Karakura - Section Thirteen Laboratory

The Section Thirteen Laboratory is a place were all spiritually aware scientists, tinkers, and inventors are welcomed to perfect their arts and inventions. The secret spiritual government organization keeps an eye on the facility, choosing not to step in on any research unless it would be specifically designed to harm the Human race.

Range: 120 Ft.
Class: Human - Techno-Lord

A special gun which fires off a blast of either searing electrical lightning, a powerful fireball, or a shot-gun burst of ice-shards. Attack Speed = Speed+10, Attack Power = Intelligence+5.
Other: Costs 3 SE/Use. 1 Post Cool-Down between uses. If using the same weapon burst consecutively, it only costs 2 SE on sub-subsequent attacks with the Gizmo.

Name: Reverse Gravity - 1000 Words
Type: Utility
Element: Non-Elemental
Range: 300 Ft Radius
Class: Human - Techno-Lord
Description: The Techno-Lord can deploy an anti-gravity device, causing everyone to go weightless in the zone. This allows for 'flight' in a sense for everyone within the radius of the device. Those with less Intelligence than the Techno-Lord who deployed the device have their Clarity reduced by -20 as it is harder to react to the unprepared situational weightlessness.
Other: Costs 4 SE to use, 2 SE per post maintained. Maintained a maximum of 5 Posts before it goes on a 2 Post Cool-Down. The Intelligence comparison affects allies -and- enemies.

Name: Zero-Space Mirrors - 1200 Words
Type: Offensive - Augmentation
Element:
Range: 120 Ft.
Class: Human - Techno-Lord
Description: The Techno-Lord deploys a mirror from their Spiritual Construction Space, which then shatters into dozens of mirrors, creating a dome-like barrier around the user and one target. This barrier can be passed through freely by those with more Intelligence than the Techno-Lord. As long as the Zero-Space Mirrors are active, every attack that is dodged or misses continues to ricochet off the mirrors, becoming a Trap in BOTH of the target's trap slots, bouncing around both the Techno-Lord and their target. - During Each post, on their post, each person in the barrier must roll a 1d6. If the result is one of the trapped numbers, they are hit by the Ricochet'd attack but may use defensive abilities to reduce or even negate the damage.
Other: Costs 5 SE to use, 3 SE per post Active. Can be maintained as long as the cost is paid, but once it ends, it cannot be used again for the rest of the fight.
Example: Techno-Lord deploys Zero-Space Mirrors. Arrancar fires a Cero. Techno-Lord evades the Cero. The cero begins ricocheting and becomes a trap on trap-slot 1. Techno-Lord rolls a 1d6 on their post, and rolls a 2, the trap-slot of the Cero is a 1, so it keeps bouncing around. The Techno-Lord fires a Gizmo blast, the lightning is dodged, and it becomes trap-slot 2. The Arrancar rolls a 1d6 on their post and rolls a 1, and is hit by their own Cero before their attack turn begins. They can use defensive abilities to reduce the damage or impact as normal.
