≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎  ≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎  "All magic ..." appearing in a puff of smoke in the empty castle, Rumpelstiltskin walked to his trophy room which held magical items: a pair of wooden puppets, an enchanted bow from Robbin Hood and a crystal ball from the Wicked Witch to name a few. his newest acquisition was in his hands which he looked at greedily: a stone box no bigger than a single castle stone, he felt power radiating from it as he set it down on the table then got out his dagger and touched it onto the stone. after a few seconds, Rumple looked confused then tried it again. still nothing. Snarling, Rumple grabbed the box forcefully but was thrown backwards in a glow of golden light as whispers came from the box before the light faded "an enchantment!?" he shouted in anger and got up glaring at it "if magic won't open it ... than what will?" "... comes with a price"

≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎ ≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎ "All magic ..." in a puff of smoke, Rumple appeared and dropped Vin to the ground like it was a waste of effort and went to his display cabinet "Keyblade welders ... Why must you all be so infuriating? If it's not the new ones, it's the ones surrounded by those pesky faux fairies, or Xehanort ... One of these days I swear I'll kill one of you just because of your annoyances, no one can resist making a deal with me, no one!" he said as a small metal candle in the shape of a man came up to him "Master do not strain yourself, after all the Dark One always prevails" the candle said in a French accent but with a hint of a whimper "I better" he said then turned pointing a finger at the candle threateningly "because if I can't get him to unlock the case ... I might just melt you down and make you into a key, Lumiere!" "... comes with a price"

"Tales as old as time..", Vin said as he groaned, rubbing the back of his head as he felt a huge lump under his hair, making him grind his teeth a little from the pain. He sat up slightly, sitting on a chair next to him before looking up to see Rumple talking to a candle, making his raise his eyebrow before speaking up,"This how you treat your guests, Crocodile Dundee? Not even a tea?"
Vin rubbed the back of his head before looking at his surroundings, making him ponder a little bit while he rubbed his hairy chin with his index finger and thumb before speaking again,"I really like your place though..I mean first impressions, I truly thought that you lived at like a swamp or something but..nice..I'm jealous.."

≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎ ≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎ "All magic ..." Rumple and Lumiere glanced over at Vin as he spoke as Rumple straightened up and turning his hands up "I spin straw into gold, deary ... You honestly think that the Dark One would live in squalor?" he asked but it wasn't in anger, it was more like he was saying 'duh' "now then, I have something that requires that key of yours ... I'd prefer it if you do it willingly, but if not I can think of other ways to insure your ... Cooperation, just ask Lumiere ... After all he's been a candle going on, what, two hundred years now? Everyone he knows is either dead or cursed like him living in my castle I could use a new servant, the place is starting to get a bit rusty and cursed people can only do so much" he said as Lumiere cleared his throat "sir ... It has been a tiring evening has it not? Perhaps our guest should erm ... Sleep and well rested, be ready to give an answer by morning perhaps?" he asked as Rumple glared at him making the candle shake "then again, maybe not? he said in a whimper and a nervous smile. Rumpelstiltskin growled and rubbed his eyes "fine, I need to spin straw anyway ... and don't you dare let him escape" he said then poofed out of the room as Lumiere sighed and muttered some things in French "I am so sorry about this, but the master ... He is ... How do you say? Short tempered ... But where are my manors? I am Lumiere LeMor, once a fine gentleman of status ... Until I realized my family's wealth was given by Rumpelstiltskin, so my father's debt became mine" "... comes with a price"

Vin smiled softly as he nodded at Lumiere with a nice smile on his face, standing up as he his head was a little bit sore. He listened to what they had to say as he looked at his right hand where his keyblade would be before smiling softly, knowing he wouldn't help that croc. After being stabbed by the guy and how he knew that he wouldn't flinch to take a life, he knew that he would do unspeakable things with whatever he wants him to open with his keyblade. With a soft sigh, he spoke up to Lumiere with a soft smile,"It's nice to meet you, my bright smiled friend..I wish I can help you with your situation but...idk, he needs a woman in his life or something.."
He stood up with a small smile before looking at his surroundings, unsure on where exactly he was,"So tell me..why stay with him when he threatens you..you know there's like..places you can go where people will protect you."

