Personality She is
strict and
serious when it comes to music. If the student isn't taking the lesson(s) serious enough, she will let them go as she already financially secure and doesn't have to teach an unruly student if she doesn't want to. Lenora is
understanding of the different situations that may come up and affect each student so she does give it serious though before letting a student go. She can be
kind and
gentle. Lenora also is
firm when it comes to serving out punishment when needed. Just asked her siblings and her adoptive son Josiah.
HistoryLenora was the first of the Higgins children.She enjoyed the time that she had her parents all to themselves before her brother Howie was born. She loves all her brothers and sister very much even when they are a pain in the rear. They were a crazy bunch of kids when they were young and she enjoyed it for the most part. When ever she had a chance to play on an instrument, whether it be a toy version or the real version, Lenora would. It seemed if she already knew how to play it as if was in her nature to.
All too soon it was time for her to find a job to help support the family. With some help from her mother, she was able to work for a music instructor. His name was Mr. Franklin Maughan Larsen and she started working for him when she was fourteen years old. She worked for him five days a week and one day a week she would have a music lesson with him. As she continued to work for him, it became more playing different instruments than cleaning. Mr.Larsen had her begin to teach beginners about music and to help figure out which instrument was best suited for each student. She was seventeen years old when he had he being teaching beginners while he continued with the advanced students. Lenora didn't realize it at first but Mr. Larsen was training her to take his place as the music instructor.
A year later, Mr. Larsen and Lenora had a recital with most of their students performing, whether in ensembles or solos. She performed with several of the ensembles, playing a different instrument for each group. Close to the end of the recital, she sang a song while Mr. Larson accompanied her on the piano. She finished the recital while playing the hammered dulcimer. After the recital, Mr. Larsen introduced her to Lord Arthur Gilbert Sullivan and his young son Josiah. Lord Sullivan was interested in Lenora and wanted to hire her to teach his son how to play an instrument or two.
For the next three years, Len and Arthur slowly fell in love with each other and had planned to get married after she turned 21 years old. Fate was cruel and on the day of the wedding, Arthur died of a heart attack. He was about to leave to go to the church when it took his life. Josiah witness it and the butler went to go get the healer to help Arthur but when they got back, Arthur was already dead. Lord Arthur died of a heart attack at the age of 29, and 15 years had passed since her dear Arthur died. Arthur was 20 years old when he had his son with his first wife at the time that died when their son was three.
Lenora ended up moving into her beloveth's house in order to raise Josiah there. Arthur had left the house to her in the his will and for her to be Josiah's legal guardian. If Arthur was still alive, he would be 44 years old and his twin would be the same age as him. Josiah is now twenty-four years old and Lenora is thirty-five currently in the rp. Music lessons take up most of her time when she's not spending time with family and friends.
