About Beryl: Calm, quiet and usually kindhearted. Can be very bitter, rude and facetious if you catch her in the wrong mood. Doesn't usually like company, but doesn't avoid others overmuch. Has stereo blindness due to damage to her right eye. Versed in woodcraft and has some knife skill. Also quite a hand at Tarot card reading and is never without her deck.
History: As a child, she traveled with her mother, father, and baby brother all over Johto and Kanto. They were traveling performers; her father was a knife thrower and a fiddle player, her mother told fortunes and sang beautify, her brother played the flute and she sang and danced. As she got older, she learned to tell fortunes like her mother and would have learned knife throwing from her father but couldn't really master the "throwing" part so he settled on teaching her more general uses for knives. After an accident that left Beryl half blind and her mother without the use of her legs, the Goshe's settled down near Ecruteak city. Beryl was bitter about the accident and hated the stationary life so she left home not soon after they were settled. She was approached by a Rocket recruiter who convinced her that Team Rocket would keep her busy and help her travel to new places.
She's transferred to many regions in the few years she's been in the organization and was recently assigned to the Zatao region. Her cover is Chrys O'ber, a mild-mannered young lady who owns a bed-and-breakfast/inn/daycare just south of the Zatao Grasslands (the perfect location for a way-station to and from the TR base. ;) ).
