The Cloud District is the main residential and business-oriented center of Kumogakure. Consider it the Times Square of Kumo... with some houses here or there. This is where most residential activity takes place. The buildings are all built into the walls of two mountains, bridges stretching across a center ravine to unite these two sections. Children are taught from a young age to be VERY careful around the gap - if you fall, you're gone. This is where most casual activity might take place - this is also the most concentrated area of citizenship, and would cause the most detriment if damaged. It's a good thing it's wedged between two mountains.

The Name's Donny,
I Got A Debt... They would always send him on missions in the snow regions of the shinobi world. He did not feel cold. Ever. His name was Donny. Donny Ice Boy. The last remaining member of Gabriel's empire.
The mission was to kill off a group of bandits that based themselves off in an ancient fort left behind by a forgotten people. There was no squad with him. Temperatures were to low for them. The bandits were used to it. They were part of snow. True nords.
His method was always the same on missions like this. He'd observe. Take note of their numbers, habits and daily routines. Then, one by one he would kill them.
Sitting alone in the snow the boy thought back to the days he spent under Gabriel's wing. The Drug Lord was only a year older than Donny and yet had achieved so much. Donny would not let it all end for free, but first he would have to become stronger. His current power would only get himself killed. "Storm's pickin' up..." He mumbled to himself with his italian-american accent.
The group left shouting and cheering like usual. They were more excited than usual. They must have found some big prize somewhere the other day. Except someone was left behind in the fort. That person would be the first to go.
Making it past the gates was easy. Basic academy training allowed him to walk up along the walls ignoring the pull of gravity. He did this all without a sense of purpose in his eyes. Nothing the boy did brought any sense of fufillment. He would only know peace once the one who killed Gabriel fell at his feet. Jumping on the ground inside the fort with his own feet, Donny looked around. He knew for sure that there would be no one else inside, but some times his missions had a minor hiccup due to unnacounted for variables.
The fort had a similar design to another one that Donny had been in some time ago on a seperate, but similar mission. Who ever had made them long ago were all part of the same. Some times, Donny swore he could hear their voices stuck for ever in the ice that kept the fort intact even after so many years.
The member that had been left behind was sleeping in the resting area. A circular room with several beds spread around it. The one left behind was right in the middle. By the look of things he had been injured. Somehow Donny missed that fact the last night they left and came back. Perhaps the injury was inflicted inside the fort. Either way this brought up a very different approach.
An ice shard would form above his shoulder. Slowly it hovered over to the sleeping bandit and lifted up the blanket. The wound was pretty ugly. It reminded Donny why he was there in the first place. Those men were barbarians. Brutal, savage barbarians. Piercing through the wound with the shard the man immediately woke up seething in pain. Cussing profanity at Donny. The wound did not allow him to move or get up. "Shhh..." Donny said as the shard hovered away from the man now dripping in blood. "Where have your men gone and how long will it take them to come back?" He asked. The shard swirling slowly. The man spat blood at Donny. Two new shards appeared and shot straight at his legs. Pain shooting through the bandit's body. "Now. Let's get to talkin'."
The bandit ended up dead with several shards piercing his body. Donny would set up a trap made out of ice that would kill all the bandits when they came back. Donny grew tired of the snow lands and wanted to go back to his village and eat something hot for a change. And It Needs To Be Settled. Custom Mission: 643 words
