Every Pokemon has an aura to call their own. Some are more complex than others but all of them serve the same function: to reflect who that Pokemon is on a deeply personal and emotional level. But what exactly is aura? It's a spiritual energy that can be seen by a select number of Pokemon, and it reflects not only the mood and health of the individual, but also some important aspects of their personality if you analyze it closely enough.
This is a documentation of the aura of every Pokemon in the Guild (to the extent that I've been able to collect thus far). It will naturally be added to and edited when more characters are introduced and others inform me of their specific characters, but this is the list for now. It's for the benefit of those people who possess Pokemon who can sense aura, and I hope you find it useful!
If any of your characters are listed here, please PM me with the colors you'd like for them, as well as any additional information you'd like me to add. While none of us are particularly picky about having real-world inspiration for your choices, if you'd like a starting point here are a couple sites you can use to learn about aura colors and meanings and Chakra colors and meanings, but choosing a color because "it just feels right" is just as good!
Team Aura
Lin: Dirty pastel pink to signify unconditional love and spontaneity. A pretty balanced mix of pink and green, but her pink stands out more. Primarily guided by the 4th Chakra.
Tik: A bright, dandelion yellow aura that defines his mental alertness and reliance on himself. Primarily guided by the 3rd Chakra.
Solanine: A teal aura (blue with a greenish tint) for her communication abilities, love, and protective nature; her aura is very gentle. Primarily guided by the 5th Chakra.

Keivera: Her aura is primarily a blue-green/teal color, reflecting her love of discovery and desire to achieve balance in her life. There are hints of light green, reflecting her ongoing realization of her full potential, and purple that signifies the wisdom she has accumulated throughout her lifetime.
Arlyn: His aura's dominant color is red, reflecting his indomitable energy and courage when it comes to protecting those he truly cares about. It's strongly tinged with orange, signifying his deep sense of loyalty to his friends and those who he feels a deep sense of belonging with, that sometimes blends into peach, reflecting the strength of his dedication to those he values.
Kent: His aura is a brilliant orange that glows bright from the loyalty he demonstrates towards his friends and allies. It's frequently mixed with red that reflects his courage and inner strength, as well as the passion he feels for all that he does. Occasionally streaks of purple and peach can also be found, demonstrating his innate wisdom and desire to defend and protect those he values with all the strength he possesses.
Team Cut
Donovan: A strong, simple red. The overwhelming simplicity and strength makes it seem harsh.
Theodore: An extremely dull grey. It seems tired, somehow.
Boris: A simple yellow, suggesting curiousity and observance. Other colours are mixed in seemingly at random in a way that's suitable for the undeveloped mind of a child.
Anastasia: A mixture of green and purple that has been dulled and beaten down so thoroughly it seems almost grey at a glance. It seems hard to approach.
Team Essence
Neo: Turquoise tending towards deep emerald green. His aura exudes outward to brush against the auras of others though he’s unable to sense it--this is a sign of his outgoing and compassionate nature, and desire to connect with others.
Nyx: Black tinged with a deep deep red that's hardly distinguishable. Occasionally tendrils of white pass through its depths, though you must be looking for them to truly see them. His aura appears like a thunderhead, and is sometimes powerful enough to stifle weaker remnants of aura around it.
Air: Aqua with flecks of whitish-silver. His aura changes shape frequently, much like the Pokemon himself, and gives the impression of constant motion even when it's relatively still in times of calm or reflection.
Eliot: A deep but notable orange that flares frequently in response to his emotions. During times when he is most serious, this can darken into a deep gold tinged with brown.
Clara: Her aura is a gentle lilac color. It's very pale and delicate in appearance and quite subdued, which reflects her own mental and physical fragility.
Lux: Gold and stormy with black darkening it from time to time. It churns about him constantly in what may seem like chaos, but it's actually very strictly controlled at all times from years of practice.
Killian: A flat, dead gray that barely moves, seeming almost lifeless. Occasionally certain odd occurrences will cause his aura to match that of other Pokemon he is interacting with, but this is very rare.
Alexandru: A seamless gradient of blue, the places closest to his body are baby blue and the aura's outer edges have darkened to a black midnight blue. It appears impeccably smooth and rounded, and it's highly concentrated in the area surrounding his figure. When he possesses the need to feed his aura can turn a shocking and somewhat unsettling red in color.

Byron: An olive green aura that signifies his hopeful and compassionate nature. It is a very pure aura, almost uncannily so, one that can be quite satisfying to those who know how easily an aura is tarnished or altered. Primarily guided by the 4th Chakra.

Skye: A pale and silvery lavender that is light and wispy, reminiscent of morning mist. Her aura is very calming and refreshing.

Riley: A rich forest green that swirls with specks of gold and purple; occasionally it will be overcome by black or white depending on his mood, but the former three colors are always present. From time to time it can also become deeply tinged with orange, particularly during intense periods of nostalgia.
Keiran: A tarnished silver, with deep and dark grays mixing into brilliant metallic ones, sometimes mixed with whites as well. His aura reflects the difference between his early and later life, and how he’s come to terms with all aspects of who he is.
Ivilon: His aura is a brilliant silver-white color, much like his Psychic. It always swirls slowly around him, reflecting his empathy and constant thoughtfulness, and it is outlined in a soft blue.

Katherine: A bright pink that has been muddied and darkened by black. The two swirl about one another, mixing in some areas and masking one another in others. It serves as a good indicator of thoughts avoided and thoughts ignored in favor of a more "blissful" outlook. It seems strangely unnatural, as if two competing forces were at war with one another.
Arturius: A simple, solid grey. Unlike other auras, it flickers only very gently in response to stimulus. It is well balanced, if somewhat "boring" and lacking in strong feelings.
Ty: Ty's aura is made up of mixed shades of red and orange showing his strength, energy and vitality. Faint flickers of green imply much of his nature as a person.
Rebecca: Rebecca's aura is an overwhelmingly chaotic mix of almost every colour which serves well to illustrate the strength and variety of her emotions and the somewhat tumultuous pattern of her own thoughts.

Viper: A vibrant red aura that reflects her intense anger and the desire to protect her more vulnerable inner self. It contains some black as well, reflecting the enigma that is the source of her strife, and the things she has yet to learn about herself and others.
Mortimer: A blue aura that demonstrates his compassion for others and the trust he has in his close companions with its bold tones. It contains red and orange veins throughout, expressing his passion for his work along with the courage that drives him to continue, as well as his loyal nature and desire to protect others.
Rose: A gentle blue aura that reflects her trusting and compassionate nature. Light green is twined with yellow within it, showing her awakening to her full potential and the warmth of her personality, and purple flecks swirl around it as well, conveying her creativity.

Hanae: A light green that reflects her tendency to act before thinking that contains very faint streaks of gold for her confidence in her act-before-thinking decisions. Sometimes it flares red when she goes into action.
Bryant: A violet aura indicative of his ability to read a situation or a person's intentions by their body language and actions. Occasionally it flares with streaks of dark blue when he comes to a realization or brown when he stands up for himself or those around him.
Veran: Turquoise with a hint of rich green expressing her acceptance of others for who they are (usually) and her desire to protect those she cares for deeply. It flares red when she clashes with Hanae during missions or team discussions.

Serrin: An almost unwaveringly dull green that's peculiar only in its simplicity. It is unyielding and static, much like the person himself, but it bears a somewhat ugly and almost harsh tone that only has its true merit brought forth in contrast to other auras.
