Focusing an even amount of chakra out of the soles of their feet, they can balance themselves on the very surface of the water. If the user's concentration is greatly impaired they will fall into the water. If the user is submerged they can climb out of the liquid with this technique. This technique lasts 2 posts until more chakra needs to be reapplied. ______Sealing Techniques ➥ΉV ]NAME: Generic Sealing Technique | RANK: E | COST: Chakra | ACTIVATION: Hand Seal A standard ninja skill that allows shinobi to seal items within scrolls with the use of a prepared sealing formula. Sealed items refer to kunai, shuriken, tag bombs, swords, puppets, or anything nonliving. Once the items are on the scroll the ninja creates 1 hand seal of their choice and then seals the item into the scroll (same hand seal summons item(s) too). By using that same hand seal, all/any items linked to the scroll that have been summoned can be dismissed and therefore stored away again for later use. This seal is permanent, but can only be placed on scrolls. • Seals do not cost any chakra to be used. They only require chakra to be created.

The user then takes takes out a ninja tool which causes the aura of heat to transfer the object. Afterward, the user throws the projectiles with the orange aura, allowing them to ignite into flame. Not only will your opponent be hurt by the tools if they are hit, but they will also suffer from burns. The heat aura/flames fade after 3 posts. • Only up to three projectiles from the throwing hand at a time.
