Drew jerked himself awake. He looked at the clock. It was Saturday, 6:00AM. The first day without punishment chores, and the day Deme agreed to meet him at the Library to start the search for Dria. Hopefully, they could find someone to help point them in the right direction. Three years... three years without her, his other self. His twin, how could fate break them apart, so cruelly? They shared a heart, and now it was broken in two. He shook his head, this wasn't the time to think of that, though it was still too early in the morning to go anywhere. He walked downstairs quietly, only to find his dad making breakfast. "Um, hi Dad." "Up a little early, aren't you, Drew?" Drew bit back the comment; "You too, Dad," and instead commented, "Guess I'm a little excited. I'm supposed meet my new mentor at the library, later today. His name is Deme, and he is in college." That was true since Deme was somewhat mentoring in Sailor Duties. Dad raised his eyebrow, "On a Saturday?" Drew sighed. "He is being a really good friend too. He said he'd help me start my own search for Dria." Dad cringed. "Drew." Drew interrupted him. "Dad, I know. I know. Please just let me do this. We're twins! I need to. I.." Dad closed his eyes and nodded. "On two conditions. I want you to come to me, if there is any inkling of danger." Drew nodded, looking straight in his father's eyes, knowing that he couldn't bare to lose another child. "And the other?" "Don't tell your mother."

Despite being a college student Aurora Namid was not at the library that morning for a class or assignment. No, but Aurora reason for being at the library that Saturday was a simple one. It turned out, however, that the answer she was seeking was anything but simple.
Starting a charity fund or foundation, for victims of property and physical damage due to battles constantly going on in Destiny City, was something that had touched her mind awhile ago. But it was always just a thought at the back of her mind. A 'wouldn't it be nice'. But after speaking to some others about the idea and now that she was back in Destiny City again the idea was only growing stronger. After all, you had to be the change you wanted to see in the world. She was pretty sure she'd heard that saying at some point.
What exactly did someone have to do to start a charity though? There had to be a lot of work and paperwork involved, she knew that much. But what were the steps? How did someone get started? Could you even start small and work your way up or was it something that just had to start big? Was it even something she could dream to start herself or were others vital even in just the founding work?
Flipping through the cards of an antiquated card catalog, she preferred them for some reason to the computer searches, she hunted for anything that looked helpful. Which at the moment seemed like next to nothing.
Maybe everyone that knew about starting a charity was already too busy running their own to write a how to book....Quote: For reference, she's 22. And I can move her to wherever you guys are once they arrive. :3

His morning was completely cleared of any events. He even found a way to get out of track practice for the weekend. Which he honestly hated doing but this was one of those times he knew it was necessary. Someone needed his help and he was going to help any way he could. He quickly packed everything into his exercise bag that he had bought at the store the day prior. As soon as he finished he grabbed his stuff and exited his room. Jogging as headed towards the library.
Deme had on some morning running clothes and nike tennis shoes. His exercise bag was slung on his back. Though instead of exercise gear it had notebooks, pens, pencils, and maps he had bought at the store. He wasn't exactly sure what he needed though he grabbed everything he could think they might need. After all he was always one to over prepare rather than under.
Today was the day he would help his new found friend find or attempt to find his sister. Even if it was a long shot he was determined to try. After all there was no justice if they didn't even attempt to try. Every effort mattered no matter what the situation that much he knew.
With that positive thought in his mind he jogged up the library steps and opened the door. The door to the building that might hold some answers. Once he entered he looked around every which way his head would turn, and attempted to see if he saw Drew.

Drew had left early for the exact problem he found himself in now. He was lost. He had found Meadowview High - that might come in handy, but what would have been luckier would be Hillworth. He then discovered the ruins of what seemed to be a high school or college - the sign seemed to say Bar e Pin s, at least that was what he could make out. He discovered a small flower shop that wasn't to open for another few hours. It was offering a sale on Blue Lotus flower arrangements. Somehow that seemed somewhat familiar. He found a pizza parlor, and a bookstore, but where was the Library? He found a bowling alley and the News Station. He sighed. He pulled out the puff rock that he had receive as a gift from the Puffeskis, and squeezed it. Then suddenly he heard faintly the sound of someone running up stairs. He turned around, who but Deme was running up the stairs of, was that the Library? Not even a football field away. He ran to catch up with Deme, and almost bumped into him just inside the door. "Hey Deme!" He just about yelped startling just about everyone around them. Iris_virus sorry it took so long, Drew is 14 and thanks

Yeah.. she was having next to no luck a the card catologs. Looking at the little sheet of paper she had with two titles written down, she sighed. Maybe she'd have a little more luck with technology.
Making her way towards the computer databases, that sat not too far from the library entrance, she pulled up the search function on the screen.
Search this library and nearby ones for "charity funds". Her lips pursed thoughtfully as she tried to dig through the information the search brought up, scribbling down another possible book title to search for.Sailor Hawk No worries, I'm not in any rush. heart

Deme turned at the sound of his name. He looked around for a couple of moments before he noticed Drew. Pausing on the library steps he waited until his new friend made it up closer to the library. "Hi there Drew! It looks like we both got here alright at least." he finished his statement with a smile as he turned towards the door of the library.
"Shall we get started? i feel like we may have our work cut out for us." he knew that statement was an understatement. They actually had much more work than he could probably ever imagine. Though helping someone get justice for his past made it all worth it. No matter what the outcome ended up being.Iris_virus Deme is aged around 20. College student.

