Simon pulled his tie off as he headed out the door. It had been such a long day at work, and now, all he could think of was to head to bed, or at least relax until his friends call him to go out. He chuckled at a kid passing by and turned towards the alleyway before gasping as a doorway opened up within the bricks, "w-what?!" He shouted before feeling a force pulling at him.

He tried to pull away and fight the pull, but eventually Simon slipped and fell into the strange void. Crap, he was going to die! Eaten by some strange void in the walls!! He shut his eyes and waited to be disintegrated or something, until he grunted when he landed on. . . carpet? Simon opened his eyes and saw the void fade away as the man slowly sat up in the main hall of a large palace, ". . . . what the hell. . . .is happening?"

"w-what? WHAT?! King?! W-Wait wait wait!" He shouted out and stood quickly before holding onto her shoulders, "what the hell is going on?! where the hell am I?" he asked then looked up as guards ran to Simon's side to bow and see if he was harmed, "my king, you're finally here. Please, you should be seen to your room so you can rest" "I'm not king!" Simon shouted and threw his hands out to stop everyone.

This was too much to deal with at once. He shook his head and backed up quickly to the nearest wall. This couldn't. . .SHOULDN'T be happening!! "s-someone tell me where the hell I AM, please!"

"U-Uncle? Uncle, what the hell is happening?! She keeps saying I'm some king and now she's mentioning a prophecy about me and DEMONS? Please tell me this is some kind of twisted prank." He asked and gripped onto the older man's hands tightly before looking around at the people around them. They obviously looked like humans to him, but they must be something else to be this INSANE.

Simon backed up with his uncle a step and finally hurried to look out the window . The sky seemed like an odd. . ..blue green color and there was a kingdom that stretched out further than he could see. It caused the man's stomach and jaw to drop, "this can't be happening. . ."

Simon was waiting for his uncle to explain that this was some kind of misunderstanding, that he can go home to his normal life and forget this ever happened. But simon's face fell hearing the explanation and he looked down towards the picture. He took it into his hands and looked it over silently before staggering back to sit in a nearby chair.

". . . .real? this. . .all of this is real?" He asked and held onto his head quickly, beginning to feel dizzy, ". . .w-wait, what threat? why would me being born be a threat?! A-Am I still in danger being here?" He asked and looked up towards his uncle, "uncle. . .please. . .w-what the hell am I doing here? w-why did I get brought back here?"

He stared at his uncle when he walked out and held his face before leaning back into the chair. He had to. . .absorb everything. KING. . .he was a KING. And apparently these people needed his help to fight a demon king in this world. How can something like this even exist? How was it possible?!

He looked down and away before rubbing his face and standing up from his seat. ". . .madness. . .that's all it is. . .complete madness. . ." he said quietly and began to head off down the hall. Guards came around him so they could lead their king to the dinning room, "His Majesty, the King." one announced, making Simon stop and look at the guard before grumbling as he stepped into the large room.

Simon had to hold his breath when his face was nearly pushed into the woman's chest before looking over at the other two. He waved hello shyly to them and blinked when the boy glared before looking up to his uncle. He seemed much more important and. . .serious here than he did back home.

Usually Ryon was his funny and wild looking uncle who would visit him and bring him some sweets for his apartment. Simon cleared his throat and looked over the table before rubbing his head, "um. . .s-so. . . .I'm here. . . .what do I do now? O-Or are we waiting?" He asked before glancing to all the guards standing at attention.

There was alot Simon could take. He was able to handle angry customers, rude people and even a couple of bullies when he was growing up. He could take it and ignore it all, but the only thing he could never stand was someone making fun of his parents. So when Harley started to call them stupid, he looked at him and stood, slamming his hands on the table.

"Call them stupid again! See what happens!" he shouted out and walked around to Harley's chair angrily, "Perhaps they didn't tell me the truth but my parents are not stupid! My mother and father did EVERYTHING they could to raise me right until. . .until my dad passed away. So don't you DARE insult them!"
