process of making and savoring tea, to her, is almost like a meditation, and is something she greatly enjoys.

Books - Homer, Sun Tzu, Shakespeare, Jules Verne; So Sheen loves books, and the classics especially. She loves to read them, but she also loves to collect them. Her small apartment houses a slowly regrowing collection of older books, and she loves finding rarities, scouring thrift stores and secondhand bookstores for hidden treasures.

Animal Shelter work - While the woman is not fond of most people, she has a soft spot for animals, and volunteers at an animal shelter to not only play the 'reformed citizen' part, but because she enjoys spending time with the animals. Especially the ones that no one else wants. It was from Destiny City Humane Society that she actually got her borzoi, Anwnn, after months of no one else adopting the formerly abused dog.

Staying Connected - Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Foursquare; social networking is So Sheen's THING. And on top of that, she likes staying well-informed on the happenings of the world around her, often spending time on the bus reading the latest news going around or seeing what people are up to online. After all...what kind of Goddess would she be if she didn't keep an eye on things?

Virtues:
Charismatic - So Sheen is the kind of person who draws people to her. She's charming, fascinating, and has an air to her that just seems to pull people in. She's the sort of woman who seems like she could go far, who you might see speaking to a crowd that was actually paying attention.

Determined - When she sets her mind on a goal, So Sheen isn't the sort to give up lightly. She wants to see things through to fruition, wants to see the fruits of her labor. It's seen her through where others might give up. She may stumble and fall, but she'll generally get right back up again.

Far-thinking - Most think about the short-term effects and goals of things; So Sheen thinks in long-term. She sees the big picture, can lay down the framework for things slowly and methodically because she knows, in the end, what she wants to see happen will happen. So Sheen isn't the sort to expect immediate results; she's the sort who can wait and plan and build.

Flaws:
Manipulative - This woman is a chessmaster of sorts. She'll use her charisma to pull people to where she wants them, to garner favors to use for a later time and to maneuver things to her advantage. She is almost never truly altruistic, and there is almost always another motive on that silver tongue of hers. Unfortunately for her, people tend to not appreciate being used, and when she's caught, people tend to not be happy about it. It's part of how she got caught years ago. It is so a part of her that even those she cares about aren't free from her web.

Cruel - When she doesn't like you, or her ire is roused, So Sheen is an incredibly sadistic woman who takes pleasure in seeing those people suffer. And being the cause of their suffering. And she likes making sure they know it's because of her that they're suffering. It isn't just physical pain So Sheen is after, however. More often than not, she's the sort to screw with a person's head.

God Complex - So Sheen thinks she's a goddess. No, seriously. She thinks she is divinity trapped in a mortal form, and thus deserves worship. While she will acknowledge the superiority of certain other 'divine' beings [such as Metallia], she will try her best to avoid being ordered around by others unless she absolutely has to deal with it to get where she needs to go. She can also get very testy, whether it's obvious or not, when someone doesn't acknowledge her divinity after being enlightened about it.


PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

Eyes: Pale, pale grey, almost white, about this shape

Hair: White, to her mid-back. Bangs are kept trimmed to stay out of her eyes. Hair is often braided.

Face: Her face is oval/egg-shaped with delicate features and very pale skin.

Clothes: So Sheen tends towards pale and pastel colors, wearing clothing that is either business casual or very pared down Victorian...and never pants. Her jewelry is very basic and pared down, and very simple in design. Makeup is the same.

• So Sheen was the leader of a short-lived cult that centered around her as a goddess in the flesh. When the cult was shut down, her four-year-old daughter Sun Hee was taken from her and she was placed in a women's correctional facility without visitation.

Regarding the civ part, I think the personality is fine, actually. However, you can't leave parts of the form blank, like you did with the food sections, so please fill those out!

As for the powered portion, I have a few concerns. The 22 major arcana as a weapon implies that you have 22 opportunities to block someone's magic for a given amount of time, which is too much. Furthermore, although the first weapon is allowed to be a "joke" item, the Captain and General weapons need to be something that's a weapon first. Magical items, even with sharp edges, kind of verge on Knight territory. Also, as a rule, the more dangerous the weapon, the less powerful the magic should be, if that helps any. So, I ask that you please choose a more weapon-like item for Captain and General that tarot cards can progress into; the magic effect might need to be tweaked or weakened as well depending on what you choose.

This profile looks pretty good to me, but before I can drop a stamp I have a few things I'd like to go over!

The first is that, while being manipulative is a flaw, a flaw should also express and highlight the negative features/what about this trait would make someone not like her. The way "manipulative" is currently written, it only highlights positive aspects of this trait! To make it work as a flaw, I'd love to hear about how this is something negative and would make people look down on her/not like her! (For example, what happens when she gets caught? Do people learn not to trust her after they uncover this?)

The second is her Negaverse weapons! The way you have them written, Negaverse weapons usually do not get magic that can be channeled in some way; rather, they usually have some magical effect (such as, warm to the touch, or, 'numbs flesh for up to ten seconds after making contact'), however I think you could have those weapons without actually having them channel any sort of magic! She could simply have the metal of the frame for her captain stage be shaped like a small knife or blade, and for her general stage each one could have a blade-like edge. That way you get the most out of your weapon!