Drew smiled at his friend. He thought about where to start, frowned, and then admitted, "I really don't know, Deme. I think we should ask for help. I just don't know. I mean, I know where and when she disappeared. But I don't know where to go from there." Thinking some more, he weakly piped up, " Um maybe, card catalogs might help?" He honestly didn't know where to start

3 books. Books that were only slightly related to what she was looking for. Her pencil tapped the paper thoughtfully. Well at least it was better than nothing.
Realizing that one of her numbers was slightly illegible, she made her way back to the card catalog to recheck the number real quick before she would off into the shelves and shelves of books.
As she walked by she passed the two young men, giving them a polite nod in greeting before going past them and pulling out the little cabinet to thumb through the cards.Sailor Hawk So sorry about the delay you two! Crazy weekend. >w<

As he listened to his new friend, he knew deep down he was right. They could use all the help they could get. Since he didn't even really know the first place to start. Other than they did have all the whole library at their disposal.
"That sounds like a great plan," Deme said as he began to walk towards the card catalogs. Once he arrived he began to look around.
He honestly wasn't 1oo percent sure where to start here. As he noticed a sweet looking young girl nod towards him. He spoke out quickly, "Um excuse me! Hi there. Do you think you could help us with these card catalogs?" He hope he didn't sound ridiculous to her, but she looked like she definitely knew her way around the card catalogs.

Drew nodded vigorously. He had absolutely no idea where to start. He only had the vague ideas that the library could help, and that the card catalogs might be where to start. Beyond that, he had no idea whatsoever. "Yes, Ma'am, we are starting a project, and we, we simply do not know know where or how to start."Iris_virus" and "chi honda I am so sorry, My computer was just done one about a week or two ago, and I just was able to get a new one day

Being addressed by someone surprised her slightly, just because it didn't happen that often in the library. But when she noticed and realized that both young men were talking to her, she offered them a mild and curious smile. They weren't that much younger than here, probably highschoolers, and delightfully polite. It would be rude not to help. And it was certainly a nice practice for one day when she finished college and actually became a teacher.
And besides, it wasn't like she was having a whole lot of luck herself in her own search. Sliding her piece of paper mildly into her purse, she nodded. "I can certainly try to help. What are you guys looking for." chi honda Super sorry for the delay guys!! A couple more posts before a youma/negaverse person hops in, yes?

Drew frowned, this was going to sound crazy, but here it went. "Okay, here's the thing; three years ago, my family was flying home from a vacation in Egypt. My twin sister Xandria - Dria for short, was in the seat next to me, when I fell asleep. When I awoke, the plane was making an emergency landing and the passengers were evacuating. Dria apparently did not make it off the plane, yet her body was never found. I know that law enforcement searchment searched for her, but now the case has gone cold. My friend, Deme has volunteered to help me to start our own search for her; the problem is we don't know where to start, except somewhere in the library. Do you have an idea?" Iris_virus quite alright. and sounds good.

The request for help was beyond anything she could have possibly imagined they'd ask. She'd assumed it'd be something simple - how do I use the card catalog, where can I find the non fiction section, or anything along those lines. But the real question.. Aurora was unsurprisingly a little overwhelmed by it.
The story was so sad and horrible. She couldn't imagine how terrible it would be if one of her brothers had just... vanished. To not know if they were okay or not. To have everyone else give up.
"I'm so very sorry." Her voice was filled with empathy, a soft frown taking over her lips.
"I'm not sure how much help I can be with that but I'll definitely try. The card catalog won't be any help though, that much I do know." A finger lifted to her cheek, tapping it as she thought, until finally she looked up with an 'ah ha!' motion. "I definitely think microfiche is our best bet. It used to be that all newspaper and magazine articles were made into microfiche so you had years worth of papers you could look through. I don't think they actually do that anymore but..."
"The computer lab that they have downstairs should have access to newspaper databases and internet sources that we can hunt through. It's kind of a long shot but... I'm willing to help try if you guys want to."

Deme had stayed quiet for a little bit and he wasn't sure why. Maybe it was because he knew that the explanation and questions needed to come from Drew. After all it wasn't his tragedy it was his. Plus maybe if he spoke of it a little more he could gaain something from it. Maybe even a small detail that he missed before or a noise he heard.
It was all things he had noticed while watching court cases and different shows. Where they had said that by talking about it enough sometimes forgetten or hidden piece of memories can be remembered. Since after all memories never really go away or so he believed anyways. After all some of the greatest cases were won on memories before evidence was ever introuduced.
Though he shook his head and he smiled as she offered to help, "Thank you so very much. We truly need all the help we can find. Plus long shot or not it's a shot and we need all the hope we can get." He smiled brightly and turned in the direction of the computer lab. "Shall we? After all with the three of us I'm sure we'll find something. If theres a clue out there, we'll find it Drew I promise you that much." In his eyes you could see a fire and now that it was lite nothig would get in his way from serving Justice. Justice was something everyone deserved and if his sister was out there - she deserved to found and to figure out the mystery of her disappearance.

Drew nodded quietly as each notion came to his new friend, and smiled weakly when she came up with the computer lab idea. Deme had made wonderful comments as well. "Yes, I will do anything to save my sister. Thank you both!" He turned to the door to downstairs as a scream was heard.
