Umber figured that today marked the third day of his inquiries into powered motivations. He looked skyward from where he sat at the courtyard table, looking for some sign of the moon beyond the clouds. Nothing came; only the hazy reflection of sodium lights among the billowing clouds ever reached his eyes.
The campus looked and felt quiet - even the students brave enough for night classes remained indoors as much as they could manage. Sometimes he caught sight of movement beyond the windows of the lit building, where students occasionally glanced out into darkness. Most saw him - he wasn't particularly disguised or hidden beneath his own campus lighting - and most made it a point to avoid the strangely dressed at this hour. Every so often one harangued a security guard who, knowing what his life was worth to a wife and two children, made only minimal efforts to send Umber back out into the night. Between politely declining and explaining that he exacted no harm by sitting in the courtyard, the guard could not reason him away.
But the night drew long, and Umber found himself debating a short nap in the interim, despite the dangers involved. He got as far as considering whether to power down and set a timer on a cell phone when an aura quirked up in the distance, somewhere to the east. White Moon by feel, and likely at base rank - they wouldn't, then, have much to offer by way of motivations. Warily (or wearily) he looked in that direction, focusing for a time on the parapet on the liberal arts building, before deciding whether to approach.
Pursuit offered nothing beyond one less among enemy ranks and a starseed in hand. But waiting promised nothing, he reminded himself.
He stood and started down the sloping, grassy hill, first at a jog and then toward a more liberal run. He passed the tree that he remembered for having lunch with Quenton, passed beyond the areas where he drained college students prior, and leapt for the crest of the arts building in a straight shot. He made it - albeit barely - and hoisted himself atop the roof to look out beyond the core of the university. Initially he spotted nothing, but he knew he would find his target eventually.Tiger_Kisa699 thank you for waiting~ here is a start! lmk if anything needs changing!

Blond hair blowing in the slight breeze the girl was heading home. She had not been too busy in after school classes today, she wasn't falling that far behind with her senshi duties but she was just starting out with it and had forgotten some school related things so her parents had made her go. She sighed as she stood at the street corner waiting for traffic to stop, her school bag held between both of her hands in front of her legs.
Humming to her self she looked around when she saw something out of the corner of her eye. Who was that up there on the roof...A Negaverse agent! Gasping she hurried into dark alley and set her school bag down.
"Doubloon power makeup!!" she said as she pulled out her wand. She changed into her Senshi form and took to climbing up the fire escape till she was on the roof. "Hey you! Negacreep! Stop where you are and surrender to the Power of Doubloons!" she said as she faced him.
Her outfit a white bikini with a skirt bottom. Doubloons in gold and green hung off of the skirt. Her large bow at her butt had a doubloon the size of a baseball. Her blond hair was held back with a green and gold Bandana. doubloon earrings adorned her ears and she had on a choker with a small doubloon on it as well. Her Bikini had a smaller bow in the middle of it with a little doubloon as well. Her Tiara was wavy like water with a gold gem in the middle front of it. She smiled as she looked over him. Bangles jingled with tiny doubloons around her wrist as she smiled. "Who ever your planning to drain of energy today your gunna have to go through me to get to them!" She said with a smile. Her over confidence was getting to her, she didn't even think to run away, she was alone....she knew there were others like her in the city but she didn't know them too well, she didn't have a way to reach them as of right now so she just thought it would be best to take on this one her self...whats the worst that could happen right?Strickenized I hope it doesn't suck too much if i need to fix anything let me know

A second aura sparked somewhere to the east, and the senshi in question approached at a quick clip. Umber remained low to the ground in wait; this person must've powered up specifically to confront him, then, if they suddenly appeared and started in his direction. Another basic by feel; it earned more of his attention while the previous chase retreated.
Soon enough, the woman crowned the parapet proudly and spoke her presumptuous claims of protections. Umber watched her display her confidence, written throughout both posture and countenance, while he evaluated his counter. Charging her would be pointless; unless verifiably blind, he telegraphed too much of his strike. Teleporting to her side proved another option, but Umber held uncertainties concerning his ability to target accurately directly after teleportation. No projectiles remained immediately within reach, either; several feet away sat a toolbox half-full of hand tools, likely for fixing the air conditioning unit, but to reach them would mean going out of his way.
But, perhaps the best and most obvious route was simply knocking her right back off the roof.
The captain offered her no greeting or clever remark to tip off his impending attack. He simply started toward her as quickly as his legs could carry, boots tramping down the spackled floor as he approached. Once in range, he skidded slightly to lessen his speed and chances of going over the building with her, and brought the remainder of his inertia into a knee aimed at her stomach.
