This is the compound belonging to the Hanako clan. The head of the clan lives in the center building, being the biggest; it's impossible to miss. It's surrounded by several houses, with courtyards and zen gardens in between each house for privacy. This is the only place in all of Suna that looks like a forest in Konoha, its surrounded and filled with flowering trees and bushes that the clan maintains with their chakra and green thumb skills. It's a veritable oasis in the desert, filled with water features and other beautiful marvels not usually seen in the desert. The walls are made of Iron sand and other materials that make it heavy and dense, and are topped with spikes and barbed wire, as well as the Kazekage's man-eating flowers to deter trespassing. Anbu hide among the foliage at the top of the walls, ready to attack at a moment's notice.
