Mei skipped down the hall jubilantly. When she found her cabin, her cornflower blue eyes widened in wonder and she let out a yell of joy. Opening it quickly, she bounded inside, forgetting to even close the door on her way in, and proceeded to jump around the small space. Placing her luggage down on the furthest, and on the right, bunk bed, she continued to dance around the room with her arms raised.
"I'm here! I'm here! I'm finally here," she cheered with excitement and wonder. She was so happy, she didn't remember to keep her voice down, and she couldn't even think of her teammates.
That was, however, until she finally calmed and placed her index finger to her chin. "I wonder where the other members are. I hope I'm not alone!" Her face suddenly blanched of color and she started crying, "I can't be the only one! There's gotta be someone that'll be on my team! But even if there's not, I just have to try my best!"
She placed her fists on either side of her hips and made a very stern, but also adorable, face.

Tsuki was walking down the hallway, carrying along his suitcase with a jet-black sword on his back as he yawned a bit. He was a little tired from his long trip, especially during the last portion when he and someone he became friends with along the way during his trip here had to run or else they would of missed their train. "Man, I'm beat. I wonder if Aya managed to find her way." He then remembered what Aya had said before they parted ways after getting on the train. "I'll be fine on my own from here. Let's meet up again later, okay?" He smiled a bit and shook his head. "She sure does have the enthusiasm though. I wonder where she gets all that energy from." Moments later, he arrived at his dorm car with an opened door. When he walked inside, he saw a girl standing inside as if she was waiting for someone important. "Well, hello there."

Mei's face lit up with excitement as another person entered the cabin.
"I knew someone would come!" she yelled, running around the older boy that walked in. She hopped around him in the tight space happily, her own abilities allowing her to squeeze through. "It's very nice to meet you, sir! I'm Mei Lin and who are you?"
She blinked a few times, standing squarely in front of her new teammate, and her smile stretched from ear to ear.

Tsuki was expecting a lot of things but the reaction the girl gave off after seeing him wasn't something he was expecting. It was almost like deja vu. He chuckled nervously as the girl ran and hopped around him. It was almost she was on a major sugar rush or something. "Oh boy. She's just like Aya. She's enthusiastic and hyper. Actually, I think she's got it more than Aya" he thought to himself. He then shook his head and looked at the girl. "Mei, huh? My name's Tsuki Himura." Well, he was expecting people from a lot of different backgrounds so I guess he shouldn't be too surprised.

Mei placed her index finger to her chin again and pondered the name. "That's a Japanese name, isn't it?" she asked, wondering if that meant he was going to dislike her immediately. In truth, she didn't understand why some people couldn't possibly get along, and she hoped her teammate was not one of the more angry of people.
With only a moment's hesitation, Mei jumped back and cried, "Do you like food, Mr. Tsuki? I've got a lot if you want!"
She quickly bounded back to her luggage and unzipped it with ease. She pulled out dried meat, jerky, and a massive quantity of other selections.

Tsuki nodded at Mei when she asked if his name was Japanese. "Yes. I'm from a small town in Japan, so I'm a little far from home." He then scratched the back of his head with a nervous-looking expression on his face when she suddenly offered him some food, probably trying to change the subject. "No, I'm fine. Thanks for the offer though." He then walked into the room and placed his suitcase on an unused bed, taking his sword off his back and placing it next to his suitcase then sat down on the same bed. "Man, I'm beat."

"Hmm," she hummed as she looked at her selection before dropping them on the table. "That's a pretty sword!"
She bounded back over to the boy and sat opposite him on an unused bed. It was indeed a dazzling blade, and she wondered if that was his weapon of choice. She had no other weapons but her own body, and she pondered the usage of it. It was dark, almost inky black, and she wondered what kind of power it could possibly hold. She wanted to touch it, but thought quickly against it seeing as it was very disrespectful to touch another's sword.
When Tsuki spoke, Mei asked, "Did you have a long trip? I had a long trip. All the way from the mountains, it was really fun! There was almost an avalanche, and a bear wanted to make friends, and- oh!- there also was these really nice villagers who gave me rice!"

