Astraea and Amadahy had decided to travel together on this beautiful morning that they were having. The weather was nice and it was much needed after the spout of rain they had been having lately. It was enough that the two of them could go out and get some wind beneath their wings and stretch them out. Both of their familiars were, well, somewhere and they didn't really pay too much mind as to where as long as they came back eventually. It was still early enough that there was dew upon the leaves and branches of most of the trees and the air was crisp and cool, which was refreshing to both of the mares.
 Astraea gave a soft nicker and tossed her head as the two of them moved through a lightly wooded section of the forest and towards more open ground. It was habit for her to want to find more open areas. She felt confined in the forest, though Amadahy took more comfort. She could understand that though, the blue mare could shrink into a very small size whereas she could not. She had stamina and strength to her whereas Amadahy did not. So it all worked out in the end. "What do you propose we do today?" She asked with a smile as she opened her wings to their full length once finding a decent spot to do so. The warmth of the sun shown down upon her, warming them and her body and she turned her face skywards for a moment to enjoy the feeling of the heat.
She honestly didn't mind going out when it was raining but Amadahy wasn't one for it so she often didn't go out for too long if that was the case. Her friend sometimes got distressed if she was gone for long periods of time, as she had found out from earlier experiences. She lowered her gaze and turned towards the flutter as she awaited patiently for what she might want to do.
 Thank the gods the rain had stopped! She was one happy flutter. Her wings flicked back and forth lightly as she felt the light breeze swirl around them and she glanced over towards her friend as they walked casually through the nearby woods. She had been surprised when not two nights had passed and the mare had showed up. It had truly been a wish come true. She had honestly never thought that wishing upon stars would every really do anything, yet here they where. She glanced over towards Astraea and thought about it for a moment. What did she want to do? She honestly didn't know. She definitely wanted to see some more of the area. That was always a fun thing to do. "What about some exploring?" She suggested looking around.
She had gotten to know much of this area already so it wasn't hard for her to know where they were but she wanted to get out and see more. "Did you hear that?" She paused in her footsteps and looked around. She had thought she had heard something and moved closer to her sturdier friend.
Astraea looked over at her and then looked around. She had heard the sound of a few twigs snapping but she doubted it was anything dangerous. "Hello? You can show yourself, we won't bite." She said warmly, inviting whomever it was to join them.
