Joining a tribe is an important event for most pets, so having your pet leave their tribe permanently is a pretty big decision. It's not something that should be done without some thought and discussion beforehand!
If the other owner refuses to cooperate for whatever reason, please PM Modifox to discuss things.
Owners are allowed to have their pet leave a tribe if:
Case #1: They have legitimate IC reasons, have planned out how things will effect their pet ICly, and they have discussed things with the tribe's owner.
Case #2: The tribe owner has been inactive for more than six months. What we consider inactivity: no posts in the main thread or the guild, no replies to messages, no contact whatsoever.
Case #3: The tribe has been disbanded by the shop during an Activity Check.
Once things have been discussed and the pet is given the okay to officially leave, the owner must:
Fill out the form below.
Post the info here.
PM the tribe owner to let them know that the pet has officially left the tribe.
Once that's done, their tribe mods need to be removed/edited to reflect their new status. We do this by:
Erasing/fading out/drawing over the pet's tribe tattoo.
Removing the tribe's symbol from the pet's piercings/jewelry/etc.
Replacing the tribe's symbol from the pet's piercings/jewelry/etc. with something of your choice.
Removing the tribe's piercings/jewelry/etc. entirely.
If members of a defunct tribe wish to breed or enter any future events, they will be required to have their tribe mods removed and be recerted, in order to reflect their new tribeless status.
Rules are subject to change!
The only ones posting here should be the owners of pets officially leaving their tribe. Anyone else's posts won't count. Those posts will be ignored and deleted.
Your pet needs their tribe mod removed/edited in order to officially leave a tribe. Pets need their mods removed or edited before they officially depart. If they haven't, they're still technically considered a member of the tribe, and this can effect events you enter, such as breedings!
Don't mess with the form. Just fill it out and post it.
Forms should be posted in this thread. There's no need to PM us your forms or anything like that. Just post them here.

No bribing, whining, complaining, crying, etc. We're all adults/teenagers here, so let's act like 'em, alright?
Don't pester us about your order. Orders will always be completed. However, RL comes first. Please don't pester us about your order or anything like that, because it will be finished. However, if the order hasn't been completed and you haven't received a status update - via PM/messenger/in-thread/etc. - from the colorist after one (or more!) month, please PM Modifox to discuss the situation!
We need the uncerted version of your pet or we won't be able to work on it. Not their cert, their uncert. We need your pet's uncert in order to modify them.
Once a pet has departed from a tribe, there's a cool-down period. Once a pet has been removed from their tribe, there's a three month cool-down period for anything tribe related. This is to make sure owners don't go making rash decisions, like immediately tossing their pet into another tribe or a test tribe. Once the three months are done, you're free to do as you wish!
When posting your pet's uncert, please thumbnail it. No one likes a stretched page, so remember to use the link provided under the "Thumbnail for forums" section that shows up when you select your pet's image in the shop's image account.

Once a pet has been removed from their tribe, there's a three month cool-down period for anything tribe related. Pets will be listed here with their cool-down periods for convenience!
Once the end date rolls around, we'll remove the cool-down info and just keep the pet's name and old tribe for logging purposes.
