Welcome, all! The idea is simple enough: you get to ask characters from Heartfelt Adventure questions directly, and out of character. You can ask them as yourself, the writers, or if you want to play along, you can ask them as the characters you play!


{I} All questions are free game, unless specified by the person being questioned. No one is obligated to answer anything. If the person being questioned says that certain questions make them uncomfortable, those questions become off-limits, and pressing for an answer will get your posts... tinkered with, depending on the severity or lack thereof. Continued disregard of this rule will result in Guild Strikes based on Guild Rules #1 and #5: Respect and No Harassment, respectively.

{II} Anyone in the guild may ask questions! Even if you aren't writing in HA--or even if you're not writing yet at all--you may ask questions. We know certain people like to read the roleplay, so we've left it open for fair game. Though, for those of you trying to read through from the beginning, be warned--this will probably be a spoiler-heavy thread.

{III} Only writers who have been active in the guild in the thirty (30) days prior to shift-change are eligible to have their characters chosen. They do not need to have posted as that character; only to have posted at all, with some measure of frequency.

{IV} The questionees can be decided by one of two ways. Once decided, each writer will have one (1) week to post here that they're open for questions. If they do not do so, then we decide again. The methods of choosing are:

_____First: RNG. Each character gets a number, and we run an RNG to find out who's next.

_____Second: Popular vote. If enough people want a specific person to come up next, we choose that person instead.

{V} For now, each round will last thirty (30) days from the day of the questionee's opening post. Originally, we ran on a one/two week basis, but considering we've all become busier and busier, it's probably best to extent the time period a bit.



If you do not want one or more of your characters to be part of the line up, let us know so we can remove them from the potential candidates!

We will be including all played characters from the start, unless otherwise preferred by the writer.

Keep in mind: All characters are allowed to answer with technically Out-of-Character information, such as about events for which they weren't present, or people they shouldn't know.

When asking a character a question, it might be best for you to include a blank quote of their writer in your question--that way they get a notification! For example:

Noelle: BRING THE QUESTIONS, I AM AN ETERNAL FLAME, BABY.


Atomos-- If you were tea, what tea would you be?

Luxord-- do you have . . . chest hair? (I don't even know)

Nicholas: Noelle, if you are an eternal flame, you are a burning flower. Please douse yourself in water immediately to stop burning. Also, if you could change one thing about your summon/weapon/class in the world of HA, what would it be? Or, if you could change the way you handled one major event in the HA world, what would that be?

Atomos, have you ever thought of just taking over your host's body and just messing around in a fleshy bag of flesh?

Noelle – What drives you? What is your quest?

Lexaeus – How would you describe yourself in only three words?

Luxord – Were you actually into gambling before you became a Nobody?

Atomos – I have traveled far to hear your wisdom! Tell me, what is BEST in LIFE?

Luxord: Noelle: Of all the questions you could have asked you ask that... why? Oh very well, to answer your question, I do indeed.

Amy: I most certainly was and I was good at it too. Very good.

It is ATOMOS, you loquacious cretin. The meager conceptions of taste have no meaning to me. I consume all. I unleash despair. I embrace knowledge.


Why does perfection need to imagine being anything else? I am the universe.



Do you imagine what it would be like to be a piece of chalk, meagerly scraping away at the behest of beings beyond your knowing? If you can answer this, then my thoughts have been revealed.



The eternal reveries of the cosmos. The endless raging forces that I am doomed by fate to comprehend. For I am burdened with glorious purpose as the fury of the stars.



My functions exist on a plane outside of your thought. I know what my fleshbag knows and so much more. His eyes are my window into the Cosmos, but I am the instrument of it's computation.
