Pharos waited the highschool, Meadowview, where she had met Ida a few nights prior to discuss transcendence. Tonight she was really excited and almost bouncing because tonight she got to see Celcus again and Celsus was transcended so maybe he could talk to her. He couldn't wait to see what his marking looked like.
She looked to her ring and grinned. It was upgraded now thanks to Babylon and she had been pointed in the direction of more information. She tried to think on everything she wanted to ask him, but her questions kept fluttering around in her brain. It would come to her, but for now when she saw him it would be a big hug!
Looking up to the night sky and wondered if Celsus would let her visit his wonder one day and where on the surrounding it was. Despite their wonders be relatively easy to hop around to, they didn't often.

Celsus had not seen Pharos for quite some time, and was just as eager to see her as she was to see him. When he'd gotten her note, he'd almost thought that he was imagining things, excitement coursing through him at the thought. He'd already met with Conchordia; the idea of getting to meet with Pharos as well brought him immense joy.
Cape swirling behind him like a cloud, Celsus made his way through the winding streets, Pharos' power signature growing as he got nearer. And then he could see her, just up ahead, and he gave a shout of happiness and darted in front of her.
"Pharos!" Celsus cried excitedly and wrapped his arms around her without hesitation, sweeping her off her feet and swinging her around in a circle as he embraced her securely. "Daring girl, it's been much too long!"
He finally set her down and beamed, hands on her shoulders.
"How are you? Please tell me everything!"

Pharos was excited to spot Celsus and when he picked her up, she hugged him tightly laughing as she spun her. It made her a little happy to be so short and tiny. She grinned as he put her down, momentarily forgetting what she wanted to talk about originally and excitedly answering his question.
"Everything is great! I graduated from high school and got into DCU! I'm so excited. I'm going to me a history major. I finally started patrol more and am leaning more about being a knight and getting lots of information."
She stopped suddenly looking at her friend and teammate before reaching out and tracing the glow on his cheek. "Everyone who transcends has such different marking. I want to learn more about it and more about the code and more about everything."
She pulled her hand back and grinned at him, "what about you Celsus?"

It had been so long since he'd seen her, but all of Celsus' memories of Pharos were good ones, and he couldn't forget all the time they had spent together in the Surrounding. She was a sweet girl, and a lovely Squire, and he cherished their friendship greatly.
His eyebrows rose, and Celsus' hands squeezed her shoulders affectionately. "That is very good news, I am so proud and happy for you!" he said, beaming brightly. "And I see you have grown into a beautiful young woman, you are absolutely a delight, my darling."
Her gentle hand on his face made his expression soften, and Celsus lifted his hand to cover hers, giving her fingers a gentle squeeze.
"I will tell you all about it," he said reassuringly. "It is still new to me, and I am getting used to things, but I would love to talk with you about it."
He offered his arm to her, Celsus bending it at the elbow, a grin on his face.
"Life has been rather quiet for me, other than my Transcendence, but I have spent a great deal of time at home, with my brother. I'm hoping to spend more time with my fellow knights as well, including you," he added, smiling down at Pharos.

Celsus was one of her favorite people, a really good friend who always made her smile and never made her feel like a little kid for all her flights of fancy. She giggled when he said he said she'd grown into a beautiful young woman.
"Thank you," she said before whispering, "havent grown at all though." She gave a huge amused grin before he expression turned excited as he squeezed her hand and said he would tell her about his transcendence.
Pharos nodded and smiled, "I hope life get a little easier for you and your brother. I live with my best friend, he's like a brother, so I think I understand. Right now its summer though im mostly home on the farm with my mom."
"I'm trying to spend more time with fellow knight and learn more and more. I want to be that knight my ancestor is so proud of!" She happily took the offered arm, "so I met Babylon and he told me you were transcended and he is too. He told me he performed a service for his wonder and that how he got that way. I'm very curious about that and also Hvergelmir told be she had a piece of the code at her wonder! Do you?"

He playfully bumped his hip against hers, a grin on his face.
"You've grown some, milady," said Celsus, pressing his index finger to his lips as though they were sharing a secret. "I can see it in your eyes and in your face, even if you can't. Never underestimate how far you've come in life, all right, my dear?"
Not that he could be one to talk. Celsus beamed at Pharos and put his hand over hers as she looped it through his elbow. "Ah, yes, Babylon," he said lightly. "I'm afraid I don't know him too well myself; I only just met him at the meeting that was held, but he certainly seemed well. There were not too many of us there, but enough that it made a difference."
He tilted his head to the side, considering her question, red hair falling across his face.
"Not necessarily a code, perhaps," said Celsus musingly. "But I did indeed perform a service at my wonder, under the direction of our princess and my past ancestor. He is...well, quite the man, but at the end I felt I had performed well."

