This place is only allowed to reapers, since they get to decide where the undead can live and go. Special request from the reapers are allowed to be there, and that's only Hades, God, and Lucifer himself. A reaper may take a non reaper their only if they wish to see a passed one and not to disturb peace there. Places in the realm are the passage to hades realm, the passage to other houses, the passage to heaven, the lake of souls, reaper housing grounds, and realm way to the living.