"Lumiere"  "because, Monsieur-" he said then tapped his metal chest with his handle holder hand "magic, especially the Dark One's magic, is difficult to remove and he can detect his magic ... it is like a fingerprint, you see ... but there are other reasons, if you knew- ah but his past, he does not wish it to be reveled. let us just say not everything is as it seems, after all he did not throw you in the dungeon now did he?" he said at a weak attempt at humor "come, i shall take you to a suitable room in the East wing"

Vin blinked a couple times as he let Lumiere escort him to the east wing, his hands in his pockets as he looked around, noticing the small things as he plopped a cigarette between his lips but not lighting it. He enjoyed just letting it hang on his lips as to help him think of why he wasn't in this so called "dungeon". He felt welcomed but at the same time, he felt something strange within these walls. He felt as though this was a test and wasn't sure why he is needed here so badly. He knew Rumple as a bad man but he knew that whatever he was aiming for it would be for something he truly cared about. If he could find out more about this "Dark One", he could truly understand more about the darkness and how to bring some information to the light. He spoke softly as they walked with Lumiere to the room he was talking about,"So..whats the plan for tomorrow?"

"Lumiere" "i'm afraid that is up to you, i cannot sway the master ... especially if he is in one of his angry moods" he said then climbed up one of the armor statues and jumped up landing on his shoulder as his voice dropped to a whisper "but as a Dark One, he cannot resist making deals, that is how he works ... true some deals do not end up so well, in my case for instance. but i refused to pay my father's debt to him ... magic comes at a price, and he has taken that to a literal sense, if not the use of the keyblade ... perhaps ... something that will peak his interest, like the death of the only one who has broken a deal with him and has returned from the grave" he said with an absent minded shrug

Vincent smiled as he nodded to Lumiere, noticing the hint that he has given him before helping him down to a nearby shelf. He bowed to the nice man before speaking softly to him,"Thank you for the advice, Lumiere..Good night.."
Vin then opened the door to his suitable room, taking off his jacket on a nearby hanger before laying on the bed, smiling softly before closing his eyes as he thought about his plans for the morning.

Vincent groaned loudly as he heard the gong being hit, making him sit up quickly before looking over at the man with his eyebrow raised. WIth a soft sigh, he spoke with a soft tone,"Well..it's not the worse thing I've woken up to...anywho, what's the agenda?"
He looked at Rumple with a small smile, placing a cigarette between his lips before lighting it with a small smile on his face,"I mean..you do get why I haven't tried to slice you up into tiny pieces yet, right?"

"No one is ever immortal, Rumple", Vin speaks about how he feels about immortality. He knew that everyone has a end to their story even, only that some have more pages than others. He sat up straight before puffing his cigarette smoke from his lips as he began to speak,"You, me, Xehanort...we all have death waiting to take us to the other side..I, for one, am going to be the one cutting Xehanort's strings when his time is up.."
Vin grinned softly as he looked over at Rumple as he knew about how he wanted Xehanort to return back into his grave forever,"Listen..you want to make a deal then here is the deal, I want Xehanort dead, you want Xehanort dead, that seems like a beneficial and temporary partnership. Though I know you want me to open whatever is in that box but I need to know why and why you need..whatever is in there. If you want to be a good person like I'm sure you are under those scales, then I suggest accepting my deal.."
Vin then stood up, placing his hands in his pockets before summoning his Gear of Souls keyblade, leaning against the key as it was pressed down onto the ground while his arms relaxed on the hilt of the blade. He shined his emerald green and teal blue eyes at Rumple as he placed his cigarette back between his lips, inhaling once again before speaking his mind,"And as for your immortality, fast healing kinda saved my a$$ a few times myself..what is your thoughts on the matter?"

Rumple glared at him as his eyes flashed with malice, however it died down slightly as his face shrugged slightly "back when i ... obtained my magic, i ran into a Seer and took her powers to see the future. i can only see glimpses though, things in the wrong order, faces with no name ... i need details, and in that box is an item that can give it to me" he said then got up "a helmet ... unfortunately the magics of it are very specific, it can only be used by a neutral person. someone who hasn't chosen light nor dark, believes in magic, and even more annoying than that: it will allow who so ever wears it to see the fate of everyone they meet, except their own ... so even if the box is unlocked, i need someone to wear it so i can know mine ... irksome ... but necessary" he said then hesitated looking dead at Vincent "and if you say anything about this i will skin you alive got it?" he said pointing to him threateningly gritting his teeth and waited for a while before he said something that he hadn't said in centuries "i lost my boy" "... comes with a price"