Pharos giggles as Celsus bumped his hip against her and looked curiously when he said she had grown. She grinned and nodded she Celsus explained for once felt a little more grown up. Did her face really look older, more mature? She would have to take of look or make ask her roommate.
"There was a meeting," she asked curiously. "It was all transcendeds. Babylon only told me about you cause you are also a Chronos knight and Ida, who he says is an expert! Who else is there?"
Pharos was always a very extremely curious individual, she wanted to hear everyone story and know all there was to know about this. It was just her nature and always had been. It was part of the reason she would study history in college.
Pharos nodded, it didn't seem Celsus knew about a code piece on his wonder, but he'd confirmed that the code likely hadn't anything to do with becoming transcended. Babylon hadn't mentioned anything either.
"Well Hvergelmir isn't transcended but she said she talked to the code on wonder like the one on Olympus only small I suppose. She said she made a vow and she got a tattoo to show for it, but it not like trancendence. It doesn't glow or anything."
She looked curiously at Celsus, "under the direction of our princess and you ancestor? What did that they want you to do? Why would it make you transcend? Was it really special?"

He'd always had such a fondness for the other knights of Chronos, but Pharos, as well as Bifrost, had been the two that Celsus was probably the closest to. He still maintained a certain amount of distance in general from people, simply out of habit; but the presence of the two young women in his life did bring him a great amount of joy each time he saw one or the other. Conchordia had recently come back as well, only adding to Celsus' little group of happiness.
"There was indeed a meeting," he said lightly, smiling. "I remember...let's see, I'm afraid my memory for names is not quite well, but I remember Ida, as well as the lady Ganymede and someone called Camlann, I believe. There were a few others, but alas, I can't seem to think of their names."
Pharos was given a somewhat sheepish smile. "My apologies, dear, but one day - one day I shall take you to my wonder, perhaps you can meet Aurelius - that is my ancestor - himself. I do not know how it works, exactly, but it would be lovely to at least have you see my special place."
Her many questions didn't bother him, Celsus giving a little laugh. "I didn't do much, I'm afraid. My transcendence was rather quiet, actually. The princess sent me to my wonder after a particularly...well, I was in a bad spot, and she asked me to partake of a task of finding myself again. I went to my wonder, and spoke with Aurelius, and by the end..."
He gave a little shrug, thinking back to it.
"By the end, I had these markings and I just felt different."

She looked to Celsus her expression thoughtful, "Camlann isn't a name Ive heard before. Do you think he would talk to me? I have talked to Ida and she said she would see about me talking to Ganymede. I have a lot of notes those far about the who's and the hows!"
She pulled her notepad from her waist band and showed it too Celsus, it had small writing on it, a page for Babylon, one for Ida and one with his name, but currently no writing and a page for saved for Ganymede. She turned back to Celsus page and started to jot down notes. Was she sure whether this would help her at all, maybe not, but it was worth a shot. "I wish I could draw, cause then I'd draw the marks."
She smiled when she finished writing, "Im glad you arent in a bad spot anymore and found yourself again! Maybe it was your wonder trying to help, something like Ida's planet."
She rocked on her heel thinking, momentarily, "I hope I can meet Aurelius. I wonder if he once knew Delaire."

A look of fondness crossed Celsus' face, and he laughed. "Her lady Ganymede is an excellent person to talk to, I think," he said lightly. "As for Camlann, well...I'm afraid I don't know him well enough to ask about such things, I only did just meet him briefly, after all."
He glanced down at the notepad curiously, his eyes flickering over the page, and a grin touched his lips.
"Here," said Celsus and he reached for the pen and paper, sliding them out of Pharos' hands and holding them carefully. On the page where his name was written, he quickly began to sketch out a fast drawing of himself, adding in the swirling marks on his cheek and neck before he finished with a flourish and presented it back to her.
"There are more, elsewhere, not just my face, but most are hidden, considering my uniform," said Celsus. He bypassed the idea that he was no longer in a "bad place" and instead focused on the rest of what Pharos was saying, smiling affectionately at her.
"Wouldn't it be nice if they did? It's quite a pleasant thought."
