Kat smiled, organizing the various learning tools for ABCs and Numbers. The child Kale had come in a bit late for the class, and nearly missed all of the work! The woman had no choice but to invite him after class hours and play some fun games, and other things to help him learn faster and keep up with his peers. And according this his father, it seemed the boy had more than enough time to do such things.

Emer stopped outside the classroom door, looking down at her son for a moment. She smiled encrouginly at him as she knelt down so she was on his level. "You'll do just fine, just mind your manners, and I'll be close by just in case. I have a feeling you'll like it quite a bit." Orphues had assured her that Kat was an exclent teacher and all the kids spoke highely of her. That had to count for something right?
Kale nodded slowly as his Mother spoke to him, and smiled with nervoues excitment. "Okay Momma."
Emer leaned up and kissed his forhead softly before taking his hand and leading him into the classroom. She knocked before slowly opening the door, "Ms. Kat? I hope we aren't earily....or late. I lost my watch... that's kinda what got us in troubleeariler today."
Kale crained his this way and that as he looked around at everything. There where so many bright colors here, and toys.... pictures and blocks, his favorite. His tail started to swish more and more as he became more and more excited as he looked around. He was so busy looking at everything else that at first he missed Ms. Kat and only stopped walking when he flet his Momma stop. He turned to see why and when he saw the very nice looking teach he ducked his head a little shyly and smiled, lifting his free hand to wave.

Kat smiled, welcome in thte two in "Oh come in, you're right on time. Or.. Alteast I think so..." she frowned a bit, she hadn't really been paying attention to the clock.
She watched the boy as he looekd around, fairly pleased her room setup seemed to be a hit with the children. She nearly squealed at the boy's actions when he noticed her "Aww, he's so sweet." she cooed, kneeling down to the boys level. "So you're name's Kale, right? I'm Kat. You know, like a kitty cat! Except with a K" she giggled a bit, gesturing to the table "I've got some games and stuff, if you'd like to play with me? Perhaps some puzzles... or blocks." She started off with a few suggestions, smiling brightly.
She did adore children... And acted like one herself. It was apparent why D-corp hired the woman.

"BLOCKS!!" he cheered imedatly running over the to the table and dumping the bucket onto the table, first sorting them by shape then he begain to make house, and tall buildings, araging them in a way that made it look like a small town. The end of his black tipped tounge slowly peeked out between his lips.
"That would the magic word." Emer mummred softly, chuckling softly. "Thank god for blocks and extra computer parts and cryons and paper, or I would never get any sleep."

She turned to teh boy, moving to sit down at the minature table beside him. "See, these blocks are special!" she picked up one he didn't seem to be using "They all have letters on them. So lets se... Your name is Kale..." She picked out the assorted blocks, then made the stack of the four. "Ta-da! K, a, l, e. Kale."
She smiled proudly at her accomplishment.. "Can you spell anything?"

Emer nodded, waving bye to Kale before slipping silently out of the door.
Kale paused what he was doing to see what Ms. Kat was up to. He blinked as he looked at the letters that spelled his name. Pointing to each letter as he repeated them, "K,a,l,e. Kale. That's me! He turned and grinned up at his teacher.
He paused thinking hard for a moment, considering her question carefully. He pointed to the blocks, "I can spell Kale...... You showed me." That must be what she ment.

Kale watched her very carefully as she sung, his head bobbing up and down as he listened to the rythem and words. "E f g, H i j, K l m, N o p, Q r s, T u v, W x y, and Z! Now I suuuung my a-b-c's neeeext timme won't yooou sing with me!" He was now standing, bobbing his legs up and down as he sang doing the sort of wiggly little child dance. His fist bunched up hands up by his chest, his elbows sticking out at his sides. He sang at the top of his lungs for his big finish.

Kat giggled, clapping her hands. She stood up along side him, grabbing a nearby object, and holding it to her mouth like a microphone. She passed him one "a One, and a two, and a three, A b c d e f g" she started again, bouncing to the invisible beat in the room.

Kale took the 'microphone' and put it up to his mouth as he sung, his other hand sweeping out wide as he bobbed his legs. Poor Kale was not the most graceful creature at the moment, though he did put his whole heart into the dance and song. At the end of the song he was giggling wildly as he hoped up and down a bit. "That was fun!"

Kat nodded with a giggle, settling back into her seat. "Mm-hmm!" She agreed, leaning foreward to peer through the blocks.. No.. No .. Nope..Aha! Her hand finally landed on an A, pulling it foreward. "This is the very first one, A." She nodded, showing it to the boy "Lets se... a is in both our names. Kat and Kale. And.. A can spell apple, or ant... Air. Can you think of any words that start with A?"

Kale sat his eyes looking up to the side as he thought about it, his shoulders hunched with his hands in his lap as he thought about it. "Ummmm, aligator?" He asked an all to sweet smile on his face, his eyes looking hopeful, his tail swishing happily back and forth.

Kat smiled... and nodded as he came up with a correct answer "Yes! Very good! Alligator starts with A" she practically purred...
she dug through the blocks finding the rest of the letters to spell "Alligator" stacking them infront of Kale.
"How about... B~ Thats the next letter. Buh~ Buh as in Buh-ee... Bee, Buh-at... Bat... Buh-ear..." she raised a brow as if to signal him to continue with another word.