Tsuki stretched a bit before answering her. "This sword has been passed down through my family for generations. As far as I'm aware of, it's the only one left in existence. There's supposed to have been two of them but one of them was lost in history, never to be seen again. It's the ancient sword, Murasame." He then picked the sword up and held it in his arms, one hand holding onto the handle and the other holding onto the blade. "Go ahead and touch it if you want. Just be careful with it. It's quite heavy for a lot of people. As for my trip, yeah. I arrived here on the mainland from Japan three days ago and I've been traveling from there to here without much rest. It wasn't all bad though since I met up with someone else who was also attending this place." He couldn't help but wonder what Aya was up to. Was she resting? She seemed to be pretty tired despite her unfathomable energy. Eating, perhaps? She hasn't ate yet, so that's a possibility.

"Passed down from generations," she whispered after he spoke, ogling over the sword in wonder. When she had permission to touch it, she quickly took it gingerly in hand. "Don't worry, Mr. Tsuki, I'm a lot stronger than I look!"
And she was. The massive sword, which should have been completely unliftable from someone her size and weight, was lifted easily up as she held the handle with one hand. It looked even more beautiful up close, little Mei found as she stared at the blade with a silent "O" on her features.
"I'm a tiger animal aura," Mei explained as she held the sword back out toward the boy. "I'm one of the best! And I can lift three times my weight." She smiled broadly, happy to have accomplished such feats but her features slightly changed when she said, "My masters don't really like the built in stuff I have even when I'm in human form. But it really really helps!"
Her orange hair fell to the side as she cocked her head before saying, "Three days of traveling sounds like such a bad break! Well at least now you can rest as we travel to the academy!"

Tsuki was surprised that she was able to lift his sword with ease. His initial thoughts was that her Aura was Physical but something felt off. When she held out out to him, he grabbed the handle and took it from her, placing it back on the bed. That's when she said that she was an Animal Aura. "A tiger, huh? Well, that explains why you were able to lift my sword." He scratched the back of his head and yawned a bit more. "Yeah, it was very exhausting, that's for sure. Not to mention, boring as well. At least I wasn't bored too much since I had company with me along the way. Though, her immense energy and enthusiasm wore me out even more."

Mei's cornflower blue orbs followed the weapon until it rested on the bed, and she leaned back on her hands as she kicked her legs since they couldn't reach the floor from her position.
"I'm glad you had company! I'm sure it was a lot of fun for the other person too! Where did they go?"

Tsuki folded his arms and fell into thought for a moment. He had some ideas on where she could be, but he wasn't positive. Plus, he was too tired right now to go around and look. He wanted to rest a little bit before doing anything at least. "Hmm...I have no idea. We parted ways once we got on the train. My guess is either she went to find some food or her dorm car. I'm not too concerned about her though. She may resemble you in energy and enthusiasm, but she's quite capable of taking care of herself."

Mei yawned, her knuckles pressing into her upper lip as she covered her mouth, before stretching wide. Well, the widest she could with her small height. She scratched her neck, massaging out the muscles slowly, as her cornflower blue orbs looked around the desolate room with wonder.
"I'm sure she's okay then!" she sweetly said, finally finishing her stretch and letting her hands fall with a plop on her thighs. She didn't really know what else to do, or when the others were coming, though she wanted to get some food of some kind.
But, she thought as she placed her index to her bottom lip, if Mr. Tsuki doesn't want to go, then there's no reason for me. And what if others come here when I'm gone! I don't want to be the last one to meet everyone!!
Oh well, she thought, shrugging her shoulders with a wide grin. Let's go explore the ship!

Tsuki stood up from the bed and stretched, picking his sword up off the bed and strapping it to his back. He then looked over at Mei. "I think I'm going to explore the train for a little bit. It'll be a good chance to see just who's attending Tokubetsu with us." He then started to approach the door but stopped as he opened the door. "I'll be back later. If anyone else shows up here, tell them I said hi, okay?" He then walked out the door, closing it behind him as he left the room. [Exit]
