Personal Attribute Guide

This is a Personal Attribute guide for Lonely Road for mods to follow by and players to have questions answered as to what is alright to use and what is too much to ask for. Players who choose a clan will have their standard 2 Personal attributes where those who choose no clan will receive 4. This guide will be in place not only to help us mods keep things from getting over powered and avoid loopholes but also show members all they can have so they do not feel as though they could have asked for more. One major no go with a PA is trying to combine the bonuses that they allow inside of one PA. Example: Gaining a rank increase as well as a type of benefit. Depending the benefit the rank increase alone is not allowed not to mention combining it with another perk. One perk per PA, with a couple exceptions.

1) Increases - Increasing certian aspects of the characters is alright to do with PA's BUT with certian limitations. When it comes to asking for a jutsu or element increase in damage or rank it is not allowed for one PA to increase this. If you wish to use both PA's to gain a rank in whatever you are after it is alright but NOT ok if you already gain a rank increase in this desired thing.
1 PA is able to increase the strength so that it beats out jutsu of the same rank, 2 PA allow the rank to increase

2) Stats - Increasing stats is entirely doable with PA's the ruling will be 1 PA = +1 stat increase, or if you would like +0.5 in two stats.
using two PA's together will allow 3 points to be added into a stat or split between two stats.

3) Starting equipment - Using a PA to gain starting gear is fine but remember nothing can be gained Custom wise until chuunin. So a fresh genin custom weapons via PA is not allowed. Other standard gear is fine. (Swords, armor, more projectiles etc) Starting materials of a weapon however must be that of E rarity level and no higher.
Rarity level can however be increase from a PA of your starter weapon. 1 PA = 1 Rarity level increase along with the ability to wield it
2 PAs = 2 Rarity level increase along with the ability to wield it

Note: Your weapon can still be broken regardless of material, Keep this in mind.

4) Jutsu limitation - One PA yields 10 slots to be added to a type of jutsu slots, (Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Eisijutsu, . Or 10 slots can be converted to 1 Taijutsu or Bukijutsu slot (Not both) or gain up to + 3

5) Chakra increase and cost reductions - 1 PA can gain you +10 chakra per rank or 30 chakra at start. Reductions are 1 PA = -10 chakra cost to jutsu (cannot reduce cost to lower than 5) or up to -15 for a specific element or bloodline. These can be doubled by using two PAs

6) PA's cannot be combined. For example, No gaining two things in one PA. Stats, jutsu slots, or benefits. Also no sacrificing to gain extra. Example 10 Ninjutsu slots is okay for a PA, Sacrificing 10 genjutsu to gain 20 ninjutsu in a PA is not permitted.
